本发明公开了一种蕾丝复合绒面料,包括:蕾丝基层、长绒层、平绒层和粘结胶条,所述长绒层包括:若干个形状不同的长绒块,所述若干个形状不同的长绒块由经编机编织在所述蕾丝基层的上表面上、并与所述蕾丝基层合成一体,所述平绒层通过所述粘结胶条热压在所述蕾丝基层的下表面上,所述平绒层是由高支棉纱线经纬交织而成的经平绒层。通过上述方式,本发明通过在蕾丝面料上复合绒层,使蕾丝面料具有保暖度、舒适度,扩大了蕾丝面料的应用范围。

一种蕾丝复合绒面料
技术领域
本发明涉及服装面料领域,特别是涉及一种蕾丝复合绒面料。
背景技术
面料是用来制作服装的材料,它不仅可以诠释服装的风格和特性,而且直接左右着服装的色彩、造型的表现效果。 
蕾丝面料越来越受到爱美人士的喜欢,但是传统的蕾丝面料具有薄、透、不保暖的特点,一般只在夏、春季服装中使用,而不适于冬季服装使用。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种蕾丝复合绒面料,通过在蕾丝面料上复合绒层,使蕾丝面料具有保暖度、舒适度,扩大了蕾丝面料的应用范围。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:提供一种蕾丝复合绒面料,包括:蕾丝基层、长绒层、平绒层和粘结胶条,所述长绒层包括:若干个形状不同的长绒块,所述若干个形状不同的长绒块由经编机编织在所述蕾丝基层的上表面上、并与所述蕾丝基层合成一体,所述平绒层通过所述粘结胶条热压在所述蕾丝基层的下表面上,所述平绒层是由高支棉纱线经纬交织而成的经平绒层。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述若干个形状不同的长绒块包括:方形长绒块、菱形长绒块、圆形长绒块、心形长绒块。提高了蕾丝面料的保暖性,同时增加了蕾丝面料的立体感。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述长绒块为舒棉绒块。舒棉绒具有绒长、手感柔软,不掉毛、不起球的特点。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明蕾丝复合绒面料,通过在蕾丝面料上复合绒层,提高了蕾丝面料的保暖性和耐磨性,并使蕾丝面料质地厚实、手感柔软、光泽柔和,使蕾丝面料不仅适用于夏、春季服装中,也能作为秋、冬季服装的主打面料,扩大了蕾丝面料的应用范围。

一种蕾丝复合绒面料,包括:蕾丝基层1、长绒层2、平绒层3和粘结胶条4,所述长绒层2包括:若干个形状不同的长绒块2,所述若干个形状不同的长绒块2由经编机编织在所述蕾丝基层1的上表面上、并与所述蕾丝基层1合成一体,可以有效提高面料的保暖度和舒适度,同时增加面料的立体感;
所述平绒层3通过所述粘结胶条4热压在所述蕾丝基层1的下表面上,采用热压的方式,使所述平绒层3与蕾丝基层1间的粘结性好、粘结牢度高,并且所述平绒层3是由高支棉纱线经纬交织而成的经平绒层,具有良好的舒适度和保暖度。
优选地,所述若干个形状不同的长绒块2包括:方形长绒块、菱形长绒块、圆形长绒块、心形长绒块,能够有效提高面料的档次,能增强面料的立体感、美观度,同时提供良好的舒适度。
所述长绒块2为舒棉绒块,具有绒长、手感柔软,不掉毛、不起球的特点。

1.一种蕾丝复合绒面料,其特征在于,包括:蕾丝基层、长绒层、平绒层和粘结胶条,所述长绒层包括:若干个形状不同的长绒块,所述若干个形状不同的长绒块由经编机编织在所述蕾丝基层的上表面上、并与所述蕾丝基层合成一体,所述平绒层通过所述粘结胶条热压在所述蕾丝基层的下表面上,所述平绒层是由高支棉纱线经纬交织而成的经平绒层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的蕾丝复合绒面料,其特征在于,所述若干个形状不同的长绒块包括:方形长绒块、菱形长绒块、圆形长绒块、心形长绒块。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的蕾丝复合绒面料,其特征在于,所述长绒块为舒棉绒块。
