本发明公开了一种海藻碘盐,其特征在于它包括无碘食盐、海藻碘、茶多酚,所述的无碘食盐、海藻碘、茶多酚的重量比为100-120∶0.1-0.25∶0.05-0.1。本发明加入的茶多酚具有很好的稳定性,最高耐热温度在1个半小时内,可达250℃左右,因此在使用过程中不会分解,不会降低其营养成分含量,茶多酚还具有抗氧化能力强,无毒副作用,无异味等特点,具有很好的保健功效,特别适合作为传统碘盐的添加剂。

本发明主要涉及盐领域,尤其涉及一种海藻碘盐。
背景技术
海藻碘盐是全新的补碘产品,采用天然绿色精制盐为原料,含有多种氨基酸和钾、钙、等微量元素,其中的碘是从海洋藻类中提取的生物液态碘,它不受人体因蛋白质摄入不足而影响对碘元素吸收的限制,性质稳定,更加适合人体吸收。相比较原来的碘盐,海藻碘盐的优点是天然、绿色、健康、营养。
海藻碘盐的研发和运用是健康产业,是科学补碘工程中的重大突破,纯天然食品,在食品“回归大自然”的呼声中,对比无机化学品为添加剂的产品,海藻碘盐是适合所有人群的理想的天然调味补碘品。 它为消除碘缺乏病、提高身体素质提供了新的途径

本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种海藻碘盐,它包括无碘食盐、海藻碘、茶多酚,所述的无碘食盐、海藻碘、茶多酚的重量比为:100-120:0.1-0.25:0.05-0.1。
一种海藻碘盐,加工方法为将无碘食盐重量的5-10%与海藻碘、茶多酚混合,搅拌均匀,再与剩余的无碘食盐混合均匀,分装即可。
本发明的优点是:

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种海藻碘盐,其特征在于加工方法为将无碘食盐重量的5-10%与海藻碘、茶多酚混合,搅拌均匀,再与剩余的无碘食盐混合均匀,分装即可。
