腊八粥是一种在腊八节用由多种食材熬制的粥,也叫做七宝五味粥。吃腊八粥,用以庆祝丰收,一直流传至今,深受儿童喜欢,若能将儿童不喜欢的中药加入粥内,在不影响口感的同时可以起到治疗常见病症的功效,一举两得。
发明内容:
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于克服现有技术的缺陷,提供一种有利于缓解小儿遗尿的药用组合粥及其制备方法。
本发明所要解决的技术问题采用以下技术方案来实现。
有利于缓解小儿遗尿的药用组合粥,其特征在于:包含有糯米10-70份、紫米10-70份、黑米10-70份、薏米仁5-10份、花生5-10份、云豆1-5份、百合5-10份、红豆1-5份、绿豆1-5份、莲子5-10份、芡实5-10份、红枣5-10份、枸杞2-3份、葡萄干1-2份、核桃仁1-2份、杏仁1-2份、果肉50-70份、白糖20-50份、黄芪汤180-220份、韭菜子0.5-1份、柿蒂0.5-1份、白仁果0.5-1份、大枣0.2-0.5份。
所述的黄芪汤包括黄芪5-10份、炙甘草5-10份、人参7-12份、升麻7-12份,柴胡7-12份、橘皮9-15份、当归5-8份和白术5-10份。
有利于缓解小儿遗尿的药用组合粥制备方法,其特征在于:具体包括以下步骤:
1)选料,选取干净的原材料;
2)取韭菜子0.5-1份、柿蒂0.5-1份、白仁果0.5-1份、大枣0.2-0.5份研磨成粉状,加入10份的水中,蒸煮,待原料完全溶解在水中,整体呈糊状;
3)清洗,清洗其他原料;
4)熬汤:取黄芪5-10份、炙甘草5-10份、人参7-12份、升麻7-12份,柴胡7-12份、橘皮9-15份、当归5-8份和白术5-10份研磨成粉后加入到200份的水中浸泡,浸泡温度为40℃,浸泡时常为30份,取出药材,得到头汤;
5)预加热处理,取糯米10-70份、紫米10-70份、黑米10-70份、薏米仁5-10份、花生5-10份、云豆1-5份、百合5-10份、红豆1-5份、绿豆1-5份、莲子5-10份、芡实5-10份、红枣5-10份、枸杞2-3份、葡萄干1-2份、核桃仁1-2份和杏仁1-2份加入到头汤内,温度控制在50℃,加热10分钟,倒出头汤;
6)制汤:将步骤4)后捞出的药材加入400-500份水中,90-100℃高温加热制汤,待汤容量在180-220份后停止加热,得到黄芪汤;
7)灌装;将步骤5)预加热后的原料装入罐内,同时混入黄芪汤、白糖、果肉和步骤2)得到的糊状液体;
8)封口;
9)熟制,对封口后的罐体进行加热蒸煮,煮沸,煮沸后继续加热10分钟,即可;
10)灭菌,高温灭菌,温度为150-160℃,时间1小时;
11)包装。

所述的黄芪汤包括黄芪10份、炙甘草10份、人参12份、升麻12份,柴胡12份、橘皮15份、当归8份和白术10份。

所述的黄芪汤组成为黄芪5-10份、炙甘草5-10份、人参7-12份、升麻7-12份,柴胡7-12份、橘皮9-15份、当归5-8份和白术5-10份;
具体包括以下步骤:

5)预加热处理,取糯米10-70份、紫米10-70份、黑米10-70份、薏米仁5-10份、花生5-10份、云豆1-5份、百合5-10份、红豆1-5份、绿豆1-5份、莲子5-10份、芡实5-10份、红枣5-10份、枸杞2-3份、葡萄干1-2份、核桃仁1-2份和杏仁1-2份加入到头汤内,温度控制在50℃,加热10分钟,倒出头汤;
6)制汤:将步骤4)后捞出的药材加入400-500份水中,90-100℃高温加热制汤,待汤容量在180-220份后停止加热,得到黄芪汤;
