Abstract

Description
背景技术
过敏是生物体对侵入生物体的异物(即,抗原)的防卫系统的反应。换句话讲,它是免疫系统的异常反应。一般来讲,当抗原侵入时,生物体产生抗体和具有特定反应的淋巴细胞。如果该抗原再次侵入,那么生物体作为自我保护的防卫机构触发各种免疫反应。这已知为过敏反应。
过敏原是导致过敏反应的抗原。示例性过敏原包括尘螨、花粉、动物毛发、皮肤碎片、植物纤维、细菌、食品、染料、化学物质。尘螨的分泌物通过呼吸进入或直接地接触皮肤而导致过敏。空气中的花粉进入人的眼睛、鼻部和肺部而导致过敏。特别地,当花粉进入人的鼻部和颈部时,这导致称为花粉过敏的一系列的季节性过敏性鼻炎。
宠物毛发和皮肤碎片也是过敏原。动物出现过敏可能需要2年以上。在一些情况下,在与动物接触以后,过敏不能减少6个月以上。
多层非织造织物已用作面罩的材料。但控制过敏的抗过敏处理的多层非织造织物尚未充分开发。
发明内容
本公开的目的是提供具有对各种过敏原优异的抗过敏作用以及抗菌和抗病毒的作用的多层非织造织物和其制造方法,其既经济又易于制造。
本公开提供了多层非织造织物和制造方法,其包括具有竹纤维、聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)型纤维和包含这些的射流喷网非织造织物的外层;具有熔喷非织造织物的中间层和具有熔喷非织造织物或熔喷射流喷网织造织物的内层。外层包含过敏原钝化剂。
阴离子表面活性剂特别地适用于过敏原钝化剂。
在一些实施方式中,理想的是,外层还包含抗菌剂。
在特定实施方式中,中间层有利的是用电晕静电进行处理。
中间层和内层的一种以上的织物材料选自聚丙烯、聚烯烃、聚酯和聚酰胺。
本公开提供了包含先前提及的非织造织物的抗过敏产品。抗过敏产品可选自面罩、过滤器、防毒面罩、空气净化器和空气调节器。
本公开中的多层非织造织物具有优异的抗过敏和抗病毒作用。它可用于抗过敏产品,诸如面罩、过滤器、防毒面罩、空气净化器和空气调节器。

但是,本发明并非限于这些执行实例和图。本发明可以另一种形式规定或改变。
图1是本发明的一个执行实例中的多层非织造织物的剖视图。如图1所示,本发明中的多层非织造织物100包括3层非织造织物层,非织造织物层包括第一外层110、中间层120和第二外层130。第一外层110包含过敏原钝化剂。
本发明的多层非织造织物100的第一外层110可包含竹纤维、聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)纤维或射流喷网非织造织物。
射流喷网非织造织物可为流体结合非织造织物。在某些实施方式中,流体结合非织造为3维纤维集合体,该集合体通过经由在高压下喷射流体的纤维之间的摩擦移动而结合,无需化学工具或热工具。射流喷网非织造织物不包含纤维之间的胶水粘合点或熔点。因此,非织造织物看起来像纺织物并且是柔软的,具有增强的悬垂性。非织造织物具有优异的吸附性和补充溶液的性能。使用溶剂安全并且对人体无害。通常,射流喷网非织造织物包括人造丝。但是,本公开使用竹纤维、聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)型纤维或包含竹和PET组合的纤维。
竹纤维可通过辐射纤维素制造,纤维素从溶解缺口竹提取。竹织物具有高抗撕强度、抗皱性、吸收性、透气性和除臭性。另外,具有紫外线中断、阴离子生成、防静电和耐久性的性能。另外,竹纤维具有优异的抗菌性,所以它与射流喷网非织造织物一起可用于本发明的外层,而无需单独的抗菌处理。
另外,在不限制聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)型纤维的情况下,可使用本行业已知的通用PET型纤维。举个例子,可使用这样的纤维,该纤维具有对苯二甲酸和乙烯乙二醇的主要成分并且调整该重量比率并辐射。
射流喷网非织造织物110的第一外层可通过以适当比率混合上述竹纤维和PET型纤维制成。本领域的技术人员将理解,考虑到外层的形成维护和抗菌性,混合比率可在通用范围内调整。另外,考虑到非织造织物的强度、工艺性、柔韧性、透气性,射流喷网非织造织物110的外层的基重可为20-60g/m2。
包含本发明的竹纤维和/或PET型纤维的射流喷网非织造织物110的第一外层通过抗过敏处理包含过敏原钝化剂。
抗过敏处理是指用过敏原钝化剂或过敏原钝化剂的溶液涂覆或浸渍本发明110的外层的过程。涂覆过敏原钝化剂的方法可为凹印、喷涂、丝网印刷,或其它已知的工艺。
过敏原钝化剂是一种物质,该物质吸收并改变导致过敏的蛋白物质,从而降低过敏原的激活。过敏原钝化剂可无限制地使用,只要其降低或钝化本行业通常公知的目标过敏原。过敏原(过敏原钝化剂的目标)可为动物过敏原或植物过敏原。关于典型的实例,过敏原是过敏性疾病(家居型尘螨、花粉和宠物)的病因。本发明的过敏原钝化剂理想地应为具有增强的去垢性和乳化特性的阴离子表面活性剂。过敏原钝化剂的量未特别地限制。例如,外层(110)的过敏原钝化剂的量可为2.0g/m2或更大。
在抗过敏处理过程中,过敏原钝化剂通过添加至可增加抗过敏作用的溶剂或粘合剂或添加剂可使用(如果需要的话)。适当溶剂是可溶解或分布过敏原钝化剂的那些。例如,适当溶剂包括但不限于水、醇类(甲醇、乙醇、丙醇)、烃类(甲苯、二甲苯、甲基萘、煤油、环己烷)、醚类(二甲基醚、四氢呋喃、二氧杂环己烷)、酮类(丙酮、甲基乙基酮)和酰胺类(N,N-二甲基甲酰胺)。
另外,可增加抗过敏作用的添加剂的非限制性实例可为有机酸,诸如柠檬酸、苹果酸、酒石酸、苯甲酸、乳酸、葡萄糖酸、抗坏血酸、没食子酸、葡糖酸(aluconic acid)、马来酸;螯合剂,诸如乙二胺四乙酸(EDTA)四钠;或它们的组合。过敏原钝化剂可与药物助剂一起使用,药物助剂诸如并不降低过敏原的减少作用和效率范围内的湿润剂、抗氧化剂、紫外线吸收剂或蜱消毒剂、其它消毒剂、真菌消除剂、除臭剂。
外层110可进行抗细菌处理。还可包括单独的抗菌层。上述抗菌处理的方法可为抗菌物质进行喷涂和干燥或浸渍的方法。另外,抗菌物质可为具有耐热性的无机或有机杀菌剂,例如PHMB。
与本发明先前所提及的射流喷网非织造织物110的一侧融合的中间层120可包括熔喷非织造织物。
熔喷非织造织物包括具有网状结构的3维纤维集合体,该集合体中直径10μm或更小的细小纤维彼此结合。熔喷非织造织物为具有具有层合于筛网上的微纤维的高过滤功能的非织造织物。该非织造织物收集空气中的细尘颗粒或灰尘。另外,熔喷非织造织物具有优异的弹性和透气率以及拉伸特性。因此,它可用作非织造织物、过滤剂、吸收剂和对新构件具有高功能性的绝缘体。
中间层120的纤维材料并未特别地限制。例如,可使用聚丙烯、聚烯烃、聚酯、聚酰胺型纤维或与这些纤维混合的其它纤维。
如上文所提及,具有熔喷非织造织物的中间层120具有过滤器或过滤介质的功能。为了增强该过滤器功能,中间层可以电晕放电、等离子体放电、利用带电水泡的水放电或这些混合的方式额外地进行静电处理。电晕静电处理的方法在某些环境下是理想的。
另外,中间层120是具有20-40g/m2基重的静电处理的非织造织物过滤器。80-99.9%范围内的阻尘效率是理想的。
先前提及的外层110和中间层120界定的本发明的内层130可包含熔喷非织造织物或熔喷-射流喷网非织造织物。
本发明的内层130的纤维材料可与中间层120的材料相同或不同。示例性纤维材料可为纤维型的聚丙烯、聚烯烃、聚酯、聚酰胺或与这些混合的其它纤维。
类似于之前提及的外层,具有20-60g/m2基重的非织造织物通常用于内层130。
本公开中的多层非织造织物可以下述方法制造。然而,本领域的技术人员将理解,可使用其它制造方法。
制造方法的一个执行实例可包括(1)将竹纤维、聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)型纤维或包含这些的射流喷网非织造织物;熔喷非织造织物或熔喷-射流喷网非织造织物按顺序层合且融合从而制造多层非织造织物的步骤,(2)用过敏原钝化剂涂覆制造多层非织造织物的射流喷网非织造织物的步骤。
另外,制造方法的另一个执行实例可包括(1)用过敏原钝化剂涂覆竹纤维、聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)型纤维或包含这些纤维的射流喷网非织造织物的步骤;熔喷非织造织物或熔喷-射流喷网非织造织物按顺序层合且融合从而制造多层非织造织物,(2)熔喷非织造织物和熔喷非织造织物或熔喷-射流喷网非织造织物按顺序层合或融合于涂覆的射流喷网非织造织物的一侧上。
该涂覆步骤可用凹版或喷涂涂覆进行处理。另外,3层非织造织物可以各种方法结合,包括粘合剂、热或超声接合剂。另外,可以本行业已知的通用物理方法结合。
如之前所提及,本发明构造有包含竹纤维或聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)型纤维;熔喷非织造织物;熔喷非织造织物或熔喷-射流喷网非织造织物按顺序层合的非织造层合物。
多层非织造织物的强度通过以这种类型的层合置于外层上的竹纤维或PET型非织造织物而增加。另外,通过将具有大孔的非织造织物置于外层上和将具有小孔的非织造织物置于内层上,具有较小孔的熔喷非织造织物或熔喷-射流喷网非织造织物的功能可持续更长时间。另外,通过不以最大外角放置较弱的非织造织物,多层非织造织物可具有优异的耐久性。
通过将射流喷网非织造织物置于表面层上和将熔喷非织造织物置于本发明的中间层上,多层非织造织物可作用为具有高功能性的过滤器。通过以最大外角层上所包含的过敏原钝化剂防止病原体渗入内部,它可提供抗过敏、抗病毒和抗菌的作用。
本发明中具有3层的多层非织造织物上的面部部分对空气渗透率的吸入阻力理想地应为10.3mmH2O或更小。它可用作该范围内的面罩。
具有3层层合物的多层非织造织物是本公开中的一个实例。多层非织造织物中非织造织物的数量和层合位置根据用途在本公开的范围内可自由选择。
本公开中的多层非织造织物可用于多种抗过敏产品。
该抗过敏产品的非限制性实例可为面罩、过滤器、空气净化器、空气调节器和防毒面罩。例如,图2示出了具有本发明的多层非织造织物的面罩主体(210)和具有耳部环状物(220)的面罩。以抗过敏处理的外层理想地应放置成面向接触面罩主体(210)上的面部的层。
实例
本发明用下文中的执行实例进行详细说明。本发明并非限于下述执行和实施实例。
执行实例1
射流喷网非织造织物以竹纤维制成的纺织物进行制备。凹版涂覆制成40g/m2重量的过敏原钝化剂,该过敏原钝化剂在射流喷网非织造织物上具有20重量%的化学药品十六烷基二苯醚二磺酸钠盐作为有效成分,2重量%的柠檬酸、2重量%的聚六亚甲基双胍和76重量%的水。在其干燥之后,进行抗过敏处理。熔喷非织造织物和熔喷-射流喷网非织造织物按顺序层合在该抗过敏的射流喷网非织造织物的一侧上。采用超声融合并制备3层的非织造织物。用作中间层的熔喷非织造织物为G100等级电晕处理的非织造织物。
面罩主体以制备的多层非织造织物制成。耳部环状物置于面罩主体的一侧上。耳部环状物以棉线制成。它们在面罩主体的一侧上融合并附接(图2)。
执行实例2
抗菌处理在根据执行实例1的面罩主体的外层上进行。PHMB用于杀菌剂。
比较例1
面罩主体以单层的聚酯非织造织物制备,而无需抗过敏处理。耳部环状物安装面罩主体上并且制成面罩。
抗过敏评估测试
ELISA(酶LISA)方法用于测量本发明中过敏原的钝化功能。该方法检查由抗原抗体反应导致的颜色变化以测量过敏原浓度。
制造方法和测量样品的测试结果的方法和本公开的执行实例所使用的反应试剂示出如下。测试根据每个执行实例和对比实例中的多种特定有效成分、过敏原类型有效成分的覆盖量进行。
1.制备反应试剂

Inbio公司的产品用于每种抗原的ELISA测试试剂盒。每种抗原溶解于PBS中。制备250ng/ml的测试过敏原溶液。制备试剂的其它方法遵守ELISA试剂盒供应商的说明书。
2.样品和每种抗原的反应
每个样品切割成5×5mm。将样品置于300μl的抗原溶液(250ng/ml)中并在25℃下保持1小时。一个小时之后,将100μl的作为抗体的该溶液(等同溶液)置于带盖96孔微板中。405nm的光密度用微板读数器进行测量。测量每个样品的过敏原浓度。
3.测量测试结果
利用405nm的微板读数器测量具有样品的反应溶液中的每种抗原的浓度以计算过敏原钝化效率。

执行实例1和比较例1
四种类型的家居尘螨(Der p1、Der f1、Der p2、Der f2)、花粉(Bet v1)和宠物(Can f1)的过敏原用作各个测试过敏原。花粉(Bet v1)和宠物(Can f1)过敏原的蛋白浓度为250ng/ml。在样品中的总有效成分的覆盖量设置为1g/m2之后,测量以二钠十六二苯醚二磺酸盐作为有效成分的过敏原钝化剂的各自清楚效率。结果示出于下文的表1中。

Claims (11)
1.一种多层非织造织物,包括:
由射流喷网非织造织物形成的外层,所述射流喷网非织造织物包含竹纤维和聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)基纤维中的至少一者;
由熔喷非织造织物形成的中间层;和
由熔喷非织造织物或熔喷-射流喷网非织造织物形成的内层,
其中所述外层包含过敏原钝化剂。
2.根据权利要求1所述的多层非织造织物,其中所述过敏原钝化剂为阴离子表面活性剂。
3.根据权利要求1所述的多层非织造织物,其中所述外层还包含抗细菌剂。
4.根据权利要求1所述的多层非织造织物,其中所述中间层已经受电晕静电处理。
5.根据权利要求1所述的多层非织造织物,其中所述中间层和所述内层的所述非织造织物中的每一者包含至少一种纤维,所述纤维选自聚丙烯基纤维、聚烯烃基纤维、聚酯基纤维和聚酰胺基纤维。
6.根据权利要求1所述的多层非织造织物,其中构成所述外层和所述内层的所述非织造织物中的每一者具有20至60g/m2范围内的每单位面积重量,并且其中构成所述中间层的所述非织造织物具有20至40g/m2范围内的每单位面积重量和80至99.9%范围内的阻尘效率。
7.一种抗过敏产品,包含权利要求1至6中任一项的多层非织造织物。
8.根据权利要求7所述的抗过敏产品,所述抗过敏产品选自面罩、过滤器、防毒面罩、空气净化器和空气调节器。
9.一种制造权利要求1的多层非织造织物的方法,所述方法包括:
(i)将(a)包含竹纤维和聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)基纤维中的至少一者的射流喷网非织造织物、(b)熔喷非织造织物和(c)熔喷非织造织物或熔喷-射流喷网非织造织物顺序地堆叠以获得多层非织造织物;以及
(ii)用过敏原钝化剂涂覆所述多层非织造织物的所述射流喷网非织造织物的表面。
10.一种制造权利要求1的多层非织造织物的方法,所述方法包括:
(i)用过敏原钝化剂涂覆包含竹纤维和聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)基纤维中的至少一者的射流喷网非织造织物;以及
(ii)将(a)熔喷非织造织物和(b)熔喷非织造织物或熔喷-射流喷网非织造织物顺序地堆叠在所述射流喷网非织造织物的表面上,然后层合和粘合。
11.根据权利要求9或10所述的方法,其中所述涂覆包括凹版涂覆或喷涂。
