本发明公开了一种抗紫外线防勾丝蕾丝复合面料,包括:蕾丝基层、托衬所述蕾丝基层的欧根纱层、附着在所述蕾丝基层上的抗紫外线薄膜层,所述欧根纱层位于所述蕾丝基层的下面、与所述蕾丝基层通过针线法连接在一起,所述蕾丝基层为麻纤维编织而成的钩花镂空型蕾丝,所述欧根纱层为真丝欧根纱。通过上述方式,本发明结构合理、富有层次感,具有极好地防紫外线功能,同时牢固度好、不易发生勾丝现象,能有效延长面料的使用寿命。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及服装面料领域,特别是涉及一种抗紫外线防勾丝蕾丝复合面料。
背景技术
面料是用来制作服装的材料,它不仅可以诠释服装的风格和特性,而且直接左右着服装的色彩、造型的表现效果。
蕾丝面料质地轻薄、通透,具有优雅而神秘的艺术效果,被广泛的运用于女性的衣物当中,深受女性的喜欢,但是现有的蕾丝面料在结构稳定性方面还存在欠缺,尤其是蕾丝面料普遍存在牢固性低的特点,使用中易发生勾丝现象,使蕾丝面料的使用寿命短。
同时随着时代的发展,人们对服装面料的功能性越来越关注,现有的蕾丝面料面料因缺乏功能性已经不能满足人们的要求,因此,改善现有蕾丝面料的结构,增加其功能性与牢固度已经成为新型面料的发展趋势。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种抗紫外线防勾丝蕾丝复合面料,结构合理、富有层次感,具有极好地防紫外线功能,同时牢固度好、不易发生勾丝现象,能有效延长面料的使用寿命。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:提供一种抗紫外线防勾丝欧根纱复合面料,包括:蕾丝基层、托衬所述蕾丝基层的欧根纱层、附着在所述蕾丝基层上的抗紫外线薄膜层,所述欧根纱层位于所述蕾丝基层的下面、与所述蕾丝基层通过针线法连接在一起,所述蕾丝基层为麻纤维编织而成的钩花镂空型蕾丝,所述欧根纱层为真丝欧根纱。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述抗紫外线薄膜层为透明PVC薄膜或陶瓷微粉薄膜。制造成本低,具有放射和吸收紫外线的功能。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述抗紫外线薄膜的厚度为5-10μm。在易发生勾丝现象的蕾丝基层上附着一定厚度的抗紫外薄膜层,不仅能使面料具有抗紫外线性能,同时能有效避免蕾丝层发生勾丝现象,提高面料的牢固度。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明抗紫外线防勾丝欧根纱复合面料,采用针线法连接方式将蕾丝基层和欧根纱层结合在一起,并在蕾丝基层上附着抗紫外线薄膜层,使该面料富有层次感,并具有极好地防紫外线功能,同时牢固度好、不易发生勾丝现象,能有效延长面料的使用寿命。

下面结合附图对本发明的较佳实施例进行详细阐述,以使本发明的优点和特征能更易于被本领域技术人员理解,从而对本发明的保护范围做出更为清楚明确的界定。
请参阅图1,本发明实施例包括:
一种抗紫外线防勾丝欧根纱复合面料,包括:蕾丝基层1,通过针线法连接在所述蕾丝基层1下面的欧根纱层2,使用PVC粘结剂或陶瓷微粉粘结剂涂刷在所述蕾丝基层1的上表面上、经过烘干和热处理后在所述蕾丝基层1的上表面上形成的抗紫外线薄膜层3;所述蕾丝基层1为麻纤维编织而成的钩花镂空型蕾丝,麻纤维本身就具有紫外线吸收率好的、抗菌、抑菌等性能,所述钩花镂空型蕾丝通过使用麻纤维编织而成的,使其不仅具有优雅的外观,同时具有抗紫外线、抗菌抑菌性能;所述欧根纱层2为真丝欧根纱,具有舒滑、护肤效果,同时欧根纱轻薄、透气,缝合在所述蕾丝基层1的下面,能增加面料的层次感、提高面料的档次。
优选地,所述抗紫外线薄膜层为透明PVC薄膜或陶瓷微粉薄膜,工艺简单、制造成本低,具有放射和吸收紫外线的功能。
优选地,所述抗紫外线薄膜的厚度为5-10μm,不仅起到保护免蕾丝基层1的目的,避免蕾丝基层1发生勾丝现象;同时当厚度为5μm时,面料的紫外线透过率在5%以下,当厚度为10μm时,面料的紫外线透过率在1%以下。

1.一种抗紫外线防勾丝蕾丝复合面料,其特征在于,包括:蕾丝基层、托衬所述蕾丝基层的欧根纱层、附着在所述蕾丝基层上的抗紫外线薄膜层,所述欧根纱层位于所述蕾丝基层的下面、与所述蕾丝基层通过针线法连接在一起,所述蕾丝基层为麻纤维编织而成的钩花镂空型蕾丝,所述欧根纱层为真丝欧根纱。
2.根据权利要求1所述的抗紫外线防勾丝蕾丝复合面料,其特征在于,所述抗紫外线薄膜层为透明PVC薄膜或陶瓷微粉薄膜。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的抗紫外线防勾丝蕾丝复合面料,其特征在于,所述抗紫外线薄膜的厚度为5-10μm。
