背景技术
月经后期是女性在临床中的一种常见病症，是指月经周期后7天以上，同时连续三个月鉴定为月经后期，又称“经行后期”、“月经延后”、“月经落后”、“经迟”等。月经后期的主要伴随症状有：月经量少(个别量多)；经色可深红、淡红或黯红；经质可有粘稠、稀薄或伴有血块。还有人出现胃寒肢冷、小腹隐痛、面色苍白、头昏目眩或胸闷不适、乳胀胁痛等。月经后期及时治疗，一般情况预后良好，可恢复正常月经周期。如不及时治疗，本病可发展成闭经，尤其是40岁以上妇女，影响子宫内膜功能和卵巢功能，久而卵巢早衰，提早绝经。目前，临床上治疗月经后期多采用激素治疗，其效果不理想，并且副作用大，极易造成内分泌失调。
中医认为，月经后期系由精血不足或邪气阻滞，冲任不足，血海不能按时满溢，遂致月经后期。治宜补肾益气，养血调经。

实施例5
一种治疗月经后期的中药组合物，其中药原料及重量配比为：淫羊藿35g，阿胶12g，百合18g，桂枝8g，丹参25g，吴茱萸8g，熟地黄18g，乌金草8g，月季花18g，升麻8g，陈皮18g，桑寄生12g，干姜13g，菟丝子12g，鹿胎18g，黄精8g，怀牛膝18g，大枣12g，香附18g，肉桂8g，莪术13g，川楝子18g，甘草8g。
本发明实施例中的中药组合物按常规的水煎法制取药剂。具体方法如下：将组方的中药原料放入容器中，加冷水漫过药面，浸泡15～20分钟，再加水没过药面约8厘米，进行第一次煎煮，未沸前采用武火煎煮，沸后用文火煎煮20～30分钟；第二次煎煮，加水没过药面约6厘米，水沸后煎煮15～20分钟。两次煎煮去渣取汁，合并。
本发明以实施例1所给出的一种治疗月经后期的中药组合物，做临床疗效总结如下：
一、一般性资料：本发明中药组合物应用于临床观察病例50例，年龄16～45岁。病程最短者2个月，最长者达3年，平均1年。
二、诊断标准：
1、月经周期超过35天，连续2个月经周期以上；
2、育龄妇女周期延后，应与妊娠、青青期、更年期月经后期相鉴别；
3、妇科检查，B超或气腹造影，以排除子宫及卵巢器质性疾病。
三、用法用量：临床应用时，一天一剂，水煎两遍取汁约400ml，分早、晚两次饭前半小时温热服用，五天一疗程。
四、疗效标准：
1、痊愈：月经周期恢复正常，维持3个月以上；
2、有效：月经周期恢复正常，但不能维持3个月以上；
3、无效：月经周期末见好转。
五、治疗效果：该临床观察病例中，服药3-10个疗程，痊愈38例，有效10例，无效2例。治疗期间未发生毒副作用。
六、典型病例：
病例1：王某，17岁。主诉：近期经常熬夜写作业，月经推迟两个月，且无规律可循，经期3天，经期伴下腹空坠隐痛，泻后痛缓，乳房胀痛、腰背酸胀，疲乏注意力不集中。诊见：面色黄无华，舌淡，脉细。服用本发明中药组合物制备的药剂1个疗程，头晕乏力不适感明显减轻；继续服2个疗程，症状及体征均消失，月经周期28天，月经量正常，经期不适感几乎消失；随访3个月无复发，治愈。
病例2：汤某，女，42岁。主诉：月经后期近1年。月经常延后10余天，十分紊乱，且有黑色血块。末次月经延后17天，经行2天，量少色暗，伴腰酸痛小腹疼痛、腹泻、四肢无力。诊见：面部色斑明显，苔薄白，脉细弦。服用本发明中药组合物制备的药剂2个疗程，面色好转；继续服用3个疗程，下月月经间隔34天，经行6天，色轻红，无血块，腰部有轻微酸胀感但无腹痛腹泻；继续巩固服用1个疗程后，随访3个月月经周期正常，治愈。

1.一种治疗月经后期的中药组合物，其特征在于：其中药原料及重量份配比为：淫羊藿20-40份，阿胶10-20份，百合10-20份，桂枝5-15份，丹参10-30份，吴茱萸5-15份，熟地黄10-20份，乌金草5-15份，月季花10-20份，升麻5-15份，陈皮10-20份，桑寄生10-20份，干姜5-15份，菟丝子10-20份，鹿胎10-20份，黄精5-15份，怀牛膝10-20份，大枣10-20份，香附10-20份，肉桂5-15份，莪术5-15份，川楝子10-20份，甘草5-15份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种治疗月经后期的中药组合物，其特征在于：其中药原料及重量份配比为：淫羊藿30份，阿胶15份，百合15份，桂枝10份，丹参20份，吴茱萸10份，熟地黄15份，乌金草10份，月季花15份，升麻10份，陈皮15份，桑寄生15份，干姜10份，菟丝子15份，鹿胎15份，黄精10份，怀牛膝15份，大枣15份，香附15份，肉桂10份，莪术10份，川楝子15份，甘草10份。
