Abstract

含有茶多酚成分的解毒食盐的制作方法,该含有茶多酚的解毒食盐是按以下方案进行调制的:在食用盐消毒后进行包装前,将茶多酚晶体与食用盐晶体按1∶1000或1∶500的质量比进行充分混匀,使成品食盐中的茶多酚含量达到0.1%-0.5%。本发明以从茶叶中提取的天然复合物茶多酚作为添加剂,加入食盐中,它能有效消除被重金属污染的食品对人体的危害。

技术领域:
本发明涉及一种含有茶多酚的解毒食盐及其制作方法。
技术背景:
食盐是人们生活中不可缺少的调味品,但目前人们普遍使用的食盐只是具有补碘盐作用,功能比较单一。随着人们物质生活水平的不断提高,人们的自我健康意识不断增强,而目前食品污染问题越来越严重,特别是化学农药和有害金属等,普通的清洗或烹调对清除农作物中的化学污染物和重金属作用都不大。面对目前现实存在的食品污染危害,应当采取积极有效的自我保护措施。本发明从积极预防着手,将具有抗污染物毒性的天然植物有效成份茶多酚添加到普通食盐中,在人们食用被污染的食品同时,也摄入有效的天然解毒物质,以减少环境污染物对人体的损害。
茶多酚晶体是从茶叶中提取的天然复合物,易溶于水,也是茶叶的主要有效成份,其组成除酚酸外,主要是以α-苯基苯并吡喃为结构基础的类黄酮化合物,其中羟基取代基作为质子的供体,使其具有特殊的生理功能,这些功能与茶多酚清除自由基的抗氧化效果密切相关。茶多酚主要生物学作用是激活细胞内抗氧化防御系统和螯合重金属离子等,对动脉粥样硬化、衰老、肿瘤和DNA损伤作用具有预防作用。体内、外试验表明茶多酚是一种强抗氧化剂,能抑制脂质过氧化,与其他天然抗氧化剂相比,茶多酚的抗氧化作用强,对人体无任何毒副作用。小鼠体内实验证实茶多酚对三丁基锡(一种有机类重金属污染物)诱导的氧化应激反应和淋巴细胞核损伤有明显的缓解作用。
发明内容:
本发明的目的是提供一种含有茶多酚的解毒食盐及其制备方法,能有效消除重金属污染的对人体的毒性。
技术方案:该含有茶多酚的解毒食盐是按以下方案进行调制的:在食用盐消毒后进行包装前,将茶多酚晶体与食用盐晶体按1∶1000或1∶500的质量比进行充分混匀,使成品食盐中的茶多酚含量达到0.1%-0.5%。
实施例一:茶多酚晶体1份与食盐晶体999份充分混合,再进行包装,
则食盐中茶多酚的含量为0.1%;
实施例二:茶多酚晶体1份与食盐晶体499份充分混合,再进行包装,则食盐中茶多酚的含量为0.5%。
本发明的有益效果是:一种含有茶多酚的解毒食盐及其制造方法,以从茶叶中提取的天然复合物茶多酚作为添加剂,加入食盐中,它具有解毒功能,尤其是能有效消除被重金属污染的食品对人体的危害。

1、一种含有茶多酚成分的解毒食盐的制作方法,其特征在于,该方法按下列步骤进行:在食用盐消毒后进行包装前,将茶多酚晶体与食用盐晶体按1∶1000或1∶500的质量比进行充分混匀。
2、根据权利要求1所述的一种含有茶多酚成分的解毒食盐的制作方法,其特征在于食盐中茶多酚含量为0.1%-0.5%。
