本发明涉及一种干式松仁芝麻粥及其制备方法,它是由利用双螺杆挤压膨化机生产的干式粥米、熟化的大米米粉、松仁碎、黑芝麻碎、白芝麻碎、黑芝麻和白糖粉搭配构成。该粥粥米是利用双螺杆挤压膨化机制得,将40%-80%粥米,15%-35%粥体,0.5%-3%松仁碎,0.5%-3%黑芝麻碎,0.5%-3%白芝麻碎,1%-6%黑芝麻,0.5%-3%白糖粉进行搭配既得干式松仁芝麻粥。

背景技术                       
目前,市场上很多产品的味道都采用香精香料进行调整,且产品口味较为单一,缺少甜味粥系列产品。
本发明专利中采用的粥米是经过双螺杆挤压膨化机制作,冲泡后与天然大米蒸煮后具有相似的颗粒,同样的咀嚼感,同样的米香味,具备家庭后厨熬煮出的粥的特性,同时本专利将松仁和芝麻这些营养食材以干式的形式融入到干式粥中,能够满足人们一般饮食的营养需求,也丰富了干式粥中甜味粥系列产品。
发明内容
本专利是以能够满足人们一般饮食的营养需求,又可缩短消费者的食用时间,实现快捷奏生活,还能够满足消费者对此类口味的饮食需求为出发点,突破了现有产品的核心技术,开创性地实现了主食方便化、营养化,并保留了其传统性,有望成为继方便面后的划时代创新产品。
具体的发明涉及:
一种干式松仁芝麻粥的产品;
一种干式松仁芝麻粥的工厂化制备方法。
本发明的具体内容为:粥米是利用双螺杆挤压膨化机制得。熟化的大米米粉过60—120目筛。将40%-80%粥米,15%-35%熟化的大米米粉,0.5%-3%松仁碎,0.5%-3%黑芝麻碎,0.5%-3%白芝麻碎,1%-6%黑芝麻和0.5%-3%白糖粉进行搭配混合包装。既得干式松仁芝麻粥。
具体实施方式:
实施例1:
A、利用双螺杆挤压膨化机制得粥米,备用;
B、取熟化的并过60-120目筛的大米米粉,备用;
C、将松仁进行压碎,备用; 
D、将黑芝麻、白芝麻进行粉碎,备用; 
E、将白砂糖进行粉碎,备用;
F、将粥米与B、C、D和E准备好的熟化的大米米粉、松仁碎、黑芝麻碎、白芝麻碎、黑芝麻与白糖粉,按照20:8:1:0.5:0.5:1:0.5的比例进行搭配混合,既得干式松仁芝麻粥。
实施例2:
A、利用双螺杆挤压膨化机制得粥米,备用;
B、取熟化的并过60-120目筛的大米米粉,备用;
C、将松仁进行压碎,备用; 
D、将黑芝麻、白芝麻进行粉碎,备用; 
E、将白砂糖进行粉碎,备用;
F、将粥米与B、C、D和E准备好的熟化的大米米粉、松仁碎、黑芝麻碎、白芝麻碎、黑芝麻与白糖粉,按照25:7:1:1:1:1:0.5的比例进行搭配混合,既得干式松仁芝麻粥。
实施例3:
A、利用双螺杆挤压膨化机制得粥米,备用;
B、取熟化的并过60-120目筛的大米米粉,备用;
C、将松仁进行压碎,备用; 
D、将黑芝麻、白芝麻进行粉碎,备用; 
E、将白砂糖进行粉碎,备用;
F、将粥米与B、C、D和E准备好的熟化的大米米粉、松仁碎、黑芝麻碎、白芝麻碎、黑芝麻与白糖粉,按照25:7:1:1:1:1:0.5的比例进行搭配混合,既得干式松仁芝麻粥。

1.一种干式松仁芝麻粥,其特征在于:它是由利用双螺杆挤压膨化机生产的干式粥米、熟化的大米米粉、松仁碎、黑芝麻碎、白芝麻碎、黑芝麻和白糖粉搭配构成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的干式松仁芝麻粥,其特征在于:这种干式松仁芝麻粥是利用80℃及以上的热水冲调食用。
3.根据权利要求1所述的干式松仁芝麻粥,其特征在于:这种干式松仁芝麻粥中干式粥米占40%-80%,熟化的大米米粉占15%-35%,松仁碎占0.5%-3%,黑芝麻碎占0.5%-3%,白芝麻碎占0.5%-3%,黑芝麻占1%-6%,白糖粉占0.5%-3%。
