本发明涉及到一种鸡翅的烹饪制作工艺,具体说是一种将普通的鸡翅加工成一种具有香和滑的独特风味的可乐鸡翅。1、鸡翅洗净,斜切两刀,加入少量的盐、生抽、料酒腌制30分钟;2、做少许开水,将淹好的鸡翅焯一下;3、锅内放入2两食用油,油温后放入白糖炒,炒出糖色,放入鸡翅,继续翻炒,待鸡翅呈金黄色时,加入葱、姜、可乐(以没过鸡翅为准)、盐、生抽、老抽各少许。4、大火烧开,转小火闷20分钟左右,然后大火收汁。强烈建议将汁收到浓稠(以不干锅为准),这样味道浓郁,及其味美。5、装盘,浇汁。如果觉得炒糖色和焯鸡翅比较麻烦,都可以省略,直接用最简单的办法,用少许炒菜油把它们翻炒一下,倒入可乐和酱油(比例是4∶1,总量没住鸡翅),大火烧开,小火煮20分钟,再用大火收汁。

可乐鸡翅味道鲜美,色泽艳丽,它有鸡翅的嫩滑又保留了可乐的香气,老少皆宜。
发明内容
1、鸡翅洗净,斜切两刀,加入少量的盐、生抽、料酒腌制30分钟;
2、做少许开水,将淹好的鸡翅焯一下;
3、锅内放入2两食用油,油温后放入白糖炒,炒出糖色,放入鸡翅,继续翻炒,待鸡翅呈金黄色时,加入葱、姜、可乐(以没过鸡翅为准)、盐、生抽、老抽各少许。
4、大火烧开,转小火闷20分钟左右,然后大火收汁。强烈建议将汁收到浓稠(以不干锅为准),这样味道浓郁,及其味美!
5、装盘,浇汁!如果觉得炒糖色和焯鸡翅比较麻烦,都可以省略,直接用最简单的办法,用少许炒菜油把它们翻炒一下,倒入可乐和酱油(比例是4∶1,总量没住鸡翅),大火烧开,小火煮20分钟,再用大火收汁。
