本发明公开了一种立体增强复合面料,包括:基层、水溶钩花层、防辐射层,所述基层是由亚麻纤维、棉纤维织造而成的平纹布,所述亚麻纤维占所述平纹布质量份的65%‑70%、所述棉纤维占所属平纹布质量份的30%‑35%,所述水溶钩花层通过细丝线缝合在所述基层的上表面上,所述防辐射层是由桑蚕丝纤维、三醋酸纤维、银纤维织造而成的透明纱布,所述桑蚕丝纤维占所述透明纱布质量份的35%‑45%、所述三醋酸纤维占所述透明纱布质量份的20%‑25%、所述银纤维占所述透明纱布质量份的35%‑40%,所述防辐射层的四周边与所述基层的四周边缝合在一起。通过上述方式,本发明结构合理、立体感强,具有良好的防辐射性能,同时具有柔软性、透气性和舒适性。

技术领域
本发明涉及服装面料领域,特别是涉及一种立体增强复合面料。
背景技术
面料是用来制作服装的材料,它不仅可以诠释服装的风格和特性,而且直接左右着服装的色彩、造型的表现效果。 随着时代的发展,人们对服装面料的品质及功能性要求越来越高,现在市场上的功能性面料,一般都是采用化学涂覆工艺在面料的外表面加设功能性涂层而制得的,这样的面料外观性能差,质地粗糙厚重、手感差、且随着水洗次数的增加,其表面功能性涂层容易刮损或脱落。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种立体增强复合面料,能够解决现有通过化学涂覆工艺来获得面料功能性的缺陷。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:提供一种立体增强复合面料,包括:基层、水溶钩花层、防辐射层,所述基层是由亚麻纤维、棉纤维织造而成的平纹布,所述亚麻纤维占所述平纹布质量份的65%-70%、所述棉纤维占所属平纹布质量份的30%-35%,所述水溶钩花层通过细丝线缝合在所述基层的上表面上,所述防辐射层是由桑蚕丝纤维、三醋酸纤维、银纤维织造而成的透明纱布,所述桑蚕丝纤维占所述透明纱布质量份的35%-45%、所述三醋酸纤维占所述透明纱布质量份的20%-25%、所述银纤维占所述透明纱布质量份的35%-40%,所述防辐射层的四周边与所述基层的四周边缝合在一起。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述亚麻纤维占所述平纹布质量份的68%、所述棉纤维占所属平纹布质量份的32%。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述桑蚕丝纤维占所述透明纱布质量份的40%、所述三醋酸纤维占所述透明纱布质量份的22%、所述银纤维占所述透明纱布质量份的38%。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述水溶钩花层的是采用防辐射功能纤维钩织而成的。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述防辐射功能纤维包括棉纤维基体、热熔合在所述棉纤维基体外表面的纳米银离子涂层。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明采用多层复合结构,立体感强,且外层采用添加了合理配比的银纤维制成的防辐射层,具有优异的防辐射性能,且面料质地柔软,透气性、舒适性好。

其中,所述水溶钩花层的是采用防辐射功能纤维钩织而成的,所述防辐射功能纤维包括棉纤维基体、热熔合在所述棉纤维基体外表面的纳米银离子涂层。

一种立体增强复合面料,包括:基层、水溶钩花层、防辐射层,所述基层是由亚麻纤维、棉纤维织造而成的平纹布,所述亚麻纤维占所述平纹布质量份的70%、所述棉纤维占所属平纹布质量份的30%,所述水溶钩花层通过细丝线缝合在所述基层的上表面上,所述防辐射层是由桑蚕丝纤维、三醋酸纤维、银纤维织造而成的透明纱布,所述桑蚕丝纤维占所述透明纱布质量份的45%、所述三醋酸纤维占所述透明纱布质量份的20%、所述银纤维占所述透明纱布质量份的35%,所述防辐射层的四周边与所述基层的四周边缝合在一起。
其中,所述水溶钩花层的是采用防辐射功能纤维钩织而成的,所述防辐射功能纤维包括棉纤维基体、热熔合在所述棉纤维基体外表面的纳米银离子涂层。
本发明揭示了一种立体增强复合面料,采用多层复合结构,立体感强,外层采用添加了合理配比的银纤维制成的防辐射层,中间采用防辐射功能纤维钩织而成的水溶钩花层,使该面料具有优异的防辐射性能,且面料质地柔软,透气性、舒适性好。
