Abstract
本发明的冷冻机用润滑油组合物中,在基油中配合了添加剂,上述添加剂是具有联苯结构或均二苯乙烯结构的烃化合物。使用本发明的冷冻机用润滑油组合物的开放型汽车空调、电动汽车空调、燃气热泵、空调、冰箱、自动售货机、陈列橱、热水供给系统、及冷冻·供暖系统等的冷冻设备中,能长期稳定地进行致冷剂的泄漏检测。因此,本发明的冷冻机用润滑油组合物在使用了相对于上述各种机器稳定性低的不饱和氟利昂致冷剂的情况下极其有效。

技术领域
本发明涉及冷冻机用润滑油组合物。
背景技术
空调机系统、冷却系统中使用了各种致冷剂,存在致冷剂在使用中泄漏到外部的可能性。因此,需要确定致冷剂的泄漏部位,迄今为止,简单地使用将肥皂水喷到系统内的管线、接头上并根据有无气泡来检测致冷剂的泄漏的方法。近年来,开发了使用荧光剂进行的泄漏检测方法,在汽车空调中,有时在制冷循环的贮液干燥器(receiver
drier)内,配置致冷剂泄漏检测用荧光剂。
专利文献1、2中,通过将含有氧杂蒽(xanthene)、苝等多环芳香族化合物的荧光染料导入到冷却系统中,来检测致冷剂泄漏。

发明内容
发明所要解决的技术问题
另一方面,空调机系统、冷却系统中使用的致冷剂是对全球变暖有影响的化合物,因此,研究了全球变暖系数(GWP)低的新型致冷剂。例如,正在使用R1234yf致冷剂等在分子中具有碳-碳间的不饱和键的致冷剂(不饱和氟利昂致冷剂)、全球变暖系数小、能使系统容量小型化的致冷剂(R32)等。
然而,现已知对于专利文献1、2中记载那样的以往的荧光剂而言,在应用于使用了全球变暖系数低的致冷剂的系统时,冷冻机油的热稳定性、化学稳定性降低。
本发明的目的在于提供即使包含致冷剂泄漏检测用荧光剂,也具有与目前使用的冷冻机油相同或更高的热稳定性及化学稳定性的冷冻机用润滑油组合物。
[用于解决技术问题的手段]
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供如下所述的冷冻机用润滑油组合物。
〔1〕一种冷冻机用润滑油组合物,其是在基油中配合添加剂而得到的冷冻机用润滑油组合物,其特征在于,上述添加剂是具有联苯结构或均二苯乙烯结构的烃化合物。
〔2〕上述的冷冻机用润滑油组合物,其特征在于,
使用该组合物的冷冻机的致冷剂是饱和氟代烃化合物(饱和HFC)、二氧化碳(CO2)、碳原子数为5以下的烃(HC)、氨及下述分子式(A)表示的含氟有机化合物中的至少任一种。
(式中,R表示Cl、Br、I或氢,p为1~6,q为0~2,r为1~14,s为0~13的整数。其中,q为0时,p为2~6,在分子中具有1个以上的碳-碳不饱和键)。
〔3〕上述的冷冻机用润滑油组合物,其特征在于,
上述致冷剂为碳原子数为1~3的饱和HFC、或在碳-碳间具有双键的碳原子数为3的不饱和HFC。
〔4〕上述的冷冻机用润滑油组合物,其特征在于,
上述基油为选自烷基苯、烷基萘、聚-α-烯烃、聚乙烯醚、聚亚烷基二醇、聚碳酸酯、多元醇酯、及下述式(1)表示的醚类化合物中的至少一种。
(式中,Ra、Rd分别为氢原子、碳原子数为1~10的烷基、碳原子数为2~10的酰基或具有2~6个键合部位的碳原子数为1~10的烃基,Rb、Rc分别为碳原子数为2~4的亚烷基,n、k为0~20的整数,x为1~6的整数。(B)为包含3个以上下述式(2)表示的单体单元的聚合部。)

〔5〕上述的冷冻机用润滑油组合物,其特征在于,100℃下的运动粘度为1~50mm2/s的范围。
〔6〕上述的冷冻机用润滑油组合物,其特征在于,在基油中进一步配合有选自极压添加剂、油性剂、抗氧化剂、酸捕获剂、金属钝化剂及消泡剂中的至少一种添加剂。
〔7〕上述的冷冻机用润滑油组合物,其特征在于,其被用于开放型汽车空调、电动汽车空调、燃气热泵、空调、冰箱、自动售货机、陈列橱、热水供给系统、及冷冻・供暖系统等冷冻设备。
本发明的冷冻机用润滑油组合物在各种致冷剂气氛下热稳定并且化学稳定,长期发挥泄漏检测能力。因此,优选对使用具有不饱和键的不稳定的致冷剂的冷冻机应用本发明的润滑油组合物。
具体实施方式
本发明的冷冻机用润滑油组合物(以下,也简称为“本组合物”。)是在基油中配合添加剂而形成的冷冻机用润滑油组合物,上述添加剂是具有联苯结构的烃化合物。下面详细说明。
作为基油,可以是矿物油或合成类基油中任一种。作为合成类基油,例如,优选选自烷基苯(AB)、烷基萘(AN)、聚-α-烯烃(PAO)、聚乙烯醚(PVE)、聚亚烷基二醇(PAG)、聚碳酸酯(PC)、多元醇酯(POE)、及上述的式(1)表示的醚化合物(ECP)中的至少一种。
下面首先说明这些基油。
(1)矿物油
作为矿物油,优选所谓的高度纯化矿物油,例如,可举出利用常规方法将对石蜡基类原油、中间基类原油或环烷烃基类原油进行常压蒸馏、或对常压蒸馏的残渣油进行減压蒸馏而得到的馏出油纯化而得到的纯化油,或纯化后进一步通过深度脱蜡处理而得到的深度脱蜡油,进一步通过氢化处理而得到的氢化处理油等。对于此时的纯化方法没有特别限定,可使用多种方法。
(2)烷基苯(AB)
可用于冷冻机油的烷基苯均可使用,优选烷基的总碳原子数(有多个烷基时,是各烷基的总和)为20以上的烷基苯(单烷基苯,二烷基苯,三烷基苯),从热稳定性的观点考虑,更优选总碳原子数为20以上、并且具有2个以上烷基的烷基苯(二烷基苯等)。
(3)烷基萘(AN)
作为烷基萘,优选使用在萘环上键合2个或3个烷基的烷基萘。尤其是,作为这样的烷基萘,从热稳定性的方面考虑,进一步优选总碳原子数为20以上的烷基萘。本发明中,这些烷基萘可以单独使用,还可以混合使用。
(4)聚-α-烯烃(PAO)
作为聚-α-烯烃,可使用各种聚-α-烯烃,但通常为碳原子数为8~18的α-烯烃的聚合物。其中,作为优选的聚-α-烯烃,从粘度指数、低温流动性、及蒸发损失的观点考虑,可优选举出1-十二碳烯、1-癸烯或1-辛烯的聚合物等。其中优选1-癸烯的聚合物。需要说明的是,本发明中,作为聚-α-烯烃,从热稳定性方面考虑,特别优选使用其氢化处理物。这些聚-α-烯烃可以是单独使用,还可混合使用。
(5)聚乙烯醚(PVE)
作为基油使用的聚乙烯醚中,有将乙烯基醚单体聚合而得到的物质(以下称为聚乙烯醚I。)、及将乙烯基醚单体与具有烯烃性双键的烃单体共聚而得到的物质(以下称为聚乙烯醚共聚合物II。)。
作为用作聚乙烯醚I的原料的乙烯基醚单体,可举出例如乙烯基甲基醚;乙烯基乙基醚;乙烯基正丙基醚;乙烯基异丙基醚等。这些乙烯基醚类单体可利用公知的方法来制造。
作为用作聚乙烯醚共聚合物II的原料的乙烯基醚单体,可举出与上述例示的乙烯基醚单体相同的乙烯基醚单体,可以单独使用它们中1种,也可组合使用2种以上。另外,作为另一种原料即具有烯烃性双键的烃单体,可举出例如乙烯、丙烯、各种丁烯、各种戊烯、各种己烯、各种庚烯、各种辛烯、二异丁烯、三异丁烯、苯乙烯、α-甲基苯乙烯、各种烷基取代苯乙烯等。特别优选聚乙基乙烯基醚、聚异丁基乙烯基醚、聚乙基乙烯基醚与聚异丁基乙烯基醚的共聚物。
(6)聚亚烷基二醇(PAG)
本组合物中,作为用作基油的聚亚烷基二醇,可举出例如下述式(3)表示的化合物。
式中,R9表示氢原子、碳原子数为1~10的烷基、碳原子数为2~10的酰基或具有2~6个键合部位的碳原子数为1~10的脂肪族烃基,R10表示碳原子数为2~4的亚烷基,R11表示氢原子、碳原子数为1~10的烷基或碳原子数为2~10的酰基,n1表示1~6的整数,m1表示m1×n1的平均值为6~80的数。
作为这样的聚亚烷基二醇类,从经济性及效果方面考虑,例如优选聚氧化丙二醇二甲基醚、聚氧化丙二醇单甲基醚、聚(氧乙烯)(氧丙烯)二醇二甲基醚、聚(氧乙烯)(氧丙烯)二醇单甲基醚、聚氧化丙二醇单丁基醚、聚氧化丙二醇二乙酸酯等。
(7)聚碳酸酯(PC)
本组合物中,作为用作基油的聚碳酸酯类化合物,可以优选举出在1个分子中具有2个以上碳酸酯键的聚碳酸酯,即选自(一)下式(4)表示的化合物和(二)下式(5)表示的化合物中的至少一种。

上述式(4)和式(5)中,Z是从碳原子数为1~12的一元醇~六元醇除去羟基而得到的残基,特别优选为从碳原子数为1~12的一元醇除去羟基而得到的残基。
(8)多元醇酯(POE)
本组合物中,作为用作基油的多元醇酯类化合物,优选使用二醇或具有3~20个左右羟基的多元醇、与碳原子数为1~24左右的脂肪酸的酯。从水解稳定性的观点考虑,特别优选多元醇的酯,更优选新戊二醇、三羟甲基乙烷、三羟甲基丙烷、三羟甲基丁烷及季戊四醇的酯,由于与致冷剂的相容性及水解稳定性特别优异,所以最优选季戊四醇的酯。
作为脂肪酸,从润滑性方面考虑,优选碳原子数为3以上的脂肪酸,更优选碳原子数为4以上的脂肪酸,进一步优选碳原子数为5以上的脂肪酸,最优选碳原子数为10以上的脂肪酸。另外,从与致冷剂的相容性的方面考虑,优选碳原子数为18以下的脂肪酸,更优选碳原子数为12以下的脂肪酸,进一步优选碳原子数为9以下的脂肪酸。另外,可以是直链状脂肪酸、支链状脂肪酸中的任一种,从润滑性方面考虑,优选直链状脂肪酸,从水解稳定性方面考虑,优选支链状脂肪酸。进而,可以是饱和脂肪酸、不饱和脂肪酸中的任一种。特别优选季戊四醇辛酸壬酸酯。
(9)醚类化合物
本组合物中,可优选举出具有下述式(1)表示的结构的醚类化合物作为基油。
此处,式中,Ra、Rd分别为氢原子、碳原子数为1~10的烷基、碳原子数为2~10的酰基或具有2~6个键合部位的碳原子数为1~10的烃基,Rb、Rc分别为碳原子数为2~4的亚烷基,n、k为0~20的整数,x为1~6的整数。(B)为包含3个以上下述式(2)表示的单体单元的聚合部。

式(2)中,R4、R5及R6分别表示氢原子或碳原子数为1~8的烃基,它们相互可以相同也可以不同。R7表示碳原子数为1~10的二价的烃基或碳原子数为2~20的二价的含醚键氧的烃基。R8表示氢原子、碳原子数为1~20的烃基。m表示其平均值为0~10的数,m存在多个时,在各结构单元中可以相同也可以分别不同,R4~R8在各结构单元中可以相同也可以分别不同,另外,R7O存在多个时,多个R7O可以相同也可以不同。另外,式(1)中的k、n均为0时,式(2)中,m为1以上的整数。
如上所述的醚类化合物可通过将亚烷基二醇或聚亚烷基二醇、或它们的单醚作为引发剂、使乙烯基醚单体聚合来制造。
作为醚类化合物,从合成反应的稳定性方面考虑,优选具有如下末端结构的醚类化合物,即具有末端为式(1)中Ra为氢原子、n=0、并且另一末端为Rd为氢原子、k=0表示的结构的醚类化合物。特别优选聚丙二醇与聚乙基乙烯基醚的共聚物、聚乙二醇与聚乙基乙烯基醚的共聚物。
另外,从抑制蒸发、引火点、作为冷冻机油的性能等的观点考虑,上述的各合成类基油(化合物)的分子量优选为150~5,000的范围,更优选为300~3000的范围。另外,粘度指数优选为60以上。
本发明中,上述的各基油(矿物油、合成类基油)可以单独使用,也可以混合使用,在任一情况下,优选的100℃下的运动粘度均为1mm2/s以上50mm2/s以下,更优选为3mm2/s以上50mm2/s以下,进一步优选为5mm2/s以上30mm2/s以下,特别优选为5mm2/s以上20mm2/s以下。
本组合物中的基油的粘度指数优选为60以上,更优选为80以上,进一步优选为100以上。
本组合物中,可在基油中配合具有联苯结构或均二苯乙烯结构的烃化合物作为添加剂。以下,也将该添加剂称为本添加剂。
本添加剂作为致冷剂及本组合物从冷冻机(冷冻系统)中泄漏时的泄漏检测剂发挥功能。即,具有联苯结构、均二苯乙烯结构这样的共轭系的烃化合物通过被照射紫外线而发出荧光,因此,能容易观察到泄漏部位。而且,包括配合本添加剂而形成的润滑油组合物及致冷剂的体系热稳定,而且化学稳定。
此处,具有联苯结构的烃化合物是指,具有例如下述式(6)~(8)所示那样的骨架结构的化合物。对苯环的数目没有特别限制,另外,对键合位置也没有特别限制。进而,也可以在各苯环上键合一个或多个烃基(例如烷基),对于键合位置没有限制。

另外,具有均二苯乙烯结构的烃化合物是指,具有例如下述式(9)、(10)所示那样的骨架结构的化合物。均二苯乙烯结构可以是顺式也可以是反式。对于苯环的数目、均二苯乙烯结构单元的数目没有特别限制,另外,对于键合位置也没有限制。进而,也可以在各苯环上键合一个或多个烃基(例如烷基),对于键合位置没有限制。

作为上述的烃化合物,可优选举出例如对双(邻甲基苯乙烯基)苯、2,5,2’’’,5’’’-四甲基对四联苯、或2’’,3,3’,3’’’-四甲基-1,1’:4’,1’’:4’’,1’’’-四联苯等。其中,特别优选对双(邻甲基苯乙烯基)苯。
对于上述的烃化合物的优选的配合量(添加量)而言,以润滑油组合物为基准,优选为0.001质量%以上10质量%以下,更优选为0.001质量%以上1质量%以下,进一步优选为0.001质量%以上0.5质量%以下,最优选为0.001质量%以上0.1质量%以下。配合量比上述下限值少时,即使本组合物从冷冻机漏出,荧光量也少,有可能变得难以检测泄漏部位。另一方面,即使比上限值多,也不会特别提高作为泄漏检测剂的效果,反而有可能妨碍本组合物的稳定性。
作为可适用本组合物的致冷剂,也可举出饱和氟代烃化合物(饱和HFC)、二氧化碳(CO2)、碳原子数为5以下的烃(HC)、或氨等,但从全球变暖系数低的方面考虑,优选包含选自下述分子式(A)表示的化合物中的至少一种的含氟有机化合物、或该含氟有机化合物与饱和氟代烃化合物的组合的致冷剂。
(式中,R表示Cl、Br、I或氢,p为1~6,q为0~2,r为1~14,s为0~13的整数。其中,q为0时,p为2~6,在分子中具有1个以上的碳-碳不饱和键)。
上述的饱和氟代烃化合物(饱和HFC)可单独作为致冷剂使用,也可是根据需要与选自上述的通式(A)表示的化合物中的至少一种的含氟有机化合物混合的致冷剂。
作为该饱和HFC,优选碳原子数为1~4的烷烃的氟化物,特别优选作为碳原子数为1或2的甲烷或乙烷的氟化物的三氟甲烷、二氟甲烷、1,1-二氟乙烷、1,1,1-三氟乙烷、1,1,2-三氟乙烷、1,1,1,2-四氟乙烷、1,1,2,2-四氟乙烷、1,1,1,2,2-五氟乙烷。
另外,当将该饱和HFC与上述的(A)化合物致冷剂混合使用时,其配合量基于致冷剂总量优选为30质量%以下,更优选为20质量%以下,进一步优选为10质量%以下。
接着,详细说明上述分子式(A)表示的致冷剂。
分子式(A)表示了分子中的元素的种类和数目,式(A)表示碳原子C的数目p为1~6的含氟有机化合物。只要是碳原子数为1~6的含氟有机化合物,就能够具有作为致冷剂所要求的沸点、凝固点、蒸发潜热等物理、化学性质。
分子式(A)中,Cp表示的p个碳原子的键合形态包括碳-碳单键、碳-碳双键等不饱和键、碳-氧双键等。对于碳-碳的不饱和键而言,从稳定性方面考虑,优选为碳-碳双键,其数目为1个以上,优选为1。。
分子式(A)中,Oq中表示的q个氧原子的键合形态优选为来自醚基、羟基或羧基的氧。该氧原子的数目q可以是2,也包括具有2个醚基、羟基等的情况。Oq中的q为0、在分子中不含氧原子时,p为2~6,在分子中具有1个以上的碳-碳双键等不饱和键。即,需要Cp表示的p个碳原子的键合形态中的至少1个是碳-碳不饱和键。
分子式(A)中,R表示Cl、Br、I或氢,可以是其中任一种,但由于破坏臭氧层的可能性小,所以R优选为氢。
如上所述,作为分子式(A)中表示的含氟有机化合物,可举出不饱和氟代烃化合物、氟化醚化合物、氟化醇化合物及氟化酮化合物等作为优选的含氟有机化合物。
以下,详细说明这些化合物中的不饱和氟代烃化合物。
本发明中,作为用作冷冻机的致冷剂的不饱和氟代烃化合物,例如,可举出分子式(A)中R为氢、p为2~6、q为0、r为1~12、s为0~11的不饱和氟代烃化合物。
作为这样的不饱和氟代烃化合物,例如,可优选举出碳原子数为2~6的直链状或支链状的链状烯烃、碳原子数为4~6的环状烯烃的氟化物。
具体而言,可举出引入了1~3个氟原子的乙烯、引入了1~5个氟原子的丙烯、引入了1~7个氟原子的丁烯类、引入了1~9个氟原子的戊烯类、引入了1~11个氟原子的己烯类、引入了1~5个氟原子的环丁烯、引入了1~7个氟原子的环戊烯、引入了1~9个氟原子的环己烯等。
这些不饱和氟代烃化合物中,特别优选碳原子数为2或3的不饱和氟代烃化合物,特别优选丙烯的氟化物。具体而言,从全球变暖系数低的方面考虑,分子式(A)表示的化合物优选为C3HF3、C3H2F4及C3H3F3中任一种的分子式表示的化合物。作为这些丙烯的氟化物,例如可举出五氟丙烯的各种异构体、3,3,3-三氟丙烯、1,3,3,3-四氟丙烯及2,3,3,3-四氟丙烯等,从全球变暖系数低的方面考虑,特别优选1,3,3,3-四氟丙烯(HFO1234ze)及2,3,3,3-四氟丙烯(HFO1234yf)。
另外,也优选使用碳原子数为1或2的饱和氟代烃致冷剂与碳原子数为3的不饱和氟代烃致冷剂的组合。作为这样的组合,例如可举出上述的HFO1234yf与CH2F2(HFC32)的组合、HFO1234ze与HFC32的组合、HFO1234yf与CHF2CH3(HFC152a)的组合、及HFO1234ze与HFC152a的组合等。
在不损害本发明的目的的范围内,可在本组合物中含有选自极压添加剂、油性剂、抗氧化剂、酸捕获剂、金属钝化剂及消泡剂中的至少一种的添加剂。
作为极压添加剂,可举出磷酸酯、酸性磷酸酯、亚磷酸酯、酸性亚磷酸酯及它们的胺盐等磷类极压添加剂、羧酸的金属盐、硫化油脂、硫化脂肪酸、硫化酯、硫化烯烃、二烃基多硫化物、硫代氨基甲酸酯类、硫代萜烯类、及硫代二丙酸二烷基酯类等硫类极压添加剂。
从润滑性及稳定性方面考虑,上述极压添加剂的配合量基于组合物总量优选为0.001质量%以上10质量%以下。
作为油性剂的例子,可举出硬脂酸、油酸等脂肪族饱和及不饱和单羧酸、二聚酸、氢化二聚酸等聚合脂肪酸、蓖麻油酸、12-羟基硬脂酸等羟基脂肪酸、月桂醇、油醇等脂肪族饱和及不饱和单醇、硬脂胺、油胺等脂肪族饱和及不饱和单胺、月桂酸酰胺、油酸酰胺等脂肪族饱和及不饱和单羧酸酰胺、甘油、山梨糖醇等多元醇与脂肪族饱和或不饱和单羧酸的偏酯等。
上述油性剂的配合量基于组合物总量优选为0.01质量%以上10质量%以下。
作为抗氧化剂,优选2,6-二叔丁基-4-甲基苯酚、2,6-二叔丁基-4-乙基苯酚、2,2’-亚甲基双(4-甲基-6-叔丁基苯酚)等酚类、苯基-α-萘胺、N.N’-二苯基-对苯二胺等胺类。从效果和经济性等方面考虑,抗氧化剂优选的配合量基于组合物总量为0.01质量%以上5质量%以下。
作为酸捕获剂,可举出例如苯基缩水甘油基醚、烷基缩水甘油基醚、亚烷基二醇缩水甘油基醚(例如,聚丙二醇二缩水甘油基醚)、苯基缩水甘油基酯、烷基缩水甘油基酯、氧化环己烯、氧化α-烯烃、环氧化大豆油等环氧化合物。其中,从相容性方面考虑,优选苯基缩水甘油基醚、烷基缩水甘油基醚、亚烷基二醇缩水甘油基醚、氧化环己烯、氧化α-烯烃。
另外,从效果和抑制淤渣产生方面考虑,其优选的配合量基于组合物总量为0.005质量%以上5质量%以下。
本发明中,通过配合该酸捕获剂,能进一步提高本组合物的稳定性。另外,通过并用上述的极压添加剂及抗氧化剂,能发挥进一步提高稳定性的效果。
作为金属钝化剂,可举出例如N-[N’,N’-二烷基(碳原子数为3~12的烷基)氨基甲基]甲基苯并三唑(tolutriazole)等,作为上述消泡剂,可举出例如硅油、氟化硅油等。
本组合物中,40℃下的运动粘度优选为1mm2/s以上400mm2/s以下,更优选为3mm2/s以上300mm2/s以下,进一步优选为5mm2/s以上200mm2/s以下。
使用本组合物的冷冻机中,关于上述各种致冷剂与本组合物的使用量,以致冷剂/本组合物的质量比计,优选在99/1~10/90的范围内,进一步优选在95/5~30/70的范围内。当致冷剂的量低于上述范围时,可见冷冻能力降低,而高于上述范围时,润滑性能降低,不理想。
作为可合适地应用本组合物的冷冻机(冷冻系统),可举出以压缩机、冷凝器、膨胀机构(毛细管、膨胀阀)、蒸发器为必需构成要素的冷冻系统,或具有喷射循环的冷冻系统、具有干燥装置(干燥剂:天然沸石、合成沸石)的冷冻系统。上述压缩机可以是开放型、半密闭型、密闭型中的任一种,密闭型的电动机为AC电动机或DC电动机。另外,作为压缩方式,可以为旋转式、涡旋式、摇摆式或活塞式中的任意一种。作为压缩机,可以为0.2kW左右的小型压缩机或30kW左右的大型压缩机。
另外,该冷冻系统中,系统内的水分含量优选为500质量ppm以下,更优选为300质量ppm以下。另外,残留空气分压优选为13kPa以下,更优选为10kPa以下,进一步优选为5kPa以下。
对于本组合物而言,由于在基油中配合了具有联苯结构或均二苯乙烯结构的烃化合物作为添加剂,所以不损害润滑油组合物的热稳定性及化学稳定性。因此,对于使用本发明的冷冻机用润滑油组合物的汽车空调、电动汽车空调、燃气热泵、空调、冰箱、自动售货机或陈列橱的各种热水供给系统、及冷冻・供暖系统冷冻机等而言,可长期稳定地进行致冷剂的泄漏检测。本组合物在使用了相对于上述各种机器稳定性低的不饱和氟利昂致冷剂的情况下极其有效。
[实施例]
接着,利用实施例进一步详细地说明本发明,但本发明不受这些实施例的任何限制。
〔实施例1~10及比较例1~5〕
配制表1、2所示的配合组成的润滑油组合物,利用以下所示的热稳定性试验评价了组合物的热稳定性和化学稳定性。
<热稳定性试验>
在内容积200mL的高压釜中,填充组合物/致冷剂(比率为30g/30g,组合物中的水分为500质量ppm)、和由铁、铜及铝制成的金属催化剂,将管密封(空气25mL),在温度为175℃的条件下保持168小时,然后测定酸值。需要说明的是,酸值根据JIS K2501中规定的“润滑油中和试验方法”、利用电位差法测定。
作为致冷剂,使用HF01234yf(2,3,3,3-四氟丙烯)。
使用的基油如下所述。
PAG:聚氧化丙二醇二甲基醚,100℃下的运动粘度:9.25mm2/s
PVE:聚乙烯醚,100℃下的运动粘度:15.97mm2/s
ECP:聚乙烯醚-聚亚烷基二醇共聚物(摩尔比1:1),100℃下的运动粘度:9.56mm2/s
POE:多元醇酯,40℃下的运动粘度:68.5mm2/s。
表中的泄漏检测剂如下所述。
泄漏检测剂1:对二(邻甲基苯乙烯基)苯
泄漏检测剂2:2,5,2’’’,5’’’-四甲基-对四联苯
泄漏检测剂3:2’’,3,3’,3’’’-四甲基-1,1’:4’,1’’:4’’,1’’’-四联苯
泄漏检测剂4:2-(4-叔丁基苯基)-5-(4-联苯基)-1,3,4-噁二唑
需要说明的是,表中的其他添加剂是抗氧化剂、酸捕获剂、氧捕获剂、及极压添加剂。
〔评价结果〕
由表1的结果可知,实施例1~10是混合了配合了具有联苯结构或均二苯乙烯结构的烃化合物作为添加剂的润滑油组合物和致冷剂的体系,在实施例1~10中,酸值均几乎没有变高,热稳定性和化学稳定性高。
另一方面,由表2的结果可知,在配合了具有不同于实施例中使用的添加剂的结构的添加剂的比较例1~5中,酸值均变高,热稳定性·化学稳定性不足。
由以上结果能够理解,配合了规定的添加剂的本发明的冷冻机用润滑油组合物即使应用于使用了具有不稳定的结构的致冷剂的冷冻机时,也能够长期稳定地进行致冷剂的泄漏检测。
Claims (7)
1.一种冷冻机用润滑油组合物,其是在基油中配合添加剂而得到的冷冻机用润滑油组合物,其特征在于,
上述添加剂是具有联苯结构或均二苯乙烯结构的烃化合物。
2.根据权利要求1所述的冷冻机用润滑油组合物,其特征在于,
使用该组合物的冷冻机的致冷剂是饱和氟代烃化合物(饱和HFC)、二氧化碳(CO2)、碳原子数为5以下的烃(HC)、氨及下述分子式(A)表示的含氟有机化合物中的至少任一种,
式中,R表示Cl、Br、I或氢,p为1~6的整数,q为0~2的整数,r为1~14的整数,s为0~13的整数,其中,q为0时,p为2~6,在分子中具有1个以上的碳-碳不饱和键。
3.根据权利要求2所述的冷冻机用润滑油组合物,其特征在于,
上述致冷剂为碳原子数为1~3的饱和HFC、或在碳-碳间具有双键的碳原子数为3的不饱和HFC。
4.根据权利要求1~3中任一项所述的冷冻机用润滑油组合物,其特征在于,
上述基油为选自烷基苯、烷基萘、聚-α-烯烃、聚乙烯醚、聚亚烷基二醇、聚碳酸酯、多元醇酯、及下述式(1)表示的醚类化合物中的至少一种,
式中,Ra、Rd分别为氢原子、碳原子数为1~10的烷基、碳原子数为2~10的酰基或具有2~6个键合部位的碳原子数为1~10的烃基,Rb、Rc分别为碳原子数为2~4的亚烷基,n、k为0~20的整数,x为1~6的整数,(B)为包含3个以上下述式(2)表示的单体单元的聚合部,

式中,R4、R5及R6分别表示氢原子或碳原子数为1~8的烃基,它们可以相互相同也可以不同,R7表示碳原子数为1~10的二价的烃基或碳原子数为2~20的二价的含醚键氧的烃基,R8表示氢原子、碳原子数为1~20的烃基,m表示其平均值为0~10的数,m存在多个时,在各结构单元中可以相同也可以分别不同,R4~R8在各结构单元中可以相同也可以分别不同,而且R7O存在多个时,多个R7O可以相同也可以不同,另外,式(1)中的k、n均为0时,式(2)中,m为1以上的整数。
5.根据权利要求1~4中任一项所述的冷冻机用润滑油组合物,其特征在于,
100℃下的运动粘度为1~50mm2/s的范围。
6.根据权利要求1~5中任一项所述的冷冻机用润滑油组合物,其特征在于,
在基油中进一步配合有选自极压添加剂、油性剂、抗氧化剂、酸捕获剂、金属钝化剂及消泡剂中的至少一种添加剂。
7.根据权利要求1~6中任一项所述的冷冻机用润滑油组合物,其特征在于,
其被用于开放型汽车空调、电动汽车空调、燃气热泵、空调、冰箱、自动售货机、陈列橱、热水供给系统、及冷冻・供暖系统等冷冻设备。
