本发明涉及一种食品,更具体地讲是一种通便润肠,预防肠癌的保健食品。
背景技术
肠癌是常见的恶性肿瘤,包括结肠癌和直肠癌。大肠癌的发病率从高到低依次为直肠、乙状结肠、盲肠、升结肠、降结肠及横结肠,近年有向近端(右半结肠)发展的趋势。其发病与生活方式、遗传、大肠腺瘤等关系密切。发病年龄趋老年化,男女之比为1.65:1。近年有年轻化,低龄化的趋势。大肠癌的发生与高脂肪低纤维素饮食、大肠慢性炎症、大肠腺瘤、遗传因素和其他因素如:环境因素(如土壤中缺钼)、吸烟,少运动等有关。大肠癌早期无症状,或症状不明显,仅感不适、消化不良、大便潜血等。随着癌肿发展,症状逐渐出现,表现为大便习惯改变、腹痛、便血、腹部包块、肠梗阻等,伴或不伴贫血、发热和消瘦等全身症状。肿瘤因转移、浸润可引起受累器官的改变。预防肠癌的发生,是个迫不及待的课题,为了协助解决这个问题,我们研制了这通便润肠,预防肠癌的保健食品火龙果片。
发明内容
火龙果片的成分以火龙果为主,配以茯苓,杏仁,石榴籽油,通便润肠,预防肠癌。另加半枝莲,清热解毒,抑制或者杀伤癌细胞的中药通便润肠,预防肠癌。火龙果,又称红龙果、龙珠果、仙蜜果、玉龙果,拉丁文名:Hylocereus undulatus Britt,仙人掌科、量天尺属植物果实。火龙果营养丰富、功能独特,它含有一般植物少有的植物性白蛋白以及花青素,丰富的维生素和水溶性膳食纤维。火龙果不仅味道香甜,还具有很高的营养价值,它集于水果、花蕾、蔬菜、医药优点于一身。不但营养丰富、功能独特,很少有病虫害,几乎不使用任何农药都可以平般生长。因此,火龙果是一种绿色、环保果品和具有必定疗效的保健养分食品。每一百克火龙果果肉中,含水分83.75克、灰分0.34克、粗脂肪0.17克、粗蛋白0.62克、粗纤维1.21克、碳水化合物13.91克、热量59.65千卡、膳食纤维1.62克、维生素C5.22毫克、果糖2.83克、葡萄糖7.83克、钙6.3-8.8毫克、磷30.2~36.1毫克、铁0.55~0.65毫克和大量花青素(红肉果品种最丰)、水溶性膳食蛋白、植物白蛋白等。 火龙果性甘平,主要营养成分有蛋白质、膳食纤维、维生素B2、维生素B3、维生素C、铁、磷、钙、镁、钾等。富含大量果肉纤维,有丰富的胡萝卜素,维他命B1、B2、B3、B12、C等,果核内 (黑色芝麻之种子) 更含有丰富的钙、磷、铁等矿物质及各种酶、白蛋白、纤维质及高浓度天然色素花青素(尤以红肉为最),花、茎及嫩芽更有如其近亲 (芦荟) 之各种功效。火龙果有预防便秘、促进眼睛保健、增加骨质密度、帮助细胞膜形成、预防贫血和抗神经炎、口角炎、降低胆固醇、皮肤美白防黑斑的功效外,还具有解除重金属中毒、抗自由基、防老年病变、瘦身、防大肠癌等功效。而较新的研究结果显示,火龙果和枝的汁对肿瘤的生长,病毒及免疫反映抑止等病症上表现出了积极作用。火龙果不愧为通便润肠,预防肠癌等多功能的保健食品。
茯苓(学名:Poria cocos(Schw.) Wolf.)别称:茯灵, 伏苓、伏菟,松云苓,松苓等。药用部位是多孔菌科真菌茯苓的菌核。具有利水渗湿,健脾,安神的功效。因为它功效非常广泛,不分四季,将它与各种药物配伍,不管寒、温、风、湿诸疾,都能发挥其独特功效。茯苓味甘、淡、性平,入药具有利水渗湿、益脾和胃、宁心安神之功用。现代医学研究:茯苓能增强机体免疫功能,茯苓多糖有明显的抗肿瘤及保肝脏作用。
杏仁拉丁学名Amygdalus Communis Vas杏仁富含蛋白质、脂肪、糖类、胡萝卜素、B族维生素、维生素C、维生素P以及钙、磷、铁等营养成分。其中胡萝卜素的含量在果品中仅次于芒果,人们将杏仁称为抗癌之果。能止咳平喘,润肠通便,杏仁还有抗肿瘤作用,杏仁抗肿瘤作用主要是由于苦杏仁中含有一种生物活性物质--苦杏仁苷,可以进入血液专杀癌细胞,同时,由于含有丰富的胡萝卜素,因此可以抗氧化,防止自由基侵袭细胞,具有预防肠癌的作用。
石榴籽油石榴籽油 pomegranate seed oil 是唯一植物源的多不饱和共轭脂肪酸,其主要成分为石榴酸,含量可达70-80%。因石榴酸的结构与共轭亚油酸(CLA)最为接近而将其称为”超级共轭亚油酸”,其功能性超过一般意义上的共轭亚油酸。石榴籽油还富含抗氧化因子,具有很强的清除人体自由基和延缓衰老的能力。科学研究已经表明石榴籽油能够保护人体免疫系统,降低癌变,帮助人体抵抗癌症、肥胖症、糖尿病和心脏病。石榴籽油中有六种主要脂肪酸:石榴酸、亚麻酸、亚油酸、油酸、棕榈酸、硬脂酸等。其中石榴酸约占86%。石榴酸是ω-3型高度不饱和脂肪酸,与亚麻酸一样是补充人体缺乏ω-3系列不饱和脂肪酸最理想的成分。石榴酸具有极强的抗氧化能力,可以有效地抵抗人体炎症和氧自由基的破坏作用,,预防动脉粥样硬化和减缓癌变进程的作用。石榴子油因含石榴酸和多种维生素,可抑制细菌生长,促进皮肤细胞的新陈代谢,增强细胞的活力,调节脂肪代谢,促进脂肪代谢障碍所致的有毒物质通过皮肤排泄,并有排除体内毒素和清除肠毒素等作用。科学研究已经表明石榴籽油能够保护人体免疫系统,同样可以通便润肠,预防肠癌。
半枝莲(学名:Portulaca grandiflora),半支莲全草入药,具有清热解毒、活血祛瘀、消肿止痛、抗癌等功能。性寒味酸,全草含多种维生素、微量元素及氨基酸等成分,它清热解毒,含有抑制或者杀伤癌细胞和通便润肠,预防肠癌的保健作用。
具体实施方式 把火龙果,茯苓,杏仁,石榴籽油,半枝莲以5:2;1:1:1的质量比均匀拌和,超细粉碎,加适量的矫味剂制成片剂,每天口服3-6克,预防肠癌有特效。试验肠癌易发人群约100例,普遍反映很好的。排便通畅,胃口好,精神爽,优于其他同类保健食品。
