本发明公开了一种乳酸决明子饮料及制备方法,其特征在于其配方及其制备方法:其组份是:决明子(炒)35g、金银花5g、菊花50g、甘草10g、焦山楂20g、枸杞子30g、白砂糖适量。其加工方法是:第一次加水12倍,煎煮1小时,第二次加水6倍,煎煮0.5小时,将两次煎煮的药汤合并,用纱滤布滤去残渣,得到粗过滤液,将所述粗过滤液置于蒸发器中蒸发至流浸膏状,加入4%乳酸菌搅拌均匀后,在温度20-25℃条件下发酵20-25天,经水稀释后,灭菌包装即成。本发明的优点在于:提供一种具有清肝明目、保护视力作用的纯天然中药材饮料,由于经过乳酸菌发酵,其维生素和氨基酸含量更高,效果更佳。

随着生活节奏的加快,人们平均每日用眼强度显著增大,过度的用眼,造成了眼部营养平衡失调,长期下去则导致视力下降。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种具有清肝明目、保护视力作用的一种乳酸决明子饮料。实现上述目的所采取的技术方案是:一种乳酸决明子饮料,其特征在于其配方及其制备方法:其组份是:决明子( 炒)35g、金银花5g、菊花50g、甘草10g、焦山楂20g、枸杞子30g、白砂糖适量。其加工方法是:第一次加水12 倍,煎煮1小时,第二次加水6 倍,煎煮0.5 小时,将两次煎煮的药汤合并,用纱滤布滤去残渣,得到粗过滤液,将所述粗过滤液置于蒸发器中蒸发至流浸膏状,加入4%乳酸菌搅拌均匀后,在温度20-25℃条件下发酵20-25 天,经水稀释后,灭菌包装即成。
