一、一般性资料:本发明中药组合物应用于临床观察病例40例,其中男20例,女20例,年龄50~80岁。病程最短者1个月,最长者达1年,平均6个月。
二、诊断标准:
1、以半身不遂,口舌歪斜,舌强言襄,偏身麻木,甚则神志恍惚、迷蒙、神昏、昏愦为主症;
2、发病急骤,有渐进发展过程;病前多有头晕头痛,肢体麻木等先兆;
3、常有年老体衰,劳倦内伤,嗜好烟酒,膏梁厚味等因素;每因恼怒、劳累、酗酒、感寒等诱发;
4、作血压、神经系统、脑脊液及血常规、眼底等检查;有条件做CT、磁共振检查,可有异常表现;
5、应注意与痫病、厥证、痉病等鉴别。
三、用法用量:临床应用时,一天一剂,水煎两遍取汁约300ml,分早、晚两次饭前半小时温热服用,五天为一疗程。服药期间忌食生冷、辛辣之物。
四、疗效标准:
1、治愈:症状及体征消失,基本能独立生活;
2、好转:症状及体征好转,能扶杖行动,或基本生活能自理;
3、未愈:症状及体征无变化。
五、治疗效果:该临床观察病例中,服药5-15个疗程,治愈25例,好转9例,未愈6例。治疗期间未发生毒副作用。
六、典型病例:
病例1:田某,女, 64岁。常年患有高血压、糖尿病,半年前中风发作,舌强语蹇,口舌歪斜,眩晕头痛,面红目赤,心烦易怒,流口水,便秘尿黄,无法独自站立。舌红,苔燥,脉弦有力;服用本发明的中药组合物制备的药剂3个疗程,语言稍有不利,肢体功能略微恢复;继续服用5个疗程,语言清晰,肢体功能明显恢复,基本生活自理;继续服用2个疗程,生活基本自理。
病例2:宋某,男,53岁。自述:患有高血压,因饮酒过度,翌日起床感觉肢体麻木,右侧脸部和手脚麻木,说话吐字不清,无法辨认手势,头痛难忍。在家人将其送去医院途中清醒,除眩晕头痛外,其他正常。服用本发明的中药组合物制备的药剂4个疗程后,眩晕头痛消失;继续服用2个疗程进行巩固治疗,随访半年未见复发。

1.一种治疗高血压引发中风的中药组合物,其特征在于:其中药原料及重量份配比为:天麻9-15份,钩藤10-20份,罗布麻10-30份,生山楂10-30份,全蝎3-9份,石决明10-30份,牡蛎20-40份,决明子10-30份,炒枣仁10-30份,茯苓10-30份,川芎10-30份,知母9-15份,甘草5-15份,柏子仁10-20份,远志3-9份,夜交藤9-15份,莲子10-30份,杜仲10-20份,续断9-15份,桑寄生5-15份,郁金10-30份,神曲10-30份,炒麦芽5-15份,砂仁5-15份,厚朴9-15份,川牛膝9-15份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种治疗高血压引发中风的中药组合物,其特征在于:其中药原料及重量份配比为:天麻12份,钩藤15份,罗布麻20份,生山楂20份,全蝎6份,石决明20份,牡蛎30份,决明子20份,炒枣仁20份,茯苓20份,川芎20份,知母12份,甘草10份,柏子仁15份,远志6份,夜交藤12份,莲子20份,杜仲15份,续断12份,桑寄生10份,郁金20份,神曲20份,炒麦芽10份,砂仁10份,厚朴12份,川牛膝12份。
