背景技术

中医将本病归属“头痛”、“头风”范畴。认为发病主要与肝、脾、肾三脏密切相关。因于肝者，或肝阴不足，肝阳偏亢；或肝气郁滞，久郁化火，上扰清空而为痛。因于脾者，或脾虚生化无权，气血亏虚，气虚则清阳不升，血虚则脑髓失养而致头痛。因于肾者，多由房劳过度，耗损肾精，以致髓海空虚；或肾阳衰微，寒从内生，清阳失旷；或肾阴不足，水不涵木，风阳上亢而致头痛。头痛经久不愈，其痛如锥如刺者测因久病入络，血瘀络痹之故。
根据中医理论，针对偏头痛的发病机理，以舒肝解郁、祛风通窍、下气止痛为治则，进行辩证配伍组方，以达到标本兼治的目的。

本发明实施例中的中药组合物按常规的水煎法制取药剂。具体方法如下：将组方的中药原料放入容器中，加冷水漫过药面，浸泡15～20分钟，再加水没过药面约8厘米，进行第一次煎煮，未沸前采用武火煎煮，沸后用文火煎煮20～30分钟；第二次煎煮，加水没过药面约6厘米，水沸后煎煮15～20分钟。两次煎煮去渣取汁，合并。
本发明以实施例1所给出的一种治疗偏头痛的中药组合物，做临床疗效总结如下：
一、一般性资料：本发明中药组合物应用于临床观察病例80例，其中男20例，女60例，年龄20～60岁。病程最短者1个月，最长者达5年，平均1年。
二、诊断标准：参照国家中医药管理局发布的《中医病证诊断疗效标准》中偏头痛的诊断标准：
1、疼痛部位：多在头部一侧额颞、前额、巅顶、或左或右辗转发作，或呈全头痛；
2、疼痛性质：多为跳痛、刺痛、胀痛、昏痛、隐痛、或头痛如裂等；
3、疼痛频次：每次发作可持续数分钟、数小时、数天、也有持续数周者；
4、舌脉象：舌质红，苔黄，或苔黄燥，脉弦数，或弦滑数。
三、用法用量：临床应用时，一天一剂，水煎两遍取汁约300ml，分早、晚两次温热服用，六天为一疗程。
四、疗效标准：
（1）治愈：头痛及伴随症状消失，脑血流图正常；
（2）显效：头痛及伴随症状基本消失，脑血流图基本正常；
（3）有效：头痛发作程度及伴随症状减轻，脑血流图有改善；
（4）无效：头痛及伴随症状无改善。
五、治疗效果：该临床观察病例中，服药3-15个疗程，痊愈55例，随访未见复发；显效11例，有效8例，无效6例。治疗期间未发生毒副作用。
六、典型病例：
病例1：于某，男，43岁。就诊自述：每月会有1-2次发作偏头痛，每次持续4-12小时，发作前几天会有呕吐、畏光、畏声、倦怠、烦躁等症状，发作前会有发冷、排尿费力、尿频等不适。服用本发明的中药组合物制备的药剂3个疗程内，偏头痛未发作，也未出现呕吐、畏光、情绪不宁等不适现象；继续服用3个疗程，期间偏头痛没有发作。随访半年无复发。
病例2：刘某，女，32岁，自述：家族遗传式偏头痛，每个月最少发作一次，严重时每周一次，严重影响工作与生活；曾服用阿司匹林缓解疼痛，但停用后病情会复发。服用本发明的中药组合物制备的药剂4个疗程内，仅发作一次，头痛程度减轻，其他不适感也较前减轻；继续服用3个疗程，发作频率降低，痛感轻微；继续巩固服2个疗程，偏头痛未曾发作，工作与生活正常。

1.一种治疗偏头痛的中药组合物，其特征在于：其中药原料及重量份配比为：钩藤10-30份，六月雪10-20份，葛根5-15份，菊花10-20份，海风藤10-20份，寻骨风5-15份，罗布麻10-20份，倒扣草10-20份，夜交藤10-20份，全蝎5-15份，桑叶10-20份，乌金草10-20份，鹅不食草5-15份，胆南星10-20份，细辛5-15份，决明子10-20份，旱莲草10-20份，蔓荆子5-15份，荜茇10-20份，桑叶10-20份，羌活5-15份，谷精草10-20份，甘草5-15份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种治疗偏头痛的中药组合物，其特征在于：其中药原料及重量份配比为：钩藤20份，六月雪15份，葛根10份，菊花15份，海风藤15份，寻骨风10份，罗布麻15份，倒扣草15份，夜交藤15份，全蝎10份，桑叶15份，乌金草15份，鹅不食草10份，胆南星15份，细辛10份，决明子15份，旱莲草15份，蔓荆子10份，荜茇15份，桑叶15份，羌活10份，谷精草15份，甘草10份。
