技术领域
本发明涉及一种传统草药的未确定结构的医用配制品，尤其是一种治疗急性腰扭伤的中药组合物。
背景技术
急性腰扭伤属于急性软组织伤病，是由于突受暴力或用力不当导致腰部肌肉筋膜组织过度牵拉而引起的腰骶、骶髂及腰椎两侧的肌肉、筋膜、韧带、小关节及滑膜等结构的急性损伤，致使周围组织细胞水肿和无菌性炎性改变，使组织间血液循环不畅，神经受压而出现腰痛，如损伤严重可压迫神经末梢而引起肌肉痉挛。急性腰扭伤会引发腰部疼痛及导致活动功能障碍，患者往往腰部活动严重受限，不能扭转及侧弯，给患者生活带来影响。目前治疗急性腰扭伤多采用物理疗法和镇痛抗炎药物来进行保守治疗，但均存在治疗费用大、效果不理想等缺点。
中医认为，急性腰扭伤属伤筋范畴，外力作用于腰部，致使经脉受损、气机运行不畅、气滞血瘀。气血运行不畅、水湿内阻、瘀血水湿互结，故致麻木疼痛。筋主运动，筋伤则运动失主，故活动受限。因此本病的中医治法以行气活血、疏通筋脉为要。此外，肾气不足、肾阳亏虚也是本病的诱因之一，兼以补肾药物为辅。
根据中医理论，针对急性腰扭伤的发病机理，以活血祛瘀、行气止痛、舒筋活络、滋补肝肾为治则，进行辩证配伍组方，以达到标本兼治的目的。

本发明实施例中的中药组合物按常规的水煎法制取药剂。具体方法如下：将组方的中药原料放入容器中，加冷水漫过药面，浸泡15～20分钟，再加水没过药面约6厘米，进行第一次煎煮，未沸前采用武火煎煮，沸后用文火煎煮20～30分钟；第二次煎煮，加水没过药面约6厘米，水沸后煎煮15～20分钟。两次煎煮去渣取汁，合并。
本发明以实施例1所给出的一种治疗急性腰扭伤的中药组合物，做临床疗效总结如下：
一、一般性资料：本发明中药组合物应用于临床观察病例40例，其中男18例，女22例，年龄16～60岁。
二、诊断标准：
1、有腰部扭伤史、多见于青壮年；
2、腰部一侧或两侧剧烈疼痛，活动受限，不能翻身、坐立和行走，常保持一定强迫姿势，以减少疼痛；
3、腰肌和臀肌痉挛，或可触及条索状硬状，损伤部位有明显压痛点，脊柱生理弧度改变。
三、用法用量：临床应用时，一天一剂，水煎两遍取汁约300ml，分早、晚两次饭前半小时温热服用，五天为一疗程。
四、疗效标准：
(1)痊愈：腰痛症状消失，活动自如，能正常工作和劳动；
(2)显效：腰痛症状明显减轻，腰部活动仍有受限；
(3)有效：腰痛症状减轻，腰部活动仍受限；
(4)无效：腰痛无改善，腰部活动无恢复。
五、治疗效果：该临床观察病例中，服药2-8个疗程，痊愈28例，显效5例，有效3例，无效4例。治疗期间未发生毒副作用。

病例1：许某，男，16 岁。丢铅球时不慎腰部扭伤，腰部疼痛剧烈，腰肌痉挛，腰部不能挺直，活动受限，右侧腰部压痛。服用本发明中药组合物制备的药剂1个疗程，疼痛明显减轻，腰部伸屈活动受限减轻，压痛消失，继续服2个疗程，症状及体征均消失，活动自如，治愈。
病例2：齐某，女，36 岁。因搬运重物不当腰部突发疼痛，活动受限，不能翻身，腰部有压痛点，不能坚持弯腰工作。X 线摄排片未见异常。服用本发明中药组合物制备的药剂2个疗程，疼痛、压痛均减轻，腰部活动受限减轻；继续服用1个疗程，症状、体征完全消失，随访半年无复发。

1.一种治疗急性腰扭伤的中药组合物，其特征在于：其中药原料及重量份配比为：川芎10-30份，人参20-40份，独活10-20份，威灵仙20-40份，秦艽10-30份，木瓜10-30份，桑寄生10-30份，山茱萸5-15份，龟板20-40份，蜈蚣5-15份，杜仲10-30份，肉苁蓉10-30份，红花5-15份，怀牛膝10-20份，金樱子10-20份，半夏5-15份，白术9-15份，当归5-15份，白芍5-15份，伸筋草20-40份，三七5-15份，莪术6-12份，木香9-15份，桃仁5-15份，地榆5-15份，延胡索10-20份，骨碎补10-30份，没药10-20份，续断10-30份，白芷9-15份，甘草5-15份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种治疗急性腰扭伤的中药组合物，其特征在于：其中药原料及重量份配比为：川芎20份，人参30份，独活15份，威灵仙30份，秦艽20份，木瓜20份，桑寄生20份，山茱萸10份，龟板30份，蜈蚣10份，杜仲20份，肉苁蓉20份，红花10份，怀牛膝15份，金樱子15份，半夏10份，白术12份，当归10份，白芍10份，伸筋草30份，三七10份，莪术9份，木香12份，桃仁10份，地榆10份，延胡索15份，骨碎补20份，没药15份，续断20份，白芷12份，甘草10份。
