在这样的透析过程中,为了不使在中空纤维膜组件内流通的被处理液(血液)从头部与主体壳的接合部漏出,需要对中空纤维膜组件进行液密性密封。因此广泛进行使用超声波熔敷将头部与主体壳接合的方法。超声波熔敷的接合方法是使用工具喇叭形部对头部的顶面施加压力,使头部的被熔敷部分与圆筒状的主体壳的被熔敷部抵接并且施加超声波振动,从而向被熔敷部传递振动,使被熔敷部彼此相互发热、熔融从而接合的方法,即使是需要气密性、液密性的容器也能够稳定地密封,因此被广泛使用。
例如,专利文献1公开了如下的接合加强方法:将主体容器与头部在主体容器外周部与该头部内侧熔深部之间进行超声波熔敷后,使用前端尖细形状的喇叭形部,从比上述熔深部靠上述主体容器的中央侧的该主体容器的侧面对该头部进行超声波熔敷。然而,专利文献1公开的接合加强方法需要进行两次超声波熔敷,因此生产率低,不能说是高效的接合加强方法。
另外,如图7所示,专利文献1公开的方法是在33、34这两个位置对主体容器31和头部32进行超声波熔敷的方法,但即使在主体容器31的侧面具备两个位置的超声波熔敷部33和34,也无法抑制在加压下从头部32的血液导入端口被导入的血液浸入到头部32与膜固定层35之间较小的间隙36。

发明内容
本发明是鉴于现有技术中存在的上述缺点而完成的,目的在于提供一种中空纤维膜组件,该中空纤维膜组件具备液密性优良、熔敷部分的接合强度高且能够高效地制造的构造。
为了实现上述目的,本发明人的中空纤维膜组件,具备:中空纤维膜束、收纳所述中空纤维膜束的主体壳、用于将所述中空纤维膜束固定于主体壳端部的内壁的膜固定层、以及安装于壳开口端部的具有被处理液的导入口或导出口的头部,对所述头部和所述主体壳遍布整周的至少两个位置的区域内进行超声波熔敷从而形成液密构造,所述中空纤维膜组件的特征在于,使用共用接头作为对主体壳外周的侧面和头部的内侧面遍布整周进行超声波熔敷的接头设计,使用对接接头作为对主体壳的端面和头部的内侧面遍布整周进行超声波熔敷的接头设计。
另外,在此,超声波熔敷当然是指:在接头部不存在气泡、裂缝等不良的状态下进行熔敷,成为头部的内周面遍布整周与膜固定层接触的状态。
优选为,所述共用接头的接头宽度乘以高度所得到的截面积为0.3~0.9mm2,进一步优选为0.4~0.7mm2。若小于0.3mm2,则无法得到用于接合的足够的强度。另一方面,若超过0.9mm2,则为了熔融所需的能量增加而难以熔融。另外,作为共用接头的宽度,优选为0.25mm以上。若小于0.25mm,则导致头部的共用接头因弹性变形而朝外周方向打开,使得头部与主体壳几乎不重叠,因此实际上没有被熔敷。
优选为,所述对接接头的最内周与头部的内周面在水平方向上的距离为0.5~2.0mm,进一步优选为1.0~2.0mm。该水平方向上的距离越短则对接接头的液密性越高,但考虑技术上的制约至少也需要0.5mm。然而,若长于2.0mm,则无法期待对接接头的液密性的提高。
优选为,所述对接接头的导向器的宽度乘以高度的一半所得到的三角形的面积为0.05~0.35mm2,进一步优选为0.1~0.2mm2。该三角形的面积是指导向器的接头部的截面积。若该面积小于0.05mm2,则头部与主体壳的熔融不充分,仅将导向器按压于壳端面而无法得到接合所需的足够的强度。另一方面,若超过0.35mm2,则熔融所需的能量增加,导向器难以熔融。另外,若导向器的前端角度(图2(b)的θ1)为40~70度,则应力集中于前端而易于熔融,因此是优选的。
优选为,在对接接头的内周侧和外周侧双方具有树脂积存部。在该树脂积存部接受熔融的树脂,因此能很好地进行超声波熔敷。
一种中空纤维膜组件的制造方法,是制造中空纤维膜组件的方法,所述中空纤维膜组件具备:中空纤维膜束、收纳所述中空纤维膜束的主体壳、用于将所述中空纤维膜束固定于主体壳端部的内壁的膜固定层、以及安装于壳开口端部的具有被处理液的导入口或导出口的头部,对所述头部和所述主体壳遍布整周的至少两个位置的区域内同时进行超声波熔敷,所述中空纤维膜组件的制造方法的特征在于,对主体壳外周的侧面和头部的内侧面遍布整周利用共用接头进行超声波熔敷,对主体壳的端面和头部的内侧面遍布整周利用对接接头进行超声波熔敷。
一种中空纤维膜组件,对由中空纤维膜用聚合物构成的多根中空纤维膜进行捆束并插入至主体壳,在将膜固定层注型用盖帽安装于所述主体壳端部之后,向主体壳端部注入膜固定层用聚合物而形成膜固定层,由此将中空纤维膜束固定于主体壳,在所述膜固定层固化后,以使中空纤维膜束的两端面朝向外侧开口的方式将膜固定层切除一部分,对切除一部分膜固定层后的主体壳和头部遍布整周的至少两个位置的区域内同时进行超声波熔敷来制造中空纤维膜组件,所述中空纤维膜组件的特征在于,头部内侧面与未切除的膜固定层的端面接触。
根据本发明,能够提供具备液密性优良、熔敷部分的接合强度高、能够高效地制造的构造的中空纤维膜组件。

具体实施方式
作为能够应用本发明的中空纤维膜组件的装置,可举出以中空纤维膜型人工肾脏为代表的血液透析器、血浆分离器、血浆成分分离器、血液过滤器、血浆成分吸附器、人工肺以及内毒素去除过滤器等医疗用组件、填充有吸附材料的吸附组件、以及过滤装置用的组件等。
根据附图,说明本发明的中空纤维膜组件的一个实施方式。
图1是表示将本发明的中空纤维膜组件作为血液透析器使用的情况的一个实施方式的图,优选方式或例示不限于该情况。在图1中,中空纤维膜组件具有:圆筒状的主体壳3,在其长度方向的一个端部附近具备处理液的入口端口1,在另一个端部附近具备处理液的出口端口2;中空纤维膜束4,其将内插于该主体壳3的多个中空纤维膜在一个方向上拉齐而形成;膜固定层5,其将上述中空纤维膜束4在各端部固定于主体壳3的内壁。另外,具备被处理液即血液的入口端口6的作为盖体的头部8、和具备被处理液即血液的出口端口7的作为盖体的头部9,借助超声波熔敷部10被熔敷固定在主体壳3的端部。
主体壳和头部的材质不做限定,可使用聚丙烯、聚乙烯、聚酯、聚四氟乙烯、聚碳酸酯、丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯(ABS)等塑料。热固化性树脂在分子构造以三维一次成型后,即使加热也不会熔融,另一方面,热塑性树脂是链状高分子,具有成型后加热则熔融的特性,所以在本发明中,优选使用热塑性树脂。另外,热塑性树脂分为非晶性树脂和半结晶性树脂,虽然非晶性树脂呈链状高分子键合,但半结晶性树脂的链状高分子键合的一部分呈规则的分子排列,所以非晶性树脂比半结晶性树脂(例如,聚酰胺、聚乙烯、聚丙烯、聚缩醛等)更容易进行超声波熔敷。
作为中空纤维膜束的材质,例如可举出纤维素、纤维素衍生物、聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(PMMA)、聚丙烯、聚砜等。但是,在仅利用聚砜那样的疏水性高分子来制作用于透析等的中空纤维膜的情况下,不仅难以控制孔径,有时还由于疏水性而使血小板等血液成分附着,在血液适合性上存在缺点。因此与亲水性高分子一起使用,从而能够解决上述问题。具体而言,预先将亲水性高分子作为成孔剂混入到制膜原液中,使一部分的亲水性高分子脱离而形成孔隙后,利用剩余的亲水性高分子同时使聚合物表面亲水化等,从而能够将其作为中空纤维膜使用。
作为上述亲水性高分子,例如可以使用聚乙二醇、聚乙烯醇、羧甲基纤维素、聚乙烯基吡咯烷酮等,也可以单独使用,还可以混合使用。从工业上比较容易得到又有临床效果、血液适合性高方面考虑,优选聚乙烯吡咯烷酮。
另外,作为膜固定层的材质可举出聚氨酯、硅酮、环氧树脂等高分子材料,可优选列举出上述两种液体混合固化型的高分子粘合剂,能够通过离心成型(灌封)等来制造。
基于图1来说明利用上述材质制造中空纤维膜组件的方法。对由从上述材质中选择的中空纤维膜用聚合物构成的多根中空纤维膜进行捆束,并插入到通过公知的注塑成型法等成型的主体壳3,在将膜固定层5注型用盖帽26(例如,参照图6)安装于主体壳3的端部后,将从上述材质选择的膜固定层用聚合物注入到主体壳3的端部,形成膜固定层5,从而将中空纤维膜束4固定于主体壳3。在膜固定层5固化后,以使中空纤维膜束4的两端面朝向外侧开口的方式,将膜固定层5切除一部分,使用超声波熔敷将通过公知的注塑成型法等成型的头部8和9液密性地安装在切除一部分膜固定层后的主体壳3的两端部,由此制造中空纤维膜组件。
本发明的重要特征在于,通过在头部和主体壳遍布整周的至少两个位置的区域内进行超声波熔敷而形成液密构造,基于图2(a),说明本发明的重要特征。在以下的说明中,对将主体壳3和头部9进行超声波熔敷的情况进行说明,但在对主体壳3和头部8进行超声波熔敷的情况下也相同,所以省略重复说明。
如图2(a)所示,主体壳3和头部9,通过遍布整周的由共用接头构成的超声波熔敷部10a、和由对接接头构成的超声波熔敷部10b而成为液密构造。另外,该超声波熔敷部10a和超声波熔敷部10b能够同时通过超声波熔敷形成,根据本发明,能够高效地制造中空纤维膜组件。11和12是树脂积存部,该树脂积存部能够接受通过超声波熔敷而熔融的树脂,因此能够顺利进行超声波熔敷。对于树脂积存部11、12的容量而言,由于适当的值因对接接头和共用接头的形状而不同,因此树脂积存部11、12的容量不做特殊规定,但以能够储存来自两个接头的熔融树脂量的方式适当地确定。
在通过超声波熔敷获得液密构造时,接头设计非常重要。该接头设计存在以下接头:实现由斜面形成的完全的面接触的斜嵌接头;通过振动方向的面接触而在接头部获得均匀发热的击打接头;如图3所示作为上述的斜嵌接头与击打接头的中间的接头而相对于喇叭形的纵向振动而朝与接触面振动方向相同方向靠近,因此在熔敷面难以产生气泡且液密性、气密性优良的共用接头;如图4所示采用使用能量导向器的接头设计的一种,并使能量集中于被称为导向器的三角形的突起,并在极短时间内升温到树脂熔融温度,从而能够进行高效的熔敷的对接接头等。
在图3中,H1表示熔敷量,C表示上下工件的间隙,I表示干涉尺寸,在图4中,W表示导向器的宽度,H2表示导向器的高度。另外,对接接头具有形状单一、接合部的空间制约比较小等优点,但在对接接头的纵向振动熔敷法中,无法产生强大的超声波能量。对此,若在共用接头中不存在上述不良情况而采用共用接头作为需要强大的超声波能量的半结晶性树脂的接头设计,则能够获得较高的熔敷强度和液密性。本发明通过同时采用具有这样的优点的共用接头和对接接头,由此能够具备较高的接合强度和极好的液密性。
在图2(b)中,共用接头的宽度(W2)优选为0.25mm以上。另外,基于上述理由,由共用接头的宽度(W2)乘以高度(L2)得到的截面积优选为0.3~0.9mm2,更优选为0.4~0.9mm2
在图2(a)中,基于上述理由,由对接接头构成的超声波熔敷部10b的最内周与头部内周面的水平方向的距离(L)优选为0.5~2.0mm。
另外,在图4中,基于上述理由,由导向器的宽度(W)乘以高度(H2)的一半而得到的三角形的面积(对接接头的接头部的截面积)优选为0.05~0.35mm2
此外,本发明的中空纤维膜组件,对由中空纤维膜用聚合物构成的多根中空纤维膜进行捆束并将它们插入于主体壳,在将膜固定层注型用盖帽26安装于上述主体壳端部后,将膜固定层用聚合物注入主体壳端部而形成膜固定层,由此将中空纤维膜束固定于主体壳,在上述膜固定层固化后,以使中空纤维膜束的两端面朝向外侧开口的方式将膜固定层切除一部分,并对切除一部分膜固定层后的主体壳和头部遍布整周的至少两个位置的区域内,同时进行超声波熔敷来制造。在该制造工序中,如图2(a)所示,供多个中空纤维膜4a插入的部分的膜固定层5的端面,以使中空纤维膜束4的两端面朝向外侧开口的方式被切除,所以该切除部分的膜固定层5的端面,比没有被切除的膜固定层5的端面稍粗。因此,如图2(a)所示,若头部9的内侧面与未切除而具备平滑性的膜固定层5的端面接触,则能够进一步提高液密性。作为膜固定层5的平滑性的指标,表面的中心线平均粗糙度Ra优选为50μm以下,更优选为20μm以下。另外,若膜固定层5的端面为起伏的形状,则在与所接触的头部9的内周面之间产生间隙而导致血液侵入。因此与头部9的内周面接触的膜固定层5的阶梯差优选为遍布整周为100μm以下。另外,若在与头部9的内侧面接触的范围的膜固定层5形成从径向的外周侧朝向中心侧逐渐朝外侧扩大的倒锥部,则头部9与膜固定层5的反作用力增大,容易进一步防止血液浸入。优选的倒锥部的角度(图2(c)的θ(△H/R))为1~10゜,更优选为2~6゜。
如上所述,在本发明的中空纤维膜组件中,在头部与主体壳遍布整周的至少两个位置的区域内使用通用性优良的共用接头和高效的对接接头进行超声波熔敷,从而能够提高液密性,提高熔敷部分的接合强度。如图7所示,在现有的头部与主体壳的接合方法中,为了阻止血液浸入头部32与膜固定层35之间的间隙36,而在该部分的头部32侧插入作为密封件的环状弹性体37,但本发明的中空纤维膜组件液密性优良,所以可以不用上述环状弹性体37。
能够在本发明中使用的超声波熔敷装置没有限定,但优选频率为15kHz~60kHz的装置。此外若使用频率为15kHz~40kHz左右的装置,则振动容易传递至被熔敷部,所以能够进行很好的传递熔敷。例如,能够例示出图5所示的装置。在图5中,振子22接收到在振荡器21产生的信号而振动,利用喇叭形部23将振动放大至规定的振幅。利用促动器24使喇叭形部23与头部8相互推压,在对头部的顶面加压的状态下将超声波振动传递到图1的超声波熔敷部10。
头部的被熔敷部由于喇叭形部23的加压而与主体壳3的被熔敷部碰撞。进而一边加压、一边施加超声波振动,从而被熔敷部彼此的界面迅速发热而开始熔融。熔融的树脂熔出到周边的空间。此外,通过施加压力和超声波振动,从而被熔敷部继续熔化。在被熔敷部达到所希望的焊透量后,若停止超声波振动,则被熔敷部进行冷却,头部8和主体壳3被固定。
加压力的适当的值因头部以及主体壳的材质、被熔敷部的形状而不同,因此不做特殊规定,但一般在虽直径为60mm的圆筒容器的整周进行熔敷的情况下,多数情况下施加0.2~0.6MPa左右的压力。另外,在头部的材质为聚丙烯、聚乙烯的情况下,若压力过大,则头部产生变形,或被熔敷部以外发热,所以与其他材质相比在低压下进行熔敷能够获得很好的熔敷结果。
另外,在图5中,中空纤维膜组件被保持于承载台25。为了均匀地传递振动,如该图5那样,利用承载台25保持中空纤维膜组件,从而能够使熔敷结果稳定。对熔敷机的设置方向而言,喇叭形部设置在比主体壳靠下方的情况下、喇叭形部设置在比主体壳靠上方的情况下等不做特殊规定,但无论在哪种情况下,优选使头部与主体壳的同轴度一致,从而使熔敷状态稳定。
[实施例]
以下说明本发明的实施例,但本发明不限于下述实施例,在不脱离本发明的技术范围的范围内能够进行各种修正、变更。
(实施例1)
将内径为200μm、膜厚为40μm的聚砜制的9200根中空纤维膜捆束而成的中空纤维膜束,以使两端从主体壳端部分别突出7mm以上的方式插入到全长为285mm、躯体部内径为34.8mm、端部内径为44.2mm、端部外径为48.2mm的聚丙烯制壳(主体壳,参照图1的附图标记3),在该两端的端面以规定的图案照射输出为80W的二氧化碳激光,将中空纤维膜端面的中空部密封。接着,在主体壳的两端安装盖帽(参照图6的附图标记26),以主体壳全长的一半的位置为旋转中心轴,将全长的一半作为旋转半径而使主体壳旋转,利用由此产生的离心力,使从处理液的入口端口(参照图1的附图标记1)和处理液的出口端口(参照图1的附图标记2)注入的聚氨酯树脂固化,在主体壳的两端形成膜固定层,使中空纤维膜束和主体壳固定。膜固定层在壳端部的直径为44.2mm,从壳端部向外侧0.1mm,直径直线性缩径为41mm,从该位置进一步朝外侧最大延伸7.4mm。但在主体壳端部的内周面附近存在从壳端部向外侧的突出量小于0.5mm的膜固定层部分。在从主体壳的端部向外侧0.5mm的位置,以与主体壳的轴向正交的方式将这样的膜固定层切断,形成膜固定层端面并且使中空纤维膜开口。然后,在频率为20kHz、压力为0.35MPa、熔敷时间为0.7秒、保持时间为1.0秒的条件下,对聚丙烯制的头部(参照图1的附图标记8、9)和主体壳进行超声波熔敷。其中,将头部的内周面按压于膜固定层端面的比切断的面靠外侧的非切剖面、即由盖帽内表面形成的膜固定层面,并且进行超声波熔敷。考虑由于切断时产生的起伏,若将头部内周面按压于切剖面则局部产生间隙,所以将头部内周面按压于由盖帽内表面形成的膜固定层面,由此减少间隙,从而能够以更紧贴的状态进行超声波熔敷。
另外,在该实施例中,如图6所示,使用端面的外周附近的一部分从主体壳端向外侧不突出到0.5mm那样的形状的盖帽26,所以即使在从主体壳3的端部靠外侧0.5mm的位置切断,上述外周附近也不会被切断,由盖帽内表面形成的膜固定层面原样保留。
在将熔敷的中间产品解体之后,头部(参照图2(a)的附图标记9)的内周面直径D0为41.5mm,第一接头部(参照图2(a)的附图标记10b)的前端直径D1为44.6mm、熔敷深度L1为0.5mm、熔敷宽度W1为0.5mm,第二接头部(参照图2(a)的附图标记10a)的内径D2为47.4mm、熔敷深度L2为1.2mm、熔敷宽度W2为0.4mm,第一树脂积存部(参照图2(a)的附图标记12)的宽度为0.5mm、高度为1mm,第二树脂积存部(参照图2(a)的附图标记11)的宽度为0.9mm、高度为1mm(参照图2(b))。第二接头部的接头的宽度为0.4mm,第二接头部的截面积为0.48mm2,第一接头的最内周与头部的内周面的水平距离为1.55mm,第一接头部的截面积为0.125mm2。最后,在被处理液的入口端口(参照图1的附图标记6)与出口端口(参照图1的附图标记7)、处理液的入口端口(参照图1的附图标记1)与出口端口(参照图1的附图标记2)分别安装并捆包栓体,进行γ射线杀菌,完成有效膜面积为1.5m2的血液处理器。
在这样制造的血液处理器的处理液侧填充透析液,在被处理液侧填充按照墨汁与生理食盐水为1:10的比例混合而成的液体。然后,在处理液的入口端口(参照图1的附图标记1)、处理液的出口端口(参照图1的附图标记2)、被处理液的出口端口(参照图1的附图标记7)液密性安装栓体,在被处理液的入口端口(参照图1的附图标记6)用软管连接手动的加压泵,利用加压泵对血液处理器施加10kPa的内压并保持10秒,反复进行将内压以10kPa为单位提高的作业,直到确认出液体渗入头部(参照图1的附图标记8、9)与膜固定层(参照图1的附图标记5)的界面为止,将确认出渗入时的内压作为渗入耐压。对以上述方式制造的五个血液处理器分别实施该评价,在5次的平均耐压为508kPa、最小耐压为220kPa时出现渗入。
(实施例2)
对内径为200μm、膜厚为40μm的聚砜制的16000根中空纤维膜进行捆束而成而的中空纤维膜束,以两端从主体壳端部分别突出7mm以上的方式插入到全长为285mm、躯体部内径为45.4mm、端部内径为54.8mm、端部外径为58.8mm的聚丙烯制的主体壳,对该两端的端面以规定的图案照射输出为80W的二氧化碳激光,将中空纤维膜端面的中空部密封。接着,在主体壳(参照图1的附图标记3)的两端安装盖帽(参照图6),以主体壳全长一半的位置为旋转中心轴,将全长的一半作为旋转半径使主体壳旋转,利用由此产生的离心力,使从处理液的入口端口(参照图1的附图标记1)与处理液的出口端口(参照图1的附图标记2)注入的聚氨酯树脂固化,在主体壳的两端形成膜固定层,使中空纤维膜束和主体壳固定。膜固定层在壳端部的直径为54.8mm,从壳端部向外侧1mm以直径54.8mm向外侧延伸,从该位置向外侧0.1mm,直线性缩径为51.6mm,从该位置进一步向外侧最大延伸6.4mm。但在主体壳端部的内周面附近存在朝外侧的突出量小于1.5mm的膜固定层部分。在从主体壳的端部向外侧1.5mm的位置,以与主体壳的轴向正交的方式将这样的膜固定层切断,形成膜固定层端面并且使中空纤维膜开口。之后,在频率为20kHz、压力为0.4MPa、熔敷时间为0.7秒、保持时间为1.0秒的条件下,对聚丙烯制的头部(参照图1的附图标记8、9)主体壳进行超声波熔敷。在该实施例2中,与实施例1相同,将头部的内周面按压于膜固定层端面的比被切断的面靠外侧的非切剖面、即由盖帽内表面形成的膜固定层面并且进行超声波熔敷。
在将熔敷的中间产品解体之后,头部(参照图2(a)的附图标记9)的内周面直径D0为52.1mm,第一接头部(参照图2(a)的附图标记10b)的前端直径D1为55.0mm、熔敷深度L1为0.5mm、熔敷宽度W1为0.5mm,第二接头部(参照图2(a)的附图标记10a)的内径D2为58mm、熔敷深度L2为1.2mm、熔敷宽度W2为0.4mm,第一树脂积存部(参照图2(a)的附图标记12)的宽度为0.4mm、高度为0.7mm,第二树脂积存部(参照图2(a)的附图标记11)的宽度为1mm、高度为0.7mm(参照图2(b))。第二接头部的接头的宽度为0.4mm,第二接头部的截面积为0.48mm2,第一接头部的最内周与头部的内周面的水平距离为1.45mm,第一接头部的截面积为0.125mm2。最后,在被处理液的入口端口(参照图1的附图标记6)与出口端口(参照图1的附图标记7)、处理液的入口端口(参照图1的附图标记1)与出口端口(参照图1的附图标记2)分别安装并捆包栓体,进行γ射线杀菌,完成有效膜面积为2.6m2的血液处理器。
在进行了与实施例1相同的耐压测试之后,在5次平均耐压为262kPa、最小耐压为130kPa时出现渗入。
(比较例1)
除了没有第一接头部(参照图2(a)的附图标记10b)以外,采用与实施例1形状相同的头部,与实施例1同样完成了血液处理器。第二接头部的接头的宽度为0.4mm,第二接头部的接头的宽度乘以高度而得到截面积为0.48mm2,第二接头部的最内周与头部的内周面的水平距离为2.95mm。在进行与实施例1相同的耐压测试之后,在5次平均耐压为30kPa、最小耐压为0kPa时出现渗入。
(比较例2)
除了第一接头部(参照图2(a)的附图标记10b)的前端直径D1为45mm、熔敷深度L1为0.7mm、熔敷宽度W1为1.1mm,没有第二接头部(参照图2(a)的附图标记10a),且第一树脂积存部(参照图2(a)的附图标记12)的宽度为0.6mm、高度为0.8mm、第二树脂积存部(参照图2(a)的附图标记11)的宽度为0.6mm、高度为0.8mm以外,采用与实施例1相同形状的头部,与实施例1同样地完成了血液处理器。第一接头部的截面积为0.493mm2,第一接头部的最内周与头部的内周面的水平距离为1.75mm。在进行与实施例1相同的耐压测试之后,在5次平均耐压为69kPa、最小耐压为0kPa时出现渗入。
(比较例3)
除了没有第一树脂积存部(参照图2(a)的附图标记12)和第二树脂积存部(参照图2(a)的附图标记11)以外,采用与实施例1相同形状的头部,与实施例1同样地完成了血液处理器。第二接头部的接头的宽度为0.4mm,第二接头部的截面积为0.4mm2,第一接头的最内周与头部的内周面的水平距离为1.55mm,第一接头部的截面积为0.075mm2。在进行与实施例1相同的耐压测试之后,在5次耐压测试都为0kPa时出现渗入。在将血液处理器沿纵向切断之后,熔化的树脂充满头部与主体壳端面之间,在头部内周面与膜固定层之间出现0.1~0.2mm的间隙。
(比较例4)
使用在形成膜固定层时与实施例1不同形状的盖帽,其结果,主体壳端部的直径为44.2mm,并且从壳端部向外侧最大延伸7.5mm,对于在壳端部的内周面附近以从壳端部向外侧的突出量为0.5mm以上的方式形成的膜固定层,将头部内周面按压于以在从壳端向外侧0.5mm的位置与主体壳的轴向正交的方式切断而形成的膜固定层端面与主体壳进行超声波熔敷,除此以外与实施例1同样地完成血液处理器。即,与实施例1、2、比较例1~3不同,在该比较例4中,在进行超声波熔敷时,将头部内周面按压在膜固定层的切剖面。第二接头部的接头的宽度为0.4mm,第二接头部的截面积为0.48mm2,第一接头的最内周与头部的内周面的水平距离为1.55mm,第一接头部的截面积为0.125mm2。在对该血液处理器进行与实施例1相同的耐压测试之后,在5次耐压测试中都在0kPa时出现渗入。在将渗入的位置沿纵向切断之后,在头部内周面与膜固定层之间出现0.1~0.3mm的间隙。
(比较例5)
除了第一接头部的前端直径D1为55.2mm、熔敷深度L1为0.3mm、熔敷宽度W1为0.3mm以外,采用与实施例2相同的头部,按照与实施例1相同的方法完成了血液处理器。第二接头部的接头的宽度为0.4mm,第二接头部的截面积为0.48mm2,第一接头的最内周与头部的内周面的水平距离为1.55mm,第一接头部的截面积为0.045mm2。在进行与实施例1相同的耐压测试之后,在5次平均耐压为55kPa、最小耐压为0kPa时出现渗入。在将渗入的位置沿纵向切断之后,第一接头部仅被压扁而变形,实际上头部与壳并未熔敷。
(比较例6)
除了将聚丙烯制的主体壳在烘箱内以温度50℃加热30分钟,使端部内径收缩至54.4mm、端部外径收缩至58.4mm以外,采用与实施例2相同的方法完成了血液处理器。第二接头部的接头的宽度为0.2mm,第二接头部的截面积为0.24mm2,第一接头的最内周与头部的内周面的水平距离为1.55mm,第一接头部的截面积为0.125mm2。然而,在第二接头部局部出现气泡,且不是正常地熔敷。在进行与实施例1相同的耐压测试之后,在5次平均耐压为48kPa、最小耐压为10kPa时出现渗入。

Claims (7)

1.一种中空纤维膜组件,具备:中空纤维膜束、收纳所述中空纤维膜束的主体壳、用于将所述中空纤维膜束固定于主体壳端部的内壁的膜固定层、以及安装于壳开口端部的具有被处理液的导入口或导出口的头部,对所述头部和所述主体壳遍布整周的至少两个位置的区域内进行超声波熔敷从而形成液密构造,所述中空纤维膜组件的特征在于,
使用共用接头作为对主体壳外周的侧面和头部的内侧面遍布整周进行超声波熔敷的接头设计,使用对接接头作为对主体壳的端面和头部的内侧面遍布整周进行超声波熔敷的接头设计,在对接接头的内周侧和外周侧双方具有树脂积存部。
2.根据权利要求1所述的中空纤维膜组件,其特征在于,
所述共用接头的接头宽度乘以高度所得到的截面积为0.3~0.9mm2
3.根据权利要求1所述的中空纤维膜组件,其特征在于,
所述共用接头的接头宽度乘以高度所得到的截面积为0.4~0.9mm2
4.根据权利要求1~3中任一项所述的中空纤维膜组件,其特征在于,
所述对接接头的最内周与头部的内周面在水平方向上的距离为0.5~2.0mm。
5.根据权利要求1~3中任一项所述的中空纤维膜组件,其特征在于,
所述对接接头的导向器的宽度乘以高度的一半所得到的三角形的面积为0.05~0.35mm2
6.一种中空纤维膜组件的制造方法,是制造中空纤维膜组件的方法,所述中空纤维膜组件具备:中空纤维膜束、收纳所述中空纤维膜束的主体壳、用于将所述中空纤维膜束固定于主体壳端部的内壁的膜固定层、以及安装于壳开口端部的具有被处理液的导入口或导出口的头部,对所述头部和所述主体壳遍布整周的至少两个位置的区域内同时进行超声波熔敷,所述中空纤维膜组件的制造方法的特征在于,
对主体壳外周的侧面和头部的内侧面遍布整周利用共用接头进行超声波熔敷,对主体壳的端面和头部的内侧面遍布整周利用对接接头进行超声波熔敷,在对接接头的内周侧和外周侧双方具有树脂积存部。
7.一种中空纤维膜组件,对由中空纤维膜用聚合物构成的多根中空纤维膜进行捆束并插入至主体壳,在将膜固定层注型用盖帽安装于所述主体壳端部之后,向主体壳端部注入膜固定层用聚合物而形成膜固定层,由此将中空纤维膜束固定于主体壳,在所述膜固定层固化后,以使中空纤维膜束的两端面朝向外侧开口的方式将膜固定层切除一部分,对切除一部分膜固定层后的主体壳和头部遍布整周的至少两个位置的区域内同时进行超声波熔敷来制造中空纤维膜组件,所述中空纤维膜组件的特征在于,
头部内侧面与未切除的膜固定层的端面接触,并且使用对接接头作为对所述主体壳的端面和头部的内侧面遍布整周进行超声波熔敷的接头设计。
