技术领域
本发明涉及一种装修保护材料领域,尤其是涉及一种装修用地面保护膜及其应用。
背景技术
目前,装修公司进行室内装修时,对已铺设好的地面,会造成不同程度的损坏,如不进行相应保护,装修过程中落下的硬物会很容易把地面砸坏,或者装修工人来回拖动装修工具时也会刮伤地面,影响地面的美观,或者粉刷墙壁时洒落的油漆等会污染地面,给后期的清理工作带来极大的困难。现有的做法通常是在地面铺贴废旧包装纸,但是包装纸没有统一规格,施工麻烦,同时,包装纸运输不方便,而且油漆施工时的水或油漆等涂料溶剂很容易渗透污染地面,造成污染,尤其是对所铺设的木地板或波纹砖的伤害更大;或者是在已铺设好的地面上铺一层石膏板,石膏板体积大、重量重,运输成本高,而且在移动时容易刮伤或刮花地面;又或者采用铺设废旧广告布、塑料彩条布等方法,所铺设的废旧广告布或塑料彩条布虽可防止油漆等污染地面,但是铺设不方便,影响工作效率,而且废旧广告布或塑料彩条布与地面的服帖性不好,容易产生相对移动;同时,上述铺贴方式都没有缓冲作用,高空作业时落下的东西,很容易破坏地板。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对现有技术的不足,提供一种防渗透、耐磨、耐用、防滑、具有较好柔韧性和缓冲性能,携带方便,方便施工的装修用地面保护膜及其应用。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种装修用地面保护膜,其从上到下依次设有防渗透层、网格布层和防滑吸水层,所述防渗透层、网格布层和防滑吸水层通过压合成型。
所述防渗透层、网格布层和防滑吸水层压合后,在防渗透层表面形成咬合痕。
所述咬合痕呈网格状。
所述防渗透层为OPP复合无纺布层,所述OPP复合无纺布层由OPP薄膜和无纺布压合成型。
所述网格布层为玻璃纤维网格布层。
所述防滑吸水层为无纺布层或EVA海绵层,所述无纺布层为聚丙烯无纺布层。
所述防渗透层厚度为60-150微米,所述网格布层厚度为300-800微米,所述防滑吸水层厚度为100-300微米。
所述网格布层的网眼尺寸为3x3毫米、4x4毫米或5x5毫米。

本发明的防渗透层为OPP复合无纺布层,具有OPP薄膜的防渗透性好、质轻、材质软,无嗅、无味、无毒、环保,不会产生空气污染,阻隔性能优异等特点,可以有效防止水、油漆等溶剂的渗透导致已铺设好的地面受到污染或染色,尤其是对高档家装所用的木地板、波纹砖等具有很好的保护作用,与无纺布复合后,还具有高拉伸强度、耐磨性强、冲击强度、刚性、强韧性以及低静电性能等优点。
本发明的网格布层为玻璃纤维网格布层,具有良好的抗碱性、柔韧性、经纬方向高度抗拉、抗裂,不容易产生折皱和变形,具有很好的服帖性、定位性,可避免长时间施工过程中产生变形,出现破损,影响保护效果。
本发明的防滑吸水层为无纺布层或EVA海绵层,都是新一代环保材料,无纺布层具有防渗透、透气、柔韧、质轻、不助燃、容易分解、无毒无刺激性、价格低廉、环保等优点;EVA海绵层具有柔韧、质轻、密度好、富有弹性等优点,能当作缓冲材料来保护地面,可以更好的吸收和分散外来的撞击力,还可以防震防磨擦的作用;将无纺布层或EVA海绵层用作底面的防滑吸水层,与地面的服帖性、固定性好,不容易与地面产生相对滑动,而且质地柔软可避免地面产生划痕,并有一定的吸水作用,可预防装修中渗水损坏已铺设好的地面。
本发明采用以上技术方案,与传统采用单层防渗透无纺布或塑料彩条布作为地面保护材料相比,本发明的地面保护膜不仅具有OPP复合无纺布层、玻璃纤维网格布层和无纺布层自身所具有的优点,而且OPP复合无纺布层、玻璃纤维网格布层和无纺布层通过压合成型后,玻璃纤维网格布使得OPP复合无纺布层、无纺布层与压合的咬合痕之间形成缓冲空间,该缓冲空间可有效防止高空落下的硬物对地面产生损坏,具有很好柔韧性和缓冲性能;同时,与已铺设好的地面相接触的无纺布层,具有较好的吸附性和服帖性,在与玻璃纤维网格布压合后,还具有良好的强度和抗拉伸性能,不容易产生折皱、变形和相对滑动,不仅可有效避免地面产生划痕,大大提高其经纬方向的抗拉强度,而且不容易产生移位导致施工人员滑到摔伤;此外,在防渗透层表面形成的咬合痕,可以起到施工人员脚底与地面保护膜表面之间的防滑作用,可避免由于地面保护膜表面湿滑引起的滑到摔伤。在使用过程中,将本发明装修用地面保护膜覆盖在已铺设好的地面上,使得无纺布层与地面相接触,装修过程中即便有水滴或油漆等涂料溶剂滴落到OPP复合无纺布层的上表面,也不容易渗透到OPP复合无纺布层的下表面,即便是有所渗透,但在无纺布层的二次保护下,还是不会污染到地面;在地面保护膜的遮挡覆盖保护下,粉尘及余料垃圾等集中在OPP复合无纺布层的上表面,减轻了地面的清洁工作量,确保了地面的美观。本发明的装修用地面保护膜使用方便,造价低廉,防渗透、耐磨、耐用、防滑、不易变形,具有较好柔韧性和缓冲性能,在装修过程中,可有效保护已铺设好的地面。
