实施例4
一种治疗疥疮的中药组合物，其中药原料及重量配比为：薏苡仁23g，石菖蒲12g，白花蛇舌草18g，地骨皮7g，白蒺藜18g，槐花12g，三叶乌蔹莓18g，黄柏7g，金钱草18g，土茯苓12g，陈皮13g，天名精12g，大黄18g，蛇床子7g，四季青18g，草果12g，荆芥13g，深山酢浆草12g，穿心莲18g，头发七12g，苦参13g，川芎12g，百部18g，甘草7g。
实施例5
一种治疗疥疮的中药组合物，其中药原料及重量配比为：薏苡仁17g，石菖蒲18g，白花蛇舌草12g，地骨皮13g，白蒺藜12g，槐花18g，三叶乌蔹莓12g，黄柏13g，金钱草12g，土茯苓18g，陈皮7g，天名精18g，大黄12g，蛇床子13g，四季青12g，草果18g，荆芥7g，深山酢浆草18g，穿心莲12g，头发七18g，苦参7g，川芎18g，百部12g，甘草13g。
本发明实施例中的中药组合物按常规的水煎法制取药剂。具体方法如下：将组方的中药原料放入容器中，加冷水漫过药面，浸泡15～20分钟，再加水没过药面约8厘米，进行第一次煎煮，未沸前采用武火煎煮，沸后用文火煎煮20～30分钟；第二次煎煮，加水没过药面约6厘米，水沸后煎煮15～20分钟。两次煎煮去渣取汁，合并。
本发明以实施例1所给出的一种治疗疥疮的中药组合物，做临床疗效总结如下：
一、一般性资料：本发明中药组合物应用于临床观察病例54例，其中男24例，女30例，年龄25～65岁。
二、诊断标准：
1、皮损处呈散在分布的淡红色针头至栗米大小丘疹、丘疱疹及疥虫隧道；阴部有时可见褐红色小结节；自觉奇痒，夜间尤甚；
2、好发于指间、腕、肘窝、腋前缘、乳下、脐周、腹股沟等皱襞部，亦可泛发全身，除儿童外极少发于头面；
3、有疥疮患者密切接触史；
4、皮损处可查出疥虫。
三、用法用量：临床应用时，一天一剂，水煎两遍取汁约400ml，分早、晚两次温热服用，六天为一疗程。
四、疗效标准：
1、治愈：症状、体征完全消失，三周以上，未复发者；
2、好转：治疗结束后，瘙痒明显减轻，皮疹消退60％以上；
3、未愈：症状，体征无缓解，或皮疹消退不足30％。
五、治疗效果：该临床观察病例中，服药5-10个疗程，治愈38例，好转12例，未愈4例。治疗期间对中药品临床引起各类型的过敏反应、疑为药物引起人体各系统、器官、组织的功能和形态方面的异常、疑为药物引起癌症等致突变反应、药物的依赖性以及认为重要或有价值的其他不良反应进行了评价，即中药品不良反应（ADR）评价，未发生不良反应和毒副作用。
六、典型病例：
病例1：曲某，男，49岁。患者自述：三月前无明显诱因出现全身皮肤瘙痒，胸部及背部呈多个栗米大小红色丘疹，阴茎阴囊有小结节，夜间瘙痒感加重。医院诊断为：疥疮，使用抗菌素药膏涂抹后，并未缓解症状。服用本发明中药组合物制备的药剂3个疗程后，瘙痒感减轻，皮损明显消退；继续服用4个疗程，症状消失，治愈。
病例2：姜某，女，45岁。患者自述：全身瘙痒大半年，手缝、腋下、乳下可见多个红褐色结节，夜间更为严重。医院诊断为：疥疮。多次口服抗菌西药及外用止痒药膏，效果都不明显。服用本发明中药组合物制备的药剂5个疗程，结节消退、瘙痒感明显减轻；继续服用4个疗程后，各症状消失，治愈。随访半年未复发。

1.一种治疗疥疮的中药组合物，其特征在于：其中药原料及重量份配比为：薏苡仁10-30份，石菖蒲10-20份，白花蛇舌草10-20份，地骨皮5-15份，白蒺藜10-20份，槐花10-20份，三叶乌蔹莓10-20份，黄柏5-15份，金钱草10-20份，土茯苓10-20份，陈皮5-15份，天名精10-20份，大黄10-20份，蛇床子5-15份，四季青10-20份，草果10-20份，荆芥5-15份，深山酢浆草10-20份，穿心莲10-20份，头发七10-20份，苦参5-15份，川芎10-20份，百部10-20份，甘草5-15份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种治疗疥疮的中药组合物，其特征在于：其中药原料及重量份配比为：薏苡仁20份，石菖蒲15份，白花蛇舌草15份，地骨皮10份，白蒺藜15份，槐花15份，三叶乌蔹莓15份，黄柏10份，金钱草15份，土茯苓15份，陈皮10份，天名精15份，大黄15份，蛇床子10份，四季青15份，草果15份，荆芥10份，深山酢浆草15份，穿心莲15份，头发七15份，苦参10份，川芎15份，百部15份，甘草10份。
