1、高某某，男，45岁，双耳耳鸣5年，伴眩晕、头痛等症状；服用本发明的中药酒1个疗程后好转，3个疗程治愈，随访1年未复发。
2、赵某，女，33岁，25岁时开始耳鸣，影响睡眠，严重时伴有腰膝酸软、疲怠乏力、头昏目眩等症状；服用本发明的中药酒1个疗程后好转，3个疗程治愈，随访2年未复发。
3、何某，男，52岁，耳鸣10余年，日益加剧，严重影响生活和休息；服用本发明的中药酒1个疗程后好转，3个疗程治愈，随访2年未复发。

Claims (3)

1.一种治疗耳鸣的中药酒，其特征是，由下列重量份的原料制成：五味子18-22克、仙茅18-22克、菟丝子18-22克、淫羊藿18-22克、茯苓18-22克、薏苡仁18-22克、桑寄生18-22克、石决明13-17克、木通13-17克、山药13-17克、蔓荆子13-17克、肉桂13-17克、泽泻13-17克、巴戟天13-17克、远志13-17克、独活13-17克、海马8-12克、鹿茸8-12克、陈皮8-12克、牛膝8-12克、55度以上白酒3200-3800克。
2.根据权利要求1所述的治疗耳鸣的中药酒，其特征是，由下列重量份的原料制成：五味子20克、仙茅20克、菟丝子20克、淫羊藿20克、茯苓20克、薏苡仁20克、桑寄生20克、石决明15克、木通15克、山药15克、蔓荆子15克、肉桂15克、泽泻15克、巴戟天15克、远志15克、独活15克、海马10克、鹿茸10克、陈皮10克、牛膝10克、55度以上白酒3500克。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的治疗耳鸣的中药酒的制备方法，其特征是，包括如下步骤：
（1）按照重量份称取：五味子、仙茅、菟丝子、淫羊藿、茯苓、薏苡仁、桑寄生、石决明、木通、山药、蔓荆子、肉桂、泽泻、巴戟天、远志、独活、海马、鹿茸、陈皮、牛膝、55度以上白酒；
（2）将：五味子、仙茅、菟丝子、淫羊藿、茯苓、薏苡仁、桑寄生、石决明、木通、山药、蔓荆子、肉桂、泽泻、巴戟天、远志、独活、海马、鹿茸、陈皮、牛膝粉碎，过100目筛后混合；
（3）将步骤（2）所得的混合物放入55度以上白酒中，在常温下密封浸泡30-50天；
（4）清理药渣，将所得中药酒罐装即可。
