本发明公开了一种消石的酵素及其制备方法、使用方法。该酵素包含其原料按照质量份包含1~30份结石复合酶、1~30份果蔬、1~30份中草药、1~10份羧酸、1~10份氨基酸、1~10份多糖、1~30份低聚糖和1~30份蜂蜜,所述结石复合酶为包含结石酶且含有至少两种酶的混合酶。本发明的酵素将结石酶与果蔬、中草药、羧酸、氨基酸、多糖和其他酶复配,一方面能协助结石酶使人体在短时间内没有任何痛苦的化解其体内结石,提高了消石的效果;另一方面,还能在今后的长时间内每天帮助结石体质的人们进行食物的消化吸收、体内各器官的运作和细胞的新陈代谢,以保持机体健康,具有较好对结石体质的调理养生效果。

本发明涉及酵素的技术领域,尤其涉及一种消石的酵素及其制备方法、使用方法。
背景技术
酵素是酶的产品商品化后的一种说法,是一种具有催化活性的蛋白质。无论动物还是植物,一切生物的活动都需要酶的参与。人体不仅每天所摄取食物的消化吸收、体内各器官的运作、细胞的新陈代谢都离不开酶,而且分解进入体内的任何物质也需要酶的活动才能够完成。目前,随着社会的不断进步,人们的健康意识越来越强,服用纯天然植物酿造的植物酵素来补充人体所必需的酶是十分有益的。
人体或动物体内的导管腔中或腔性器官(如肾脏、输尿管、胆囊或膀胱等)的腔中形成的固体块状物。按照结石形成的部位分为肠胃结石、肾结石、尿道结石、肝胆结石。现有技术中消石手段为药物,例如中草药或西药。药物在消石的同时或多或少具有一定的毒性,对机体产生一定的副作用。此外,由于其药效成分较为单一,影响了其消石的效果。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明一方面提供一种消石的酵素,该酵素具有较好的消石效果,同时具有较好对结石体质的调理养生效果。
一种消石的酵素,其原料按照质量份包含1~30份结石复合酶、1~30份果蔬、1~30份中草药、1~10份羧酸、1~10份氨基酸、1~10份多糖、1~30份低聚糖和1~30份蜂蜜,所述结石复合酶为包含结石酶且含有至少两种酶的混合酶。
本发明中的结石酶指的是可消解结石的酶,其制备方法可参照中国专利201310228535.X,在此不再赘述。本发明不涉及结石酶的制备方法和组分的改进。值得说明的是,本发明为便于产品的制备可加入水,而水的加入量为本领域的技术人员根据需要基于经验或简单试验便可确定,不在本发明的改进范围内。
优选地,结石复合酶的原料按照质量份包含1~80份结石酶、1~50份草酸脱羧酶、1~50份超氧化物歧化酶、1~20份纤维素酶、1~20份半纤维素酶、1~20份葡聚糖酶、1~10份淀粉酶、1~10份糖化酶、0.1~5份蛋白酶、0.1~5份脂肪酶。
多糖指10个以上糖苷键聚合而成的化合物。多糖可以为香菇多糖、柏树菌多糖、灰树花多糖、猴头菇多糖、金针菇多糖、银耳多糖、黑木耳多糖、灵芝多糖、云芝多糖、虫草多糖、人参多糖、螺旋藻多糖、海带多糖、大枣多糖、竹叶多糖、绞股兰多糖、黑豆粗多糖、无花果多糖、猕猴桃多糖、白术多糖、防风多糖、地黄多糖、枸杞多糖、杜仲多糖、女贞子多糖、竹荪多糖、茯苓多糖、黄芪多糖、何首乌多糖、肉苁蓉多糖、南瓜多糖、茶叶多糖、魔芋多糖、番石榴多糖、乌头多糖、知母多糖、苍术多糖、薏苡仁多糖、山药多糖、麻黄多糖、刺五加多糖、紫草多糖、桑白皮多糖、稻根多糖、米糠多糖、甘蔗多糖、紫菜多糖、昆布多糖、麦冬多糖、猪苓多糖、南瓜多糖、银杏胞外多糖、银杏叶多糖、五味子多糖和枸杞多糖中的一种或至少两种。
低聚糖糖指的是2至10个(不包括10个)糖苷键聚合而成的化合物。低聚糖具体实例为乳糖、麦芽糖、甜菊糖、低聚果糖、低聚木糖或大豆低聚糖,以及其中的任意组合。
羧酸指含有羧基的有机化合物,既可以为脂肪羧酸,又可以为芳香族羧酸,还可以为含有羟基的羧酸。具体实例涵盖酒石酸、绿原酸、土槿皮酸、草酸、苹果酸、枸椽酸、抗坏血酸、苯甲酸、水杨酸和咖啡酸,及其任意组合。
氨基酸的具体实例涵盖谷氨酸、L-半胱氨酸、甘氨酸、丙氨酸、精氨酸、天门冬氨酸、胱氨酸、氨基丁酸、赖氨酸、色氨酸、苯丙氨酸、蛋氨酸(甲硫氨酸)、苏氨酸、异亮氨酸、亮氨酸、缬氨酸、精氨酸或组氨酸,以及其任意组合。
果蔬指水果和蔬菜的总称。这里“水果”和“蔬菜”皆为本领域通用的定义。果蔬的具体实例涵盖西瓜、冬瓜、黑木耳、香菇、胡萝卜、绿花椰菜、南瓜、南瓜蔓、白扁豆苗、葵梗心、玉米须、藕节、丝瓜、米糠、麦麸、芥菜、黄瓜、空心菜、洋葱、茭白、绿豆芽,玉米、非菜、西兰花、燕麦、马齿苋、苜蓿、胡萝卜、甘薯、卷心菜、荠菜、荸荠茎、淮山、木瓜、香瓜,乌梅、核桃、小枣、桂圆、莲子、胡桃、苹果、香蕉、杨桃、柠檬、雪梨、糖柑、橙子、金桔、梅子、猕猴桃、山楂或佛手,以及其任意组合。
中草药为石苇、冬葵子、车前草、乌药、厚朴、青皮、陈皮、香附、枳实、莱菔子、枳壳、大黄、枳实、虎杖、郁金草、猫须草、黄柏、银花、连翘、三棱、莪术、肉桂、附子、肉苁蓉、党参、黄芪、柴胡、木香、茯苓、白芍、白术、茵陈、泽泻、藿香、甘草、和薏苡仁中的一种或至少两种。
值得注意的是,虽然上述对中草药、果蔬、多糖作出了限制,这些都直接从市场上购买,本发明不涉及它们所含组分的改进,中草药、果蔬、多糖各自所含有的具体组分可采用本领域常规的技术手段来实施。
本发明又一方面提供一种制备上述酵素的方法,该方法得到的酵素具有较好的消石效果,同时具有较好对结石体质的调理养生效果。
一种制备如上述酵素的方法,具体为,按照质量份将包含1~30份结石复合酶、1~30份果蔬、1~30份中草药、1~10份羧酸、1~10份氨基酸、1~10份多糖、1~30份低聚糖和1~30份蜂蜜的原料搅拌而混合,得到酵素。
该方法中,固体的酵素的搅拌的时间为3~30分钟,搅拌的温度为25~55℃;液体的酵素的搅拌的时间为5~60分钟,搅拌的温度为20~45℃。可以理解的是,液体酵素的搅拌混合之后还包括杀菌、分离等本领域常规的操作。
本发明再一方面提供一上述酵素的使用方法,该使用方法适用于非治疗目的的消解肠胃结石、肾结石、尿结石、肝胆结石;
适用于非治疗目的消解肠胃结石的使用方法包括步骤:(1)将1~8g固体的酵素与100~300ml水混合调匀,而后口服;(2)待0.5~1.5h后用50~300ml水稀释5~60ml液体的酵素,而后口服;(3)于一日内依次重复步骤(1)和步骤(2)共四次;
适用于非治疗目的消解肾结石或尿结石的使用方法包括步骤:(1)将0.5~10g固体的酵素溶解200~1000ml水,而后口服;(2)待0.5~1.5h后用200~1000ml水稀释5~60ml液体的酵素,而后口服;(3)于一日内依次重复步骤(1)和步骤(2)共四次;
适用于非治疗目的消解肝胆结石的使用方法包括步骤:(1)将0.5~10g固体的酵素溶解200~500ml水,而后口服;(2)待0.5~1.5h后用200~500ml水稀释5~60ml液体的酵素,而后口服;(3)于一日内依次重复步骤(1)和步骤(2)共四次。
本发明中在消解肾结石的使用方法和消解肝胆结石的使用方法中,当使用3~7d后一次皂化排毒,皂化排毒的目的是有利于将结石分解后的小分子排除,从而防止回晶现象的出现,并建议结石体质的人在日常中长期使用液体酵素(每天一次到二次)。皂化排毒时应当控制整个上午只喝苹果汁,不食饭,最多喝点米汤或麦片;注意,整个皂化排毒过程不要食饭,具体做法为:(1)下午2:00开始,将10~100g酵素粉用100~500ml水搅匀,而后口服;(2)待2小时后,将10~100g酵素液用100~500ml水搅匀,而后口服;(3)待2小时后,重复步骤(1);(4)待2小时后,重复步骤(2);(5)待2小时后,即睡前喝下80~150ml柠檬汁和80~150ml橄榄油。
于消解结石的使用方法中要注意以下几点:①、避免饮用冰冷食物及冰冷饮料;②、建议期间食白粥、燕麦,素菜,尽量避免动物性食物;③、三餐以7分饱为宜;④、结石排出后出现恶心不舒服感觉,乃排毒正常现象;⑤、结石排出后胃口较好,切切不可马上吃太饱,以免伤胃,慢慢复食。皂化排毒时上厕所时如有浮在水面上的绿色油状圆形物属正常排物;⑥、消石的酵素亦可加速人体新陈代谢,帮助提升每一个细胞的排毒能力,保护所有脏器,以达到深层次排毒。也可用于结石多发者长期身体的长寿保养。⑦、皂化排毒时如果检测未一次性排尽者,为了彻底排出体内毒素,此方法可以每间隔一个月实施一次如果毒素不排干净的话,反而会使人体不适,彻底排除干净才会带来一身轻松。⑧、虽然皂化排毒没有任何副作用,然而在任何急性疾病期不建议实行;此外,癌症、低血糖、心脏病、霉菌或念珠菌感染等慢性病也建议谨慎实行为好;女性不要安排在生理期。
本发明的酵素将结石酶与果蔬、多糖、中药材和其他酶复配,果蔬、多糖、中药材和其他酶一方面能协助结石酶使人体在短时间内没有任何痛苦的化解其体内结石,提高了消石的效果;另一方面,还能在今后的长时间内每天帮助结石体质的人们进行食物的消化吸收、体内各器官的运作和细胞的新陈代谢,以保持机体健康,具有较好对结石体质的调理养生效果。
具体实施方式
下面分别结合实施例对本发明作进一步的详细说明。
实施例1:
首先,按照以下质量份配比结石复合酶的原料,即1份结石酶、1份草酸脱羧酶、1份超氧化物歧化酶、1份纤维素酶、1份半纤维素酶、1份葡聚糖酶、1份淀粉酶、1份糖化酶、0.1份蛋白酶、0.1份脂肪酶,将上述原料充分混合得到结石复合酶。然后,按照质量份配比酵素的原料,即1份结石复合酶、1份果蔬、1份中草药、1份羧酸、1份氨基酸、1份多糖、1份低聚糖和1份蜂蜜,将其原料置入装有足量水的不锈钢搅拌罐中于20℃下搅拌60分钟,取其上清液杀菌,得到液体酵素。或者,将按照上述配比酵素的原料置入V形不锈钢混合机内于25℃下混合30分钟,得到固体酵素。
适用于非治疗目的消解肠胃结石的使用方法包括步骤:(1)将1g固体的酵素与100ml水混合调成糊状,而后口服;(2)待0.5h后用50ml水稀释5ml液体的酵素,而后喝下;(3)于一日内一次重复步骤(1)和步骤(2)共四次。实施步骤(3)之后3天内进行皂化排毒,该皂化排毒具体包括:(1)于每日下午2:00将10~100g酵素粉用100~500ml水搅匀,而后口服;(2)待2小时后将10~100g酵素液用100~500ml水搅匀,而后口服;(3)待2小时后,重复步骤(1);(4)待2小时后重复步骤(2);(5)待2小时后且睡前喝下80~150ml柠檬汁和80~150ml橄榄油。
将上述酵素适用于非治疗目的消解肾结石的具体方法为:(1)将0.5g固体的酵素溶解200ml水,而后口服;(2)待0.5h后用200ml水稀释5ml液体的酵素,而后口服;(3)于一日内依次重复步骤(1)和步骤(2)共四次。实施步骤(3)之后3天内进行皂化排毒,皂化排毒的具体过程同上述。
将上述酵素适用于非治疗目的消解肝胆结石的具体方法为:(1)将0.5g固体的酵素溶解200ml水,而后口服;(2)待0.5h后用200ml水稀释5ml液体的酵素,而后口服;(3)于一日内依次重复步骤(1)和步骤(2)共四次。实施步骤(3)之后3天内进行皂化排毒,皂化排毒的具体过程同上述。
实施例2:首先,按照以下质量份配比结石复合酶的原料,即80份结石酶、50份草酸脱羧酶、50份超氧化物歧化酶、20份纤维素酶、20份半纤维素酶、20份葡聚糖酶、10份淀粉酶、10份糖化酶、5份蛋白酶、5份脂肪酶,将上述原料充分混合得到结石复合酶。然后,按照质量份配比酵素的原料,即30份结石复合酶、30份果蔬、30份中草药、10份羧酸、10份氨基酸、10份多糖、30份低聚糖和30份蜂蜜,将其原料置入装有足量水的不锈钢搅拌罐中于45℃下搅拌5分钟,取其上清液杀菌,得到液体酵素。或者,将按照上述配比酵素的原料置入V形不锈钢混合机内于55℃下混合3分钟,得到固体酵素。
适用于非治疗目的消解肠胃结石的使用方法包括步骤:(1)将8g固体的酵素与300ml水混合调匀,而后口服;(2)待1.5h后用300ml水稀释60ml液体的酵素,而后口服;(3)于一日内依次重复步骤(1)和步骤(2)共四次。实施步骤(3)之后7天内进行皂化排毒,皂化排毒的具体过程同上述。
适用于非治疗目的消解肾结石或尿结石的使用方法包括步骤:(1)将10g固体的酵素溶解1000ml水,而后口服;(2)待1.5h后用1000ml水稀释60ml液体的酵素,而后口服;(3)于一日内依次重复步骤(1)和步骤(2)共四次。实施步骤(3)之后7天内进行皂化排毒,皂化排毒的具体过程同上述。
适用于非治疗目的消解肝胆结石的使用方法包括步骤:(1)将10g固体的酵素溶解200~500ml水,而后口服;(2)待1.5h后用500ml水稀释60ml液体的酵素,而后口服;(3)于一日内依次重复步骤(1)和步骤(2)共四次。实施步骤(3)之后7天内进行皂化排毒,皂化排毒的具体过程同上述。
实施例3:首先,按照以下质量份配比结石复合酶的原料,即40份结石酶、25份草酸脱羧酶、25份超氧化物歧化酶、10份纤维素酶、10份半纤维素酶、10份葡聚糖酶、5份淀粉酶、5份糖化酶、2.5份蛋白酶、2.5份脂肪酶,将上述原料充分混合得到结石复合酶。然后,按照质量份配比酵素的原料,即15份结石复合酶、15份果蔬、15份中草药、5份羧酸、5份氨基酸、5份多糖、15份低聚糖和15份蜂蜜,将其原料置入装有足量水的不锈钢搅拌罐中于35℃下搅拌35分钟,取其上清液杀菌,得到液体酵素。或者,将按照上述配比酵素的原料置入V形不锈钢混合机内于40℃下混合16分钟,得到固体酵素。
适用于非治疗目的消解肠胃结石的使用方法包括步骤:(1)将4.5g固体的酵素与200ml水混合调匀,而后口服;(2)待1h后用175ml水稀释32ml液体的酵素,而后口服;(3)于一日内依次重复步骤(1)和步骤(2)共四次。实施步骤(3)之后4天内进行皂化排毒,皂化排毒的具体过程同上述。
适用于非治疗目的消解肾结石或尿结石的使用方法包括步骤:(1)将5.5g固体的酵素溶解600ml水,而后口服;(2)待1h后用600ml水稀释32ml液体的酵素,而后口服;(3)于一日内依次重复步骤(1)和步骤(2)共四次。实施步骤(3)之后4天内进行皂化排毒,皂化排毒的具体过程同上述。
适用于非治疗目的消解肝胆结石的使用方法包括步骤:(1)将5.5g固体的酵素溶解350ml水,而后口服;(2)待1h后用350ml水稀释32ml液体的酵素,而后口服;(3)于一日内依次重复步骤(1)和步骤(2)共四次。实施步骤(3)之后4天内进行皂化排毒,皂化排毒的具体过程同上述。
实施例4:本例中结石复合酶的原料为80份结石酶、1份草酸脱羧酶、1份超氧化物歧化酶、1份纤维素酶、1份半纤维素酶、1份葡聚糖酶、1份淀粉酶、1份糖化酶、0.1份蛋白酶、0.1份脂肪酶,将上述原料充分混合得到结石复合酶,除此,包括使用方法的其他条件均同于实施例3。
实施例5:本例中按照质量份配比酵素的原料为30份结石复合酶、1份果蔬、1份中草药、1份羧酸、1份氨基酸、1份多糖、1份低聚糖和1份蜂蜜,除此,包括使用方法的其他条件均同于实施例3。
本发明的酵素针对人体使用需要而生产的肠胃结石酵素、肾结石酵素、尿道结石酵素、肝胆结石酵素等,它能协助结石酶使人体在短时间内没有任何痛苦的化解其体内结石,还能在今后的长时间内每天帮助结石体质的人们进行食物的消化吸收、体内各器官的运作和细胞的新陈代谢,以保持机体健康。由于产品的专一性与协调性,更适合使用者,更适应社会的不断进步和高效率的人们的需要。

2.根据权利要求1所述的酵素,其特征在于,所述结石复合酶的原料按照质量份包含1~80份结石酶、1~50份草酸脱羧酶、1~50份超氧化物歧化酶、1~20份纤维素酶、1~20份半纤维素酶、1~20份葡聚糖酶、1~10份淀粉酶、1~10份糖化酶、0.1~5份蛋白酶、0.1~5份脂肪酶。

5.根据权利要求1所述的酵素,其特征在于,所述中草药为石苇、冬葵子、车前草、乌药、厚朴、青皮、陈皮、香附、枳实、莱菔子、枳壳、大黄、枳实、虎杖、郁金草、猫须草、黄柏、银花、连翘、三棱、莪术、肉桂、附子、肉苁蓉、党参、黄芪、柴胡、木香、茯苓、白芍、白术、茵陈、泽泻、藿香、甘草、和薏苡仁中的一种或至少两种。
6.根据权利要求1所述的酵素,其特征在于,所述低聚糖为乳糖、麦芽糖、甜菊糖、低聚果糖、低聚木糖和大豆低聚糖中的一种或至少两种;
优选地,所述羧酸为酒石酸、绿原酸、土槿皮酸、草酸、苹果酸、枸椽酸、抗坏血酸、苯甲酸、水杨酸和咖啡酸中的一种或至少两种;
优选地,所述氨基酸为谷氨酸、L-半胱氨酸、甘氨酸、丙氨酸、精氨酸、天门冬氨酸、胱氨酸、氨基丁酸、赖氨酸、色氨酸、苯丙氨酸、蛋氨酸(甲硫氨酸)、苏氨酸、异亮氨酸、亮氨酸、缬氨酸、精氨酸和组氨酸中的一种或至少两种。
7.一种制备如权利要求1所述酵素的方法,其特征在于,按照质量份将包含1~30份结石复合酶、1~30份果蔬、1~30份中草药、1~10份羧酸、1~10份氨基酸、1~10份多糖、1~30份低聚糖和1~30份蜂蜜的原料搅拌而混合,得到固体或液体的酵素。
8.根据权利要求7所述的方法,其特征在于,固体的酵素的搅拌的时间为3~30分钟,搅拌的温度为25~55℃;液体的酵素的搅拌的时间为5~60分钟,搅拌的温度为20~45℃。
9.一种如权利要求1所述酵素的使用方法,其特征在于,该使用方法适用于非治疗目的的消解肠胃结石、肾结石、尿结石和肝胆结石;

10.根据权利要求1所述使用方法,其特征在于,还包括皂化排毒的步骤,所述皂化排毒在适用于非治疗目的消解肠胃结石的使用方法、适用于非治疗目的消解肾结石或尿结石的使用方法、适用于非治疗目的消解肝胆结石的使用方法中的步骤(3)之后3~7天内进行,所述皂化排毒具体包括:(1)于每日下午2:00将10~100g酵素粉用100~500ml水搅匀,而后口服;(2)待2小时后将10~100g酵素液用100~500ml水搅匀,而后口服;(3)待2小时后,重复步骤(1);(4)待2小时后重复步骤(2);(5)待2小时后且睡前喝下80~150ml柠檬汁和80~150ml橄榄油。
