有利于缓解感冒的药用组合粥及其制备方法,涉及一种粥的制备方法,包括腊八粥原料、果肉、麻黄汤、香薷、银花、连翘、青蒿、板蓝根和大青叶,通过选料,清洗,熬汤,预加热处理,制汤,灌装,封口,熟制,灭菌,包装得到组合粥。本发明的特点:可以再吃粥的同时,无形中缓解或是治疗了常见病,解决西药的副作用,一举两得,加入果肉,且占有比重大,儿童喜爱,可去药材味,还可根据儿童的喜好加入不同量的糯米、紫米和黑米,适用于家庭推广。

本发明涉及一种粥的制备方法,具体涉及有利于缓解感冒的药用组合粥及其制备方法。
背景技术:
腊八粥是一种在腊八节用由多种食材熬制的粥,也叫做七宝五味粥。吃腊八粥,用以庆祝丰收,一直流传至今,深受儿童喜欢,若能将儿童不喜欢的中药加入粥内,在不影响口感的同时可以起到治疗常见小病的功效,一举两得。
发明内容:
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于克服现有技术的缺陷,提供一种有利于缓解感冒的药用组合粥及其制备方法。
本发明所要解决的技术问题采用以下技术方案来实现。
有利于缓解感冒的药用组合粥,其特征在于:包含有糯米10-70份、紫米10-70份、黑米10-70份、薏米仁5-10份、花生5-10份、云豆1-5份、百合5-10份、红豆1-5份、绿豆1-5份、莲子5-10份、芡实5-10份、红枣5-10份、枸杞2-3份、葡萄干1-2份、核桃仁1-2份、杏仁1-2份、果肉50-70份、白糖20-50份、麻黄汤180-220份、香薷0.5-1份、银花0.5-1份、连翘0.5-1份、青蒿0.2-0.5份,板蓝根1-2份,大青叶1-2份。
根据权利要求1中所述的有利于缓解感冒的药用组合粥,其特征在于:所述的麻黄汤包括麻黄10-15份、杏仁10-15份、桂枝7-12份和炙甘草5-10份。
有利于缓解感冒的药用组合粥制备方法,其特征在于:具体包括以下步骤:
1)选料,选取干净的原材料;
2)取香薷0.5-1份、银花0.5-1份、连翘0.5-1份、青蒿0.2-0.5份,板蓝根1-2份和大青叶1-2份,研磨成粉状,加入10份的水中,蒸煮,待原料完全溶解在水中,整体呈糊状;
3)清洗,清洗其他原料;
4)熬汤:取麻黄10-15份、杏仁10-15份、桂枝7-12份和炙甘草5-10份研磨成粉后加入到200份的水中浸泡,浸泡温度为40℃,浸泡时常为30份,取出药材,得到头汤;
5)预加热处理,取糯米10-70份、紫米10-70份、黑米10-70份、薏米仁5-10份、花生5-10份、云豆1-5份、百合5-10份、红豆1-5份、绿豆1-5份、莲子5-10份、芡实5-10份、红枣5-10份、枸杞2-3份、葡萄干1-2份、核桃仁1-2份和杏仁1-2份加入到头汤内,温度控制在50℃,加热10分钟,倒出头汤;
6)制汤:将步骤4)后捞出的药材加入400-500份水中,90-100℃高温加热制汤,待汤容量在180-220份后停止加热,得到麻黄汤;
7)灌装;将步骤5)预加热后的原料装入罐内,同时混入麻黄汤、白糖、果肉和步骤2)得到的糊状液体;
8)封口;
9)熟制,对封口后的罐体进行加热蒸煮,煮沸,煮沸后继续加热10分钟,即可;
10)灭菌,高温灭菌,温度为150-160℃,时间1小时;
11)包装。

所述的麻黄汤包括麻黄10份、杏仁10份、桂枝7份和炙甘草5份。
有利于缓解感冒的药用组合粥制备方法,具体包括以下步骤:
1)选料,选取干净的原材料;
2)取香薷1份、银花1份、连翘1份、青蒿0.5份,板蓝根2份和大青叶2份,研磨成粉状,加入10份的水中,蒸煮,待原料完全溶解在水中,整体呈糊状;
3)清洗,清洗其他原料;
4)熬汤:取麻黄10份、杏仁10份、桂枝7份和炙甘草5份研磨成粉后加入到200份的水中浸泡,浸泡温度为40℃,浸泡时常为30份,取出药材,得到头汤;

9)熟制,对封口后的罐体进行加热蒸煮,煮沸,煮沸后继续加热10分钟,即可;
10)灭菌,高温灭菌,温度为150-160℃,时间1小时;
11)包装。

2.根据权利要求1中所述的有利于缓解感冒的药用组合粥,其特征在于:所述的麻黄汤包括麻黄10-15份、杏仁10-15份、桂枝7-12份和炙甘草5-10份。
3.有利于缓解感冒的药用组合粥制备方法,其特征在于:具体包括以下步骤:
1)选料,选取干净的原材料;
2)取香薷0.5-1份、银花0.5-1份、连翘0.5-1份、青蒿0.2-0.5份,板蓝根1-2份和大青叶1-2份,研磨成粉状,加入10份的水中,蒸煮,待原料完全溶解在水中,整体呈糊状;
3)清洗,清洗其他原料;
4)熬汤:取麻黄10-15份、杏仁10-15份、桂枝7-12份和炙甘草5-10份研磨成粉后加入到200份的水中浸泡,浸泡温度为40℃,浸泡时常为30份,取出药材,得到头汤;
