Abstract

本发明涉及一种玫瑰谷物滋补养颜饮品的制备方法,属于食品加工技术领域。使用的原料主要为玫瑰花瓣5‑10份、黑米20‑30份、薏苡仁5‑10份、姜汁红糖1‑8份。本发明将原材料合理配比,制得一种美容养颜、补血益肾、除寒祛湿的玫瑰谷物饮品,一方面增加黑米和玫瑰的食用途径,提高二者的经济价值。另外作为一种瓶装饮品,本发明产品更加具有抗癌利病的功效,在食用本产品同时具有一定的身体保健功效。

一种玫瑰谷物滋补养颜饮品的制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及食品加工技术领域,具体涉及一种玫瑰谷物滋补养颜饮品的制备方法。
背景技术
黑米含有丰富的营养成分和生物活性成分,对于人体有一定得保健作用。据药理研究,黑米中还含有多酚、生物碱、强心苷等生物活性物质,能够改善睡眠和营养性贫血,还具有镇静、抗应激反应、抗动脉粥样硬化、清除自由基和抗衰老的功效。另外,还富含普通米所缺乏的胡萝卜素和维生素C。玫瑰花瓣富含膳食纤维、微量元素、亚油酸等物质,是集药用、食用、美化、绿化于一体的木本植物,具有排毒养颜,行气活血,开窍化淤,疏肝醒脾,促进胆汁分泌,帮助消化,调节机理之功效。目前市场上以单一的黑米和玫瑰为主要原料的食品虽多,但口味单一,且市场上并未出现以玫瑰黑米为主要原料的饮品,难以满足消费者的不同需求。
发明内容
为弥补现有技术的不足,本发明提供一种玫瑰谷物滋补养颜饮品的制备方法,以黑米为主,同时添加玫瑰、薏苡仁、姜汁红糖制成开瓶即饮的饮品,营养物质摄入全面,满足消费者的需求。
本发明的技术方案如下:
一种玫瑰谷物滋补养颜饮品的制备方法,步骤如下:
(1)将玫瑰花瓣5-10份用1.5wt%淡盐水浸泡3-5min,清水冲净吹干后放入榨汁机榨出玫瑰花汁液;
(2)将黑米20-30份、薏苡仁5-10份用电动磨粉机磨成粉状,再加入5倍重量的水,40℃超声提取40min,提取上清液并分离出不溶物;
(3)将不溶物再次加入5倍重量的水,40℃超声提取40min,合并提取液得谷物提取液;
(4)姜汁红糖置于2倍重量的70-80℃水中,搅拌至全部融化;
(5)将玫瑰花汁液和姜汁红糖水放入谷物提取液中,然后100℃熬制30min,高温高压灭菌,得到玫瑰谷物滋补养颜饮品。
进一步的,所述的玫瑰花瓣7份、黑米25份、薏苡仁6份、姜汁红糖5份。
本发明主要原材料黑米因其营养丰富,具有很好的滋补作用,因此有“补血米”、“长寿米”之称。另外,黑米中的黄酮类化合物能防止血管破裂和止血和抑制癌细胞生长功效。
本发明添加的薏苡仁一直被公认为一种药食兼用的珍贵天然植物,其生物活性成分具有极高的营养价值和独特的药用价值,享有“禾谷类保健滋补之王”的美誉。其中薏苡仁多糖具有较好的降血压作用,而薏苡仁提取物具有抗肿瘤、抑制肥胖并大大提高机体免疫力的作用。另外常喝薏苡仁水可起到镇痛消炎和抑制骨质疏松的作用。加入薏苡仁以提高抗癌效果。
本发明添加的玫瑰其膳食纤维含量非常高,膳食纤维的摄入对某些疾病具有一定的防治作用:不能被消化分解成葡萄糖的特点,可以有效防治糖尿病;能与胆汁盐(胆固醇的代谢产物)结合而排出,降低血清中胆固醇的浓度,有效防治高血脂和冠心病;可以促进胃肠蠕动,有效防治便秘和降低肠道癌的发生率。另外,由于富含膳食纤维的食品中含有碳水化合物相对较少,同时又可令人产生饱腹感,一定程度上抑制人们过度的食欲。因此本发明加入玫瑰具有改善口感、保护肠胃和美容养颜多重作用。
本发明的有益效果如下:
(1)本发明以黑米、薏苡仁、燕麦和玫瑰花瓣为主要原料,其中黑米中的多酚类物质与玫瑰花瓣中的维生素发生作用后,可有效的阻止自由基与表皮细胞抢夺电子,保持皮肤的弹性同时避免皮肤的粗糙和皱纹的产生,并且玫瑰可促进人体血液循环进而大大增强薏苡多糖和酚类物质的吸收,大大增强对肿瘤的抑制作用。
(2)本发明添加的姜汁红糖属于温热健脾暖胃的原料,在熬制的过程中对薏苡仁的寒性加以削弱,并且与玫瑰花汁一样都具有加速身体血液流动的作用,提高机体免疫力同时长期饮用可改善肠胃长期不适的症状。
(3)超声提取除了能提取出需要的有益成份外,还能使大量的氧气进入提取液内,与暴露的酚类前体物发生反应,从而生成更多的酚类物质。
(4)本发明采用的杀菌方法为高温高压,除了操作简单,此温度和压力下杀菌效果显著,同时对于谷物饮料的分子完整性保持较好。
综上所述,本发明将原材料进行合理配比,制得一种美容养颜、补血益肾、除寒祛湿的玫瑰谷物滋补养颜饮品,一方面增加黑米和玫瑰的食用途径,提高二者的经济价值。另外作为一种瓶装饮品,本发明产品更加具有抗癌利病的功效,在食用本产品同时具有一定的身体保健功效。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本发明做进一步的说明,若无特殊说明,本发明所用原料及设备均为本领域的常规技术。作为优先,姜汁红糖购自成都太古糖业有限公司。
实施例1
(1)称取玫瑰花瓣5份、黑米20份、薏苡仁5份,并清洗上述原料后,称取姜汁红糖1份;
(2)将玫瑰花瓣用1.5wt%淡盐水浸泡3min,清水冲净吹干后放入榨汁机榨出玫瑰花汁液;
(3)将黑米、薏苡仁用电动磨粉机磨成粉状,再加入5倍重量的水,40℃超声提取40min,提取上清液并分离出不溶物;
(4)将不溶物再次加入5倍重量的水中,40℃超声提取40min,弃去不溶物,合并提取液得谷物提取液;
(5)姜汁红糖置于2倍重量的70℃温水中,搅拌至全部融化;
(6)将玫瑰花汁液和姜汁红糖水放入谷物提取液中,然后100℃熬制30min,高温(121℃)高压(200MPa)灭菌,装瓶后得到玫瑰谷物滋补养颜饮品。
实施例2
(1)称取玫瑰花瓣10份、黑米30份、薏苡仁10份,并清洗上述原料后,称取姜汁红糖8份;
(2)将玫瑰花瓣用1.5wt%淡盐水浸泡5min,清水冲净吹干后放入榨汁机榨出玫瑰花汁液;
(3)将黑米、薏苡仁用电动磨粉机磨成粉状,再加入5倍重量的水,40℃超声提取40min,提取上清液并分离出不溶物;
(4)将不溶物再次加入5倍重量的水中,40℃超声提取40min,弃去不溶物,合并提取液得谷物提取液;
(5)姜汁红糖置于2倍重量的80℃温水中,搅拌至全部融化;
(6)将榨好的玫瑰花汁和姜汁红糖水放入谷物混合液中,然后100℃熬制30min,高温(121℃)高压(200MPa)灭菌,装瓶后得到成品。
实施例3
(1)称取玫瑰花瓣7份、黑米25份、薏苡仁6份,并清洗上述原料后,称取姜汁红糖5份;
(2)将玫瑰花瓣用1.5wt%淡盐水浸泡4min,清水冲净吹干后放入榨汁机榨出榨出玫瑰花汁液;
(3)将黑米、薏苡仁用电动磨粉机磨成粉状,再加入5倍重量的水,40℃超声提取40min,提取上清液并分离出不溶物;
(4)将不溶物加入5倍重量的水中,40℃超声提取40min,弃去不溶物,合并提取液得谷物提取液;
(5)姜汁红糖置于2倍重量的75℃温水中,搅拌至全部融化;
(6)将榨好的玫瑰花汁和姜汁红糖水放入谷物混合液中,然后100℃熬制30min,高温(121℃)高压(200MPa)灭菌,装瓶后得到成品。
将上述实施例制备的产品进行感官评定,结果如下表1:
由上表1知,本发明产品清爽甘甜,柔顺甜美,有浓郁的玫瑰花香。

Claims (2)

1.一种玫瑰谷物滋补养颜饮品的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤如下:
(1)将玫瑰花瓣5-10份用1.5wt%淡盐水浸泡3-5min,清水冲净吹干后放入榨汁机榨出玫瑰花汁液;
(2)将黑米20-30份、薏苡仁5-10份用电动磨粉机磨成粉状,再加入5倍重量的水,40℃超声提取40min,提取上清液并分离出不溶物;
(3)将不溶物再次加入5倍重量的水,40℃超声提取40min,合并提取液得谷物提取液;
(4)姜汁红糖1-8份置于2倍重量的70-80℃水中,搅拌至全部融化;
(5)将玫瑰花汁液和姜汁红糖水放入谷物提取液中,然后100℃熬制30min,高温高压灭菌,得到玫瑰谷物滋补养颜饮品。
