背景技术
大米是世界性主食,但是随着人们生活水平的提高,现在大米已不仅仅是碳水化合物——能量源——饱食的单纯功能,各种富含特别营养、有特别功能的大米,不仅丰富了人们的主食,还对促进人体健康、改善营养,起到重要的作用。
本发明以中国传统主食原料为主,合理均匀搭配其他营养功能成分,进行简单易行的加工,得到一种美味、营养的复合米,既可以有效地提高人体的各种生理机能,达到祛病、增进人体健康的目的;又能提高稻米的经济价值,创造出巨大的社会和经济效益。

本发明的目的在于提供一种茶香虾鲜营养米及其制备方法。
本发明采用的技术方案如下:
一种茶香虾鲜营养米,是由下述重量份的原料组成:
青稞粉180-200、糜子粉85-100、虾仁15-18、树籽菜10-14、芝麻菜10-12、藤茶12-16、金雀花2-3、龙胆草1-2、蓝莓叶2-3、香蕉皮2-3、全脂牛乳粉10-13、槟榔芋25-40、麦麸30-40、咸蛋黄8-12、薏仁油6-8、茶花粉3-6、营养粉剂7-11;
所述的营养粉剂由下述重量份的原料制成:黄花菜20-30、甜角果肉15-20、金耳粉15-25、牡丹籽油5-8、海藻糖3-6、菠菜籽粉8-12、泥螺多肽1-2、鱼胶粉4-8、椴树蜜10-16、蓝莓粉10-15、石榴酒30-40、黑米汁40-60;
所述的营养粉剂的的制备方法为:a、将黄花菜沸水灼烫1-2分钟,捞出沥干,与甜角果肉放入石榴酒中压实浸泡1-2天,入锅焖煮熟透,打制成浆,冷冻干燥,研磨成粉,与菠菜籽粉混合,加入牡丹籽油文火炒制熟香,再次磨制成粉,得香醇粉;b、将金耳粉、鱼胶粉放入黑米汁中文火熬汁成稠胶状,加入海藻糖及其他剩余原料搅拌稠滑状,冻干破碎,研磨成粉,与香醇粉混合均匀,即可。

(1)、将树籽菜、芝麻菜分别除杂洗净,放入沸水焯制1-2分钟,捞出打制成细滑泥状,得香菜泥;将藤茶加8-12倍水在85-95℃浸提8-14分钟,过滤去渣,得茶汁;
(2)、将槟榔芋去皮切块,与虾仁、咸蛋黄分别蒸制熟透,与香菜泥、茶汁打制成浆,加入麦麸搅拌均匀,焖煮至稠状,得茶香虾鲜浆;
(3)、将金雀花、龙胆草、蓝莓叶、香蕉皮加适量水煎煮,过滤去渣,滤液浓缩至膏状,得保健膏;
(4)、将青稞粉、糜籽粉混合均匀,加入茶香虾鲜浆及其他剩余原料,加热糊化后送入造粒机中造粒,充分干燥后分袋包装,即得。

青稞粉200、糜子粉100、虾仁18、树籽菜14、芝麻菜12、藤茶16、金雀花3、龙胆草2、蓝莓叶3、香蕉皮3、全脂牛乳粉13、槟榔芋40、麦麸40、咸蛋黄12、薏仁油8、茶花粉6、营养粉剂10;
所述的营养粉剂由下述重量(斤)的原料制成:黄花菜30、甜角果肉20、金耳粉25、牡丹籽油8、海藻糖6、菠菜籽粉12、泥螺多肽1、鱼胶粉6、椴树蜜16、蓝莓粉15、石榴酒40、黑米汁60;
所述的营养粉剂的的制备方法为:a、将黄花菜沸水灼烫2分钟,捞出沥干,与甜角果肉放入石榴酒中压实浸泡2天,入锅焖煮熟透,打制成浆,冷冻干燥,研磨成粉,与菠菜籽粉混合,加入牡丹籽油文火炒制熟香,再次磨制成粉,得香醇粉;b、将金耳粉、鱼胶粉放入黑米汁中文火熬汁成稠胶状,加入海藻糖及其他剩余原料搅拌稠滑状,冻干破碎,研磨成粉,与香醇粉混合均匀,即可。

(2)、将槟榔芋去皮切块,与虾仁、咸蛋黄分别蒸制熟透,与香菜泥、茶汁打制成浆,加入麦麸搅拌均匀,焖煮至稠状,得茶香虾鲜浆;
(3)、将金雀花、龙胆草、蓝莓叶、香蕉皮加适量水煎煮,过滤去渣,滤液浓缩至膏状,得保健膏;
(4)、将青稞粉、糜籽粉混合均匀,加入茶香虾鲜浆及其他剩余原料,加热糊化后送入造粒机中造粒,充分干燥后分袋包装,即得。

青稞粉180-200、糜子粉85-100、虾仁15-18、树籽菜10-14、芝麻菜10-12、藤茶12-16、金雀花2-3、龙胆草1-2、蓝莓叶2-3、香蕉皮2-3、全脂牛乳粉10-13、槟榔芋25-40、麦麸30-40、咸蛋黄8-12、薏仁油6-8、茶花粉3-6、营养粉剂7-11;
