本发明涉及一种治疗肝胆郁热引发肝胆郁热引发泄泻的中药组合物，其是由下列重量份的中药原料组成：龙胆草5‑15份、黄芩10‑20份、白术10‑20份、香附10‑20份、郁金10‑20份、栀子10‑20份、砂仁5‑15份、木香3‑9份、川楝子5‑15份、生地20‑30份、防风10‑20份、威灵仙10‑20、茯苓5‑15份、枣仁10‑20份、远志10‑20份、山茱萸5‑15份、沉香5‑9份、当归5‑15份、白芍10‑20份、紫河车4‑12份。本发明中药组合物具有舒肝理气、温脾化湿、清热解毒、止痛止泻的功效，其配制简便、疗效显著、作用可靠、无毒副作用。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种传统草药的未确定结构的医用配制品，尤其是一种治疗肝胆郁热引发泄泻的中药组合物。
背景技术
泄泻是以大便次数增多，粪质稀薄，甚至泻出如水样为临床特征的一种脾胃肠病证。泄与泻在病情上有一定区别，粪出少而势缓，若漏泄之状者为泄；粪大出而势直无阻，若倾泻之状者为泻，然近代多泄、泻并称，统称为泄泻。泄泻是一种常见的脾胃肠病证，一年四季均可发生，但以夏秋两季较为多见。西药治疗泄泻见效快，但是，患者对治疗泄泻的西药易产生依赖性，停药后病情易出现反复，并且西药长期直接作用内脏，易给人体带来的副作用。
中医药治疗泄泻有较好的疗效。
中医认为，泄泻系因感受外邪，或饮食内伤，致脾失健运，传导失司，以大便次数增多，质稀溏或如水样为主要表现的病症。发病机理有寒湿困脾、肠道湿热、食滞胃肠、肝胆郁热、脾气亏虚、肾阳亏虚。治疗肝胆郁热引发泄泻当利湿敛肝、止痛止泻。
根据中医理论，针对肝胆郁热引发泄泻的发病机理，进行辩证配伍组方，以达到标本兼治的目的。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术中采用西药治疗肝胆郁热引发泄泻存在停药后病情易反复且有一定副作用的不足，本发明提供一种配制方便、药源广、成本低、疗效显著、作用可靠、无副作用的治疗肝胆郁热引发泄泻的中药组合物。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：一种治疗肝胆郁热引发泄泻的中药组合物，其特征在于：其中药原料及重量份配比为：龙胆草5-15份、黄芩10-20份、白术10-20份、香附10-20份、郁金10-20份、栀子10-20份、砂仁5-15份、木香3-9份、川楝子5-15份、生地20-30份、防风10-20份、威灵仙10-20、 茯苓5-15份、枣仁10-20份、远志10-20份、山茱萸5-15份、沉香5-9份、当归5-15份、白芍10-20份、紫河车4-12份。
本发明的优选技术方案是：一种治疗肝胆郁热引发泄泻的中药组合物，其特征在于：其中药原料及重量份配比为：龙胆草10份、黄芩15份、白术15份、香附15份、郁金15份、栀子15份、砂仁10份、木香6份、川楝子10份、生地25份、防风15份、威灵仙15份、茯苓10份、枣仁15份、远志15份、山茱萸10份、沉香7份、当归10份、白芍15份、紫河车8份。
本发明中药组合物是在传统中医理论和临床经验指导下，精选药物组方。本发明中药组合物中：龙胆草具有清热燥湿、泻肝定惊的功效；黄芩具有清热燥湿、泻火解毒、止血安胎的功效；白术具有健脾益气、燥湿利水、止汗安胎的功效；香附具有理气解郁、调经止痛的功效；香附具有舒肝理气、解郁止痛的功效；郁金具有行气化瘀、清心解郁的功效；栀子具有泻火除烦、清热利湿、凉血解毒的功效；砂仁具有化湿开胃、温脾止泻、理气安胎的功效；木香具有行气止痛、调中导滞的功效；川楝子具有疏肝泄热、行气止痛、杀虫的功效；生地具有清热凉血、养阴生津、止痛调经的功效；防风具有祛风解表、胜湿止痛、止痉定搐的功效；威灵仙具有祛风除湿、通络止痛、消痰水、散癖积的功效；茯苓具有利水渗湿、益脾和胃、宁心安神之功效；枣仁具有养肝敛汗、宁心安神的功效；远志具有安神益智、祛痰镇惊、行气散郁的功效；山茱萸具有补益肝肾、涩精固脱的功效；沉香具有降气温中、暖肾助阳的功效；当归具有补血活血、调经止痛、润肠通便的功效；白芍具有养血柔肝、缓中止痛、敛阴收汗的功效；紫河车具有补肾益精、益气养血之功效。本发明组合物中的药物组分经辩证配伍，在作用上相辅相成，具有协同作用，共奏舒肝理气、温脾化湿、清热解毒、止痛止泻之功效，对肝胆郁热引发泄泻达到标本兼治的目的。
本发明组合物的组分均采用天然的中药原料，其配制简便、药源广、成本低。其遵循中医的处方用药原则，各种组分药物采用水煎服用。经临床应用验证，其疗效显著，作用可靠，药性平和，未出现毒副作用，总有效率92%，治愈率达74%。

一种治疗肝胆郁热引发泄泻的中药组合物，其中药原料及重量配比为：龙胆草13g、黄芩12g、白术18g、香附12g、郁金18g、栀子12g、砂仁13g、木香4g、川楝子13g、生地22g、防风18g、威灵仙12g、茯苓13g、枣仁12g、远志18g、 山茱萸8g、沉香8g、当归8g、白芍18g、紫河车6g。
本发明实施例中的中药组合物按常规的水煎法制取药剂。具体方法如下：将组方的中药原料放入容器中，加冷水漫过药面，浸泡15～20分钟，再加水没过药面约6厘米，进行第一次煎煮。未沸前采用武火煎煮，沸后用文火煎煮20～30分钟；第二次煎煮，加水没过药面约4厘米，水沸后煎煮15～20分钟。两次煎煮去渣取汁，合并。
本发明以实施例1所给出的一种治疗肝胆郁热引发泄泻的中药组合物，做临床疗效总结如下：
一、一般性资料：本中药组合物应用于临床观察病例100例，其中男35例，女65例，年龄20～70岁。病程最短者3天，最长者达2年，平均3个月。
二、诊断标准：
1、大便稀薄或如水样，次数增多。可伴腹胀腹痛等症；
2、急性暴泻起病突然，病程短。可伴有恶寒、发热等症；
3、慢性久泻起病缓慢，病程较长，反复发作，时轻时重；
4、饮食不当、受寒凉或情绪变化可诱发；
5、大便常规可见少许红、白细胞，大便培养致病菌阳性或阴性；
6、必要时作X线钡剂灌肠或纤维肠镜检查。
三、用法用量：临床应用时，一天一剂，水煎两遍取汁约300ml，分早、晚两次饭前半小时温热服用。六天为一疗程。服药期间忌食生冷、辛辣、刺激及腐烂之物，油煎、火燎及不易消化的食物不宜多吃。
四、疗效标准：
1、治愈：大便正常，其他症状消失，临床检验正常；
2、好转：大便次数明显减少，其他症状改善；
3、未愈：症状未见改善。
五、治疗效果：该临床观察病例中，服药1-6个疗程，治愈74例，好转18例，未愈8例。治疗期间未发生毒副作用。
六、典型病例：
病例1：梁某，女，30岁，腹泻1年，腹痛肠鸣泄泻，每因情志不畅而发，泻后痛缓。舌质红，苔薄白，脉弦。服用本发明的中药组合物制备的药剂2个疗程，大便明显正常；继续巩固2个疗程，未见复发。
病例2：男，50岁，近一周，大便溏薄，夹有不消化食物，稍进油腻则便次增多，伴有神疲乏力。舌质淡，苔薄白，脉细。服用本发明的中药组合物制备的药剂2个疗程，大便每天一次，不干不稀；进油腻无影响。再巩固服用1个疗程，大便正常，精神饱满。
