本发明涉及一种传统草药的未确定结构的医用配制品，尤其是一种治疗泄泻的中药组合物。
背景技术

一种治疗泄泻的中药组合物，其中药原料及重量配比为：补骨脂12g、吴茱萸13g、五味子8g、肉豆蔻13g、党参25g、云苓25g、白术25g、附子13g、砂仁8g、干姜13g、芡实25g、薏仁35g、莲子25g、山药35g、葛根12g、升麻13g、柴胡8g、扁豆35g、桔梗8g、枳壳13g、白芍25g、甘草7g、焦楂15g。
实施例5
一种治疗泄泻的中药组合物，其中药原料及重量配比为：补骨脂18g、吴茱萸8g、五味子13g、肉豆蔻8g、党参35g、云苓15g、白术35g、附子8g、砂仁13g、干姜8g、芡实35g、薏仁25g、莲子35g、山药25g、葛根18g、升麻8g、柴胡8g、扁豆25g、桔梗13g、枳壳8g、白芍35g、甘草4g、焦楂25g。
本发明实施例中的中药组合物按常规的水煎法制取药剂。具体方法如下：将组方的中药原料放入容器中，加冷水漫过药面，浸泡15～20分钟，再加水没过药面约8厘米，进行第一次煎煮，未沸前采用武火煎煮，沸后用文火煎煮20～30分钟；第二次煎煮，加水没过药面约6厘米，水沸后煎煮15～20分钟。两次煎煮去渣取汁，合并服用。
本发明以实施例1所给出的一种治疗泄泻的中药组合物，做临床疗效总结如下：
一、一般性资料：本发明中药组合物应用于临床观察病例60例，其中男32例，女28例，年龄18～70岁。病程最短者5天，最长者达1年。
二、诊断标准：
1、大便稀薄或如水样，次数增多。可伴腹胀腹痛等症；
2、急性暴泻起病突然，病程短。可伴有恶寒、发热等症；
3、慢性久泻起病缓慢，病程较长，反复发作，时轻时重；
4、饮食不当、受寒凉或情绪变化可诱发；
5、大便常规可见少许红、白细胞，大便培养致病菌阳性或阴性；
6、必要时作X线钡剂灌肠或纤维肠镜检查。
三、用法用量：临床应用时，组合物中的组分、用量根据患者的体重、年龄及症状酌情增减。一天一剂，水煎两遍取汁约300ml，分早、晚两次饭前半小时温热服用。服药期间忌食生冷、辛辣之物。
四、疗效标准：
1、治愈：大便正常，其他症状消失，临床检验正常；
2、好转：大便次数明显减少，其他症状改善；
3、未愈：症状未见改善。
五、治疗效果：该临床观察病例中，服药3-6个疗程，治愈45例，好转11例，未愈4例。五天为一疗程，治疗期间未发生毒副作用。
六、典型病例：
病例1
宋某，女，43岁，病史：腹泻有半年余，日3-4次，便前腹痛，畏寒。服用本发明的中药组合物制备的药剂2个疗程，腹痛消失，大便明显正常；继续巩固2个疗程，大便正常，腹痛、畏寒症状消失，临床检验正常。
病例2
徐某，男，59岁，患者自诉：大便溏薄1年，夹有不消化食物，稍进油腻或空腹吃过甜、辣食物则便次增多，伴有神疲乏力，大便前腹痛，便后轻松。服用本发明的中药组合物制备的药剂2个疗程，大便每天两次，不干不稀，痛感消失；再巩固服用2个疗程，大便正常，精神饱满，饮食影响变小；继续服用1个疗程，治愈。

1.一种治疗泄泻的中药组合物，其特征在于：其中药原料及重量配比为：补骨脂15g、吴茱萸10g、五味子10g、肉豆蔻10g、党参30g、茯苓20g、白术30g、附子10g、砂仁10g、干姜10g、芡实30g、薏仁30g、莲子30g、山药30g、葛根15g、升麻10g、柴胡10g、扁豆30g、桔梗10g、枳壳15g、白芍30g、甘草6g、焦楂20g。
