Abstract

本发明公开了一种真丝保暖针织内衣面料的生产工艺,该生产工艺包括以下步骤:(1)将无捻生丝与有捻生丝并线成股,加低捻成真丝线,将真丝线浸渍于碱溶液和柔软剂中进行处理,得到膨体弹力真丝;(2)将膨体弹力真丝与发热纤维与涤纶混纺纱交织,采用空气层组织,在大圆机上织造出真丝保暖针织内衣面料。本发明是由膨体弹力真丝纤维作与发热纤维/涤纶混纺纤维交织,采用空气层组织,利用大圆机织造真丝复合空气层面料,该面料既有全真丝的弹性、蓬松性和卷曲性,又有发热纤维的制热功能,而且舒适,保暖,轻薄,是制作秋冬保暖服装的优质面料。

技术领域:
本发明属于针织内衣面料及其制备领域,特别涉及一种真丝保暖针织内衣面料的生产工艺。
背景技术:
随着生活质量的不断提高,人们对服用纺织品和服装的舒适性和功能性方面的需求日益扩大了,针织内衣的卫生舒适性和亲肤性更受关注。
亲肤性主要是指接触人体的内衣柔软、光滑和有弹性。舒适性主要是指织物能带走身上的汗水,避免出汗后衣服沾在身上,产生不舒适感,内衣面料能迅速将水汽和汗液传输到织物表面,蒸发后扩散到外界环境中,以保证面料的卫生和舒适性。
真丝面料光泽柔和、手感滑糯、轻盈飘逸,采用膨体弹力真丝既可以保持蚕丝的长丝纤维形态,又可以提高面料的抗皱性、拉伸性、吸湿性和压缩弹性。采用空气组织,使面料含有空气夹层,既有益于保暖,又使面料增加弹性。
目前的发热纤维常见的有璐奈丝,EKS,Thermogear,Softwarm等,它们都是将发热材料融入到化学纤维中,将吸附的湿气转化为热量散发出来。
发明内容:
本发明的目的是提供一种真丝保暖针织内衣面料的生产工艺,本发明方法制备的面料轻薄保暖,舒适,有弹性,非常适合于制备秋冬保暖服装。
本发明的目的通过如下技术方案实现:
一种真丝保暖针织内衣面料的生产工艺,其特征在于,该方法包括以下步骤:
(1)将无捻生丝与有捻生丝并线成股,加低捻成真丝线,将真丝线浸渍于碱溶液和柔软剂中进行处理,得到膨体弹力真丝;
(2)将膨体弹力真丝作为一种原料,将发热纤维与涤纶混纺纱作为另一种原料,采用空气层组织,在大圆机上织造出真丝保暖针织内衣面料,其中,所述空气层组织为针盘中针高低踵相间排列,六路一循环,第一路针盘出满针喂入膨体弹力真丝,第二路针筒出满针喂入发热纤维与涤纶混纺纱,第三路针盘针筒出高踵针喂入膨体弹力真丝,第四路针盘出满针喂入膨体弹力真丝,第五路针筒出满针喂入发热纤维与涤纶混纺纱,第六路针盘针筒出低踵针喂入膨体弹力真丝。
作为上述技术方案的优选,步骤1所述的柔软剂为两性表面活性剂的柔软剂。
作为上述技术方案的优选,步骤1所述的并线方法为两股生丝加反捻后并线。
作为上述技术方案的优选,步骤1所述的低捻为200-400捻/cm。
作为上述技术方案的优选,步骤1或2所述的膨体弹力真丝为173.6-384.1dtex。
作为上述技术方案的优选,步骤2所述的发热纤维为璐奈丝、EKS、Softwarm中的一种。
作为上述技术方案的优选,步骤2所述的发热纤维与涤纶混纺纱中发热纤维与涤纶纤维的混纺的比例为4:6。
作为上述技术方案的优选,步骤2所述的真丝保暖针织内衣面料的克重为135.4-142.3g/cm2
本发明的有益效果在于:真丝面料光泽柔和、手感滑糯、轻盈飘逸,采用膨体弹力真丝既可以保持蚕丝的长丝纤维形态,又可以提高面料的抗皱性能、拉伸性能和压缩弹性。发热纤维在一定条件下可自行发出热量,并阻止热量流失,而且还能在发出热量的同时具有良好的吸湿性能。采用空气组织,使面料含有空气夹层,既有益于保暖,又使面料增加弹性。发热纤维与其他纤维交织,中间形成空气层,可以增加保暖效果,而且通过与涤纶纤维混纺可以提高纤维的强度,继而增加面料的耐用性。制备的面料既具备真丝的优良特性,又舒适有弹性,并且由于发热纤维、膨体弹力真丝和空气层的存在,使面料在优良保暖性地基础上,有具有自发制热的功能,是制作秋冬保暖服装的优质面料。
具体实施方式:
为了加深对本发明的理解,下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步详述,该实施例仅用于解释本发明,并不构成对本发明保护范围的限定。
实施例1:
将加S捻的无捻生丝与加Z捻的有捻生丝并线成股,加200捻/cm的低捻成真丝线,将真丝线浸渍于Na2CO3溶液和咪唑啉型两性表面活性剂的柔软剂中进行处理,得到173.6dtex的膨体弹力真丝;
将膨体弹力真丝与发热纤维璐奈丝与涤纶4:6混纺纱交织,在UP372型双面提花大圆机上,将针盘中针高低踵相间排列,六路一循环,第一路针盘出满针喂入膨体弹力真丝,第二路针筒出满针喂入发热纤维/涤纶纤维,第三路针盘针筒高踵出喂入膨体弹力真丝,第四路针盘出满针喂入膨体弹力真丝,第五路针筒出满针喂入发热纤维/涤纶纤维,第六路针盘针筒低踵出喂入膨体弹力真丝,形成空气层组织,得到135.4g/cm2真丝保暖针织内衣面料,保暖率为38%。
实施例2:
将加S捻的无捻生丝与加Z捻的有捻生丝并线成股,加400捻/cm的低捻成真丝线,将真丝线浸渍于Na2CO3溶液和氨基酸型两性表面活性剂的柔软剂中进行处理,得到384.1dtex的膨体弹力真丝;
将膨体弹力真丝与发热纤维Softwarm与涤纶4:6混纺纱交织,在UP372型双面提花大圆机上,将针盘中针高低踵相间排列,六路一循环,第一路针盘出满针喂入膨体弹力真丝,第二路针筒出满针喂入发热纤维/涤纶纤维,第三路针盘针筒高踵出喂入膨体弹力真丝,第四路针盘出满针喂入膨体弹力真丝,第五路针筒出满针喂入发热纤维/涤纶纤维,第六路针盘针筒低踵出喂入膨体弹力真丝,形成空气层组织,得到142.3g/cm2真丝保暖针织内衣面料,保暖率为52%。
实施例3:
将加Z捻的无捻生丝与加S捻的有捻生丝并线成股,加300捻/cm的低捻成真丝线,将真丝线浸渍于NaHCO3溶液和咪唑啉型两性表面活性剂的柔软剂中进行处理,得到346.7dtex的膨体弹力真丝;
将膨体弹力真丝与发热纤维EKS与涤纶4:6混纺纱交织,在UP372型双面提花大圆机上,将针盘中针高低踵相间排列,六路一循环,第一路针盘出满针喂入膨体弹力真丝,第二路针筒出满针喂入发热纤维EKS/涤纶纤维,第三路针盘针筒高踵出喂入膨体弹力真丝,第四路针盘出满针喂入膨体弹力真丝,第五路针筒出满针喂入发热纤维EKS/涤纶纤维,第六路针盘针筒低踵出喂入膨体弹力真丝,形成空气层组织,得到139.6g/cm2真丝保暖针织内衣面料,保暖率为47%。
实施例4:
将加S捻的无捻生丝与加Z捻的有捻生丝并线成股,加250捻/cm的低捻成真丝线,将真丝线浸渍于NaHCO3溶液和氨基酸型两性表面活性剂的柔软剂中进行处理,得到289.1dtex的膨体弹力真丝;
将膨体弹力真丝与发热纤维璐奈丝与涤纶4:6混纺纱交织,在UP372型双面提花大圆机上,将针盘中针高低踵相间排列,六路一循环,第一路针盘出满针喂入膨体弹力真丝,第二路针筒出满针喂入发热纤维璐奈丝/涤纶纤维,第三路针盘针筒高踵出喂入膨体弹力真丝,第四路针盘出满针喂入膨体弹力真丝,第五路针筒出满针喂入发热纤维璐奈丝/涤纶纤维,第六路针盘针筒低踵出喂入膨体弹力真丝,形成空气层组织,得到136.7g/cm2真丝保暖针织内衣面料,保暖率为45%。

Claims (8)

1.一种真丝保暖针织内衣面料的生产工艺,其特征在于,该生产工艺包括以下步骤:
(1)将无捻生丝与有捻生丝并线成股,加低捻成真丝线,将真丝线浸渍于碱溶液和柔软剂中进行处理,得到膨体弹力真丝;
(2)将膨体弹力真丝作为一种原料,将发热纤维与涤纶混纺纱作为另一种原料,将两种原料交织,采用空气层组织,在大圆机上织造出真丝保暖针织内衣面料,其中,所述空气层组织为针盘中针高低踵相间排列,六路一循环,第一路针盘出满针喂入膨体弹力真丝,第二路针筒出满针喂入发热纤维与涤纶混纺纱,第三路针盘针筒出高踵针喂入膨体弹力真丝,第四路针盘出满针喂入膨体弹力真丝,第五路针筒出满针喂入发热纤维与涤纶混纺纱,第六路针盘针筒出低踵针喂入膨体弹力真丝。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种真丝保暖针织内衣面料的生产工艺,其特征在于,步骤1所述的柔软剂为两性表面活性剂的柔软剂。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种真丝保暖针织内衣面料的生产工艺,其特征在于,步骤1所述的并线方法为两股生丝加反捻后并线。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种真丝保暖针织内衣面料的生产工艺,其特征在于,步骤1所述的低捻为200-400捻/cm。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种真丝保暖针织内衣面料的生产工艺,其特征在于,步骤1或2所述的膨体弹力真丝为173.6-384.1dtex。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种真丝保暖针织内衣面料的生产工艺,其特征在于,步骤2所述的发热纤维为璐奈丝、EKS、Softwarm中的一种。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种真丝保暖针织内衣面料的生产工艺,其特征在于,步骤2所述的发热纤维与涤纶混纺纱中发热纤维与涤纶纤维的混纺的比例为4:6。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种真丝保暖针织内衣面料的生产工艺,其特征在于,步骤2所述的真丝保暖针织内衣面料的每平方厘米克重为135.4-142.3g/cm2
