Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种传统草药的未确定结构的医药配制品，尤其是一种治疗头痛的中药组合物。
背景技术
头痛是一种常见的病，是指头的上半部，即眼睛以上至后脑下部为止范围内的疼痛。头痛的病因可分为外感和内伤两大类。外感头痛多因感受风、寒、湿、热等外邪，而以风邪为主；内伤头痛与肝、脾、肾三脏有关。此外，外伤跌仆，久病入络，气滞血瘀，脉络瘀阻，亦可导致头痛。目前，临床上治疗头痛大多以止痛药为主，偶尔短暂的头痛，西药止痛效果明显，若长期头痛，西药带来的结果往往是身体机能退化和药物抵抗，会使身体产生不良反应，而且存在治标不治本的不足。
中医认为，头痛的发病原因主要在感受外邪，情志内伤，饮食不节，久病致瘀的基础上造成肝、脾、肾等脏腑功能失调，风袭脑络，痰浊阻滞，瘀血阻络所引起的。
根据中医理论，针对头痛的发病机理，采用舒肝理气、通络止痛的治法，进行辩证配伍组方，以达到标本兼治的目的。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术中以止痛药治疗头痛存在治标不治本的不足，本发明提供一种配制简便、成本低、疗效显著、无副作用的治疗头痛的中药组合物。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：一种治疗头痛的中药组合物，其特征在于：其中药原料及重量份配比为：赤芍10-20份，川芎5-15份，桃仁5-15份，柏子仁10-30份，红花5-15份，五灵脂5-15份，全蝎3-9份，七叶莲10-20份，地龙5-15份，桑叶10-20份，白芷5-15份，罗布麻5-15份，细辛1-5份，桔梗5-15份，石膏10-20份，生地黄10-20份，香附5-15份，青皮6-12份，甘草3-9份。
本发明的优选技术方案是：一种治疗头痛的中药组合物，其特征在于：其中药原料及重量份配比为：赤芍15份，川芎10份，桃仁10份，柏子仁20份，红花10份，五灵脂10份，全蝎6份，七叶莲15份，地龙10份，桑叶15份，白芷10份，罗布麻10份，细辛3份，桔梗10份，石膏15份，生地黄15份，香附10份，青皮9份，甘草6份。
本发明中药组合物是在传统中医理论和临床经验指导下，精选药物组方。本发明中药组合物中：赤芍具有清热凉血、散瘀止痛的功效；川芎具有活血祛瘀、行气开郁、祛风止痛的功效；桃仁具有活血祛瘀、润肠通便的功效；柏子仁具有养心安神、滋阴养血的功效；红花具有活血通经、散瘀止痛的功效；五灵脂具有活血散瘀、炒炭止血的功效；全蝎具有息风镇痉、攻毒散结、通络止痛的功效；七叶莲具有祛风止痛、活血消肿的功效；地龙具有清热息风、清肺定喘、利尿通淋、通行经络的功效；桑叶具有疏散风热、清肺润燥、平抑肝阳、清肝明目、凉血止血的功效；白芷具有解表散寒、祛风通窍、活血止痛、燥湿止带、消肿排脓的功效；罗布麻具有清火、降压、强心、利尿的功效；细辛具有解表散寒、祛风止痛、温肺化饮、通窍的功效；桔梗具有宣肺祛痰、养气补血、利五脏、补五劳的功效；石膏具有清热泻火、除烦止渴的功效；生地黄具有清热、生津滋阴、养血的功效；香附具有理气解郁、调经止痛的功效；香附具有舒肝理气、解郁止痛的功效；青皮具有疏肝破气、消积化滞的功效；甘草具有补脾益气、清热解毒、祛痰止咳、调和诸药的功效。本发明精选药物组方，其药物组分经辩证配伍，在作用上相互佐助，共奏舒肝理气、解郁止痛、活血祛瘀、祛风通络的功效，对头痛的治疗达到标本兼治。
本发明组合物的组分均采用天然的中药原料，其配制简便、药源广、成本低。本发明遵循中医的处方用药原则，各种组分药物采用水煎服用。经临床应用验证，其疗效显著可靠，药性平和，未出现毒副作用，有效率达92%，治愈率66%。

实施例1
一种治疗头痛的中药组合物，其中药原料及重量配比为：赤芍15g，川芎10g，桃仁10g，柏子仁20g，红花10g，五灵脂10g，全蝎6g，七叶莲15g，地龙10g，桑叶15g，白芷10g，罗布麻10g，细辛3g，桔梗10g，石膏15g，生地黄15g，香附10g，青皮9g，甘草6g。
实施例2
一种治疗头痛的中药组合物，其中药原料及重量配比为：赤芍10g，川芎15g，桃仁5g，柏子仁30g，红花5g，五灵脂15g，全蝎3g，七叶莲20g，地龙5g，桑叶20g，白芷5g，罗布麻15g，细辛1g，桔梗15g，石膏10g，生地黄20g，香附5g，青皮12g，甘草3g。
实施例3
一种治疗头痛的中药组合物，其中药原料及重量配比为：赤芍20g，川芎5g，桃仁15g，柏子仁10g，红花15g，五灵脂5g，全蝎9g，七叶莲10g，地龙15g，桑叶10g，白芷15g，罗布麻5g，细辛5g，桔梗5g，石膏20g，生地黄10g，香附15g，青皮6g，甘草9g。
实施例4
一种治疗头痛的中药组合物，其中药原料及重量配比为：赤芍12g，川芎12g，桃仁8g，柏子仁25g，红花8g，五灵脂13g，全蝎4g，七叶莲18g，地龙8g，桑叶18g，白芷8g，罗布麻13g，细辛2g，桔梗13g，石膏12g，生地黄18g，香附8g，青皮10g，甘草4g。
实施例5
一种治疗头痛的中药组合物，其中药原料及重量配比为：赤芍18g，川芎8g，桃仁13g，柏子仁15g，红花13g，五灵脂8g，全蝎8g，七叶莲12g，地龙13g，桑叶13g，白芷12g，罗布麻7g，细辛4g，桔梗8g，石膏18g，生地黄13g，香附13g，青皮7g，甘草8g。
本发明实施例中的中药组合物按常规的水煎法制取药剂。具体方法如下：将组方的中药原料放入容器中，加冷水漫过药面，浸泡15～20分钟，再加水没过药面约6厘米，进行第一次煎煮，未沸前采用武火煎煮，沸后用文火煎煮20～30分钟；第二次煎煮，加水没过药面约4厘米，水沸后煎煮15～20分钟。两次煎煮取汁，合并。
本发明以实施例1所给出的一种治疗头痛的中药组合物，做临床疗效总结如下：
一、一般性资料：本中药组合物应用于临床观察病例200例，男113例，女87例，年龄20～75岁；病程最短者3天，最长者达5年，平均3个月。
二、用法用量：临床应用时，一日一剂，水煎两遍取汁约400ml，分早、晚两次空腹温服。五天为一疗程。
三、疗效标准：
(1)、痊愈：头痛症状完全消失，随访半年未见复发；
(2)、显效：头痛症状基本消失，或明显减轻；
(3)、有效：头痛有所减轻，发作次数减少；
(4)、无效；头痛症状无减轻。
四、治疗效果：该临床观察病例中，服药2-25个疗程，痊愈132例，随访未见复发；显效44例，有效8例，无效16例。治疗期间未发生毒副作用。
五、典型病例：
病例1：毕某，女，36岁，患者头痛1年有余，反复发作，夜间睡眠质量差，发作时头痛难忍，并伴恶心、呕吐，服用止痛药后效果并不明显。服用本发明中药组合物制备的药剂1个疗程，头痛等症状减轻，发作频率降低，睡眠得到改善；继续服用2个疗程，症状完全消失，随访至今无复发，治愈。
病例2：梁某，男，70岁，头痛反复发作5年多，近日加重，头痛头胀、精神不济、倦怠懒言、食欲不振，服用本发明中药组合物制备的药剂1个疗程，自觉头痛见轻，继续服用7个疗程，完全治愈。

1.一种治疗头痛的中药组合物，其特征在于：其中药原料及重量份配比为：赤芍10-20份，川芎5-15份，桃仁5-15份，柏子仁10-30份，红花5-15份，五灵脂5-15份，全蝎3-9份，七叶莲10-20份，地龙5-15份，桑叶10-20份，白芷5-15份，罗布麻5-15份，细辛1-5份，桔梗5-15份，石膏10-20份，生地黄10-20份，香附5-15份，青皮6-12份，甘草3-9份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种治疗头痛的中药组合物，其特征在于：其中药原料及重量份配比为：赤芍15份，川芎10份，桃仁10份，柏子仁20份，红花10份，五灵脂10份，全蝎6份，七叶莲15份，地龙10份，桑叶15份，白芷10份，罗布麻10份，细辛3份，桔梗10份，石膏15份，生地黄15份，香附10份，青皮9份，甘草6份。
