本发明公开了一种保暖型蕾丝复合面料,包括:基布层、缝合在所述基布层上表面的蕾丝层、热压在所述基布层下表面的绒毛层,所述基布层为羊毛织物,所述蕾丝层为由棉纱织成的钩花型蕾丝面料,所述钩花型蕾丝面料通过银丝缝合在所述羊毛织物的上表面上,所述绒毛层为珊瑚绒面料,并且所述珊瑚绒面料与所述羊毛织物的下表面之间还设有胶粘层。通过上述方式,本发明采用具有良好保暖性的羊毛织物、珊瑚绒面料与蕾丝面料复合而成的,其结构合理、立体感强,具有良好的保暖性、舒适性,同时具有较好的抗辐射性。

一种保暖型蕾丝复合面料
技术领域
本发明涉及服装面料领域,特别是涉及一种保暖型蕾丝复合面料。
背景技术
面料是用来制作服装的材料,它不仅可以诠释服装的风格和特性,而且直接左右着服装的色彩、造型的表现效果。
蕾丝面料质地轻薄、通透,具有优雅而神秘的艺术效果,被广泛的运用于女性的衣物当中,深受女性的喜欢。但是现有的蕾丝面料不具有保暖性,故一般只在夏、春季服装中使用,而不适于冬季服装使用;尤其是随着时代的发展,人们对服装面料的功能性越来越关注,现有的蕾丝面料因缺乏功能性,已经不能满足人们的要求,因此,改善现有蕾丝面料的结构,增加其保暖性和其他功能性,扩大其服用范围,已经成为新型蕾丝面料的发展趋势。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种保暖型蕾丝复合面料,采用具有良好保暖性的羊毛织物、珊瑚绒面料与蕾丝面料复合而成的,其结构合理、立体感强,具有良好的保暖性、舒适性,同时具有较好的抗辐射性。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:提供一种保暖型蕾丝复合面料,包括:基布层、缝合在所述基布层上表面的蕾丝层、热压在所述基布层下表面的绒毛层,所述基布层为羊毛织物,所述蕾丝层为由棉纱织成的钩花型蕾丝面料,所述钩花型蕾丝面料通过银丝缝合在所述羊毛织物的上表面上,所述绒毛层为珊瑚绒面料,并且所述珊瑚绒面料与所述羊毛织物的下表面之间还设有胶粘层。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述珊瑚绒面料为经剪花切割机加工而成的剪花珊瑚绒面料。立体感强,能有效提高面料的舒适性。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述剪花珊瑚绒面料上设有若干个卡通图案的剪花。立体感强,有效提高了面料的档次与舒适性。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明保暖型蕾丝复合面料,使用具有良好防辐射性能的银丝线将钩花蕾丝面料缝合在保暖性较好的羊毛织物的上表面上,再通过热压方式将保暖又舒适的剪花珊瑚绒面料压合在羊毛织物的下表面上,三层面料间连接性好、结构合理、立体感强,使该复合面料具有良好的保暖性、舒适性,同时具有较好的抗辐射性。

下面结合附图对本发明的较佳实施例进行详细阐述,以使本发明的优点和特征能更易于被本领域技术人员理解,从而对本发明的保护范围做出更为清楚明确的界定。
请参阅图1,本发明实施例包括:
一种保暖型蕾丝复合面料,包括:基布层1、缝合在所述基布层1上表面的蕾丝层2、热压在所述基布层1下表面的绒毛层3,所述基布层1为羊毛织物,所述蕾丝层2为由棉纱织成的钩花型蕾丝面料,使用银丝线沿着所述钩花蕾丝面料上的钩花的边缘将所述蕾丝面料缝合在所述羊毛织物的上表面上,所述银丝线形成的线网结构起到防辐射的作用,同时增加了面料的层次感;
所述绒毛层3为珊瑚绒面料,并且所述珊瑚绒面料与所述羊毛织物的下表面之间还设有胶粘层4,所述胶粘层4可以采用热固性环氧树脂胶,将所述热固性环氧树脂胶均匀的涂覆在所述羊毛织物的下表面上,然后采用热压方式将所述珊瑚绒面料与所述羊毛织物压合在一起,具有连接性好的特点,能够有效提高面料的保暖性。
优选地,所述珊瑚绒面料为经剪花切割机加工而成的剪花珊瑚绒面料,所述剪花珊瑚绒面料上设有若干个卡通图案的剪花。能够增加面料的立体感,同时有效提高了面料的舒适性。

1.一种保暖型蕾丝复合面料,其特征在于,包括:基布层、缝合在所述基布层上表面的蕾丝层、热压在所述基布层下表面的绒毛层,所述基布层为羊毛织物,所述蕾丝层为由棉纱织成的钩花型蕾丝面料,所述钩花型蕾丝面料通过银丝缝合在所述羊毛织物的上表面上,所述绒毛层为珊瑚绒面料,并且所述珊瑚绒面料与所述羊毛织物的下表面之间还设有胶粘层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的保暖型蕾丝复合面料,其特征在于,所述珊瑚绒面料为经剪花切割机加工而成的剪花珊瑚绒面料。
3.根据权利要求2所述的保暖型蕾丝复合面料,其特征在于,所述剪花珊瑚绒面料上设有若干个卡通图案的剪花。
