Abstract
本发明提出的一种纯中药腰立健汤，其特征是以中药桑枝、元胡索、枳壳、厚朴、当归、赤勺、续断、骨碎补、秦艽、通草、木香按比例配方，常规水煎服即可。它能有效治疗腰部损伤初期的积瘀肿痛，或兼小便不利者。本发明配方以中医理论为基础，适应症针对性强，配制方法科学合理，疗效十分显著，可达标本兼治。

本发明涉及一组纯中药配方，尤其适用于治疗腰部损伤初期积瘀肿痛或兼小便不利者。
背景技术
目前，公知的治疗腰部损伤的中、西药物或中西合剂药物很多，常见的是由具有舒筋活血、祛瘀止痛、消肿散邪的药物组成，没有明显分期，对腰部损伤初期治疗有一定的疗效，如腰痛宁、腰息痛、三七伤药片、盘龙七片等，前两者祛瘀止痛、疏散寒湿；后两者舒筋活血、祛瘀止痛。然而腰部损伤初期以气滞血瘀、经络闭阻不通为主要病理机制，故以上述药物治疗，针对性较差，不能迅速奏效，而且有些药物有毒、副作用，疗效不能尽如人意。
发明内容
为了克服上述存有的不足，本发明的目的是提供一组专治腰部损伤初期的一种治疗急性腰部损伤的纯中药配方，它具有行气活血、通络止痛的功效，对于扭挫伤、腰椎间盘突出等腰部损伤初期的疼痛难忍或兼小便不利等症疗效显著、可靠，无任何毒、副作用，标本兼治。
本发明解决其技术问题所采取的方案是这样实现的，采用下列中药作为本药配方
桑枝、元胡索、枳壳、厚朴、当归、赤勺、续断、骨碎补、秦艽、通草、木香。桑枝、木香单包，其它药物共包。分别浸泡约一小时。常规水煎法，桑枝先煎，再下群药，木香后下。腰部损伤初期，脉络闭阻不通，不通则痛；“活血以行气为先，气行则血行”，故方中以厚朴、元胡索、枳壳、桑枝行气通络为君药；以当归、赤芍、续断、骨碎补活血祛瘀、续伤止痛为辅药；外伤后气机不畅，水湿停聚，以秦艽、通草祛湿通络利小便，降低神经根水肿、减轻对神经根的压迫为佐药；外伤后三焦气化不利、气机不畅，木香为三焦气分之药，能升降诸气，专行气滞为使药。诸药相配共奏行气活血、通络止痛之效。
本发明的有益效果：本发明处方以中医理论为基础，经十几年的反复临床应用，摸索出了最佳疗效处方，组方科学合理，疗效显著，无毒副作用，填补了专治腰部损伤初期瘀积肿痛或兼小便不利的空白，适用于腰部扭挫伤、腰椎间盘突出症疼痛难忍、夜不能寐等症。与同类产品比较，针对性强，有不可替代的优势。
具体实施方式
本发明最佳实施方案如下：
桑枝(先煎)30克、厚朴10克、元胡索10克、枳壳10克、当归15克、赤芍15克、续断15克、骨碎补15克、秦艽15克、通草15克、木香(后下)5克。常规煎法，其中桑枝先煎15分钟后，将其它浸泡后的药物加入共煎，最后放入浸泡好的木香同煎约8分钟即可。滤出药汁约300毫升后加水煎第二遍，滤出药汁约200毫升，两遍药汁混合后早晚分服即可。

1.一种腰立健汤，其特征在于它是由下列原料药按重量配比组成：桑枝(先煎)30克、厚朴10克、元胡索10克、枳壳10克、当归15克、赤芍15克、续断15克、骨碎补15克、秦艽15克、通草15克、木香(后下)5克，常规水煎服。
