本发明公开了一种马齿苋洋葱保健米糕及其制备方法,由以下重量份的原料配制而成:糯米700~900份,籼米500~600份,白糖200~300份,洋葱90~110份,马齿苋90~110份,葛根20~30份,山楂40~60份,经清洗、浸泡、磨粉、揉粉、制备辅料、配料、汽蒸和包装,得到马齿苋洋葱保健米糕。本发明保健米糕能清热解毒,增进食欲,提高人体的代谢能力和免疫能力,还能降血压降血脂,同时还能防癌抗衰老,预防骨质疏松的作用,是一种适合中老年人的保健食品。

背景技术
随着人们生活水平的日益提高,人们对食物的要求也越来越高,不仅能满足基本的温饱问题,还要要求通过食物进行养生保健的作用,通过日常的生活食材以及简单的制作,不仅提高生活水平,还能有效的提高身体素质。通过合理的营养可以增强人体的抗病能力,保持人体健康,即利用食物来影响机体各方面的功能,使其获得健康或愈疾防病的一种养生方法,适合中老年人的保健米糕符合人们的需求。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种成本低、制作简单且具有良好的保健功能的马齿苋洋葱保健米糕及其制备方法,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种马齿苋洋葱保健米糕,由以下重量份的原料配制而成:糯米700~900份,籼米500~600份,白糖200~300份,洋葱90~110份,马齿苋90~110份,葛根20~30份,山楂40~60份。
一种马齿苋洋葱保健米糕的制备方法,具体制备步骤如下:
(1)清洗:挑选除去杂质的糯米和籼米,用清水反复冲洗干净,沥干;
(2)浸泡:将洗好的米放在浸泡池中加清水浸泡10~12h,待米粒发胀,含水为36%~40%即可;
(3)磨粉:将浸泡好的糯米和籼米倒入粉碎机料斗,把湿米磨成80~100目的湿米粉,得到糯米湿粉和籼米湿粉的混合湿米粉;
(4)揉粉:将湿米粉充分揉和,使得湿米粉粘度均匀,沥尽水分使得湿米粉的含水量为30%~33%;
(5)辅料制备:选取新鲜的洋葱、马齿苋、葛根和山楂,洗净沥干后,苦瓜去籽,分别用切片机切片,放入40~50℃的烘干箱中8~10h以脱去水分,然后再分别用粉碎机粉碎至80~100目,并混合均匀得辅料粉;
(6)配料:将白糖和辅料粉加入湿米粉中充分混合均匀,并加入适量蒸馏水拌匀成米团,压模成5cm×5cm米糕块;
(7)汽蒸:将压模形成的米糕块放入蒸笼上大汽后蒸30~35min即可起锅;
(8)包装:自然冷却至室温后用丙烯塑料袋真空密封包装,在121℃下灭菌20~25min,即得马齿苋洋葱保健米糕。
洋葱:具有很强的抑菌杀菌能力,是一种无污染绿色食品,含有的前列腺素能降低外周血管阻力,降低血粘度,可用于降低血压、提神醒脑、缓解压力以及预防感冒等,还能清除体内氧自由基,增强新陈代谢能力,提高人体免疫力,防癌抗衰老,能提高骨密度,预防骨质疏松,是中老年不可多得的保健食物。
马齿苋:含有多种维生素以及多种元素的矿物质,清热解毒,散血消肿,能治疗腹泻、痢疾等病症,具有预防阑尾炎的作用,有“天然抗生素”之称。
葛根:具有滋身健体、抗衰老、降压、降血糖、降血脂、滋润皮肤、恢复皮肤弹性的功能,还可以减缓骨骼组织细胞老化,有助于钙的吸收,预防骨质疏松的作用。
山楂:具有降血脂、降血压、强心及抗心律不齐的作用,同时还具有健脾开胃、消食化滞、活血化痰的作用,还具有防衰老及抗癌的作用。

一种马齿苋洋葱保健米糕,由以下重量份的原料配制而成:糯米800份,籼米550份,白糖250份,洋葱100份,马齿苋100份,葛根25份,山楂50份。

一种马齿苋洋葱保健米糕,由以下重量份的原料配制而成:糯米900份,籼米600份,白糖300份,洋葱110份,马齿苋110份,葛根30份,山楂60份。
上述实施例1、实施例2和实施例3中马齿苋洋葱保健米糕的制备方法,具体制备步骤如下:
(1)清洗:挑选除去杂质的糯米和籼米,用清水反复冲洗干净,沥干;
(2)浸泡:将洗好的米放在浸泡池中加清水浸泡12h,待米粒发胀,含水为36%~40%即可;
(3)磨粉:将浸泡好的糯米和籼米倒入粉碎机料斗,把湿米磨成100目的湿米粉,得到糯米湿粉和籼米湿粉的混合湿米粉;
(4)揉粉:将湿米粉充分揉和,使得湿米粉粘度均匀,沥尽水分使得湿米粉的含水量为30%~33%;
(5)辅料制备:选取新鲜的洋葱和苦瓜,洗净沥干后,苦瓜去籽,分别用切片机切片,放入50℃的烘干箱中10h以脱去水分,然后再分别用粉碎机粉碎至100目,并混合均匀得辅料粉;
(6)配料:将白糖和辅料粉加入湿米粉中充分混合均匀,并加入适量蒸馏水拌匀成米团,压模成5cm×5cm米糕块;
(7)汽蒸:将压模形成的米糕块放入蒸笼上大汽后蒸30min即可起锅;
(8)包装:自然冷却至室温后用丙烯塑料袋真空密封包装,在121℃下灭菌20min,即得马齿苋洋葱保健米糕。

2.一种如权利要求1所述的马齿苋洋葱保健米糕的制备方法,其特征在于,具体制备步骤如下:
