由锂离子电池形式的电池15来确保电源。此类电池是基于多个独立锂离子电池,其中进行在每种情况下至少基本上相互分开的化学过程,以便在特定电池的两个极之间产生电位差。示例性实施例涉及到来自制造商Robert Bosch GmbH,D-70745Leinfelden-Echterdingen的锂离子电池。示例性实施例中的电池具有20个电池单元和处于36伏的工作电压下的2.6安培-小时的容量。
如特别地从图4中的后面在视图中能够看到的,以摩擦焊接设备的形式体现的密封设备具有板,该板具有基本上直线或平面反保持表面22作为焊接反保持器21。关于横穿通过密封设备的带区段的纵向路线24的方向23,反保持表面22朝着捆扎单元1的外侧25向下倾斜,张紧和密封设备位于该外侧25。该倾斜在横穿通过捆扎机的带的纵向路线24的方向上相对于张紧反保持器27的张紧反保持表面28的对准或路线以3°的优选角度α进行,张紧反保持器27被布置在摇杆8上且与张紧轮相互作用。作为其替换,该角度α可选自1°至45°的范围,优选地选自2°至25°的范围。张紧反保持表面具有在纵向方向24上的凹面设计,并且因此当摇杆压紧张紧轮7时,带以平面方式靠在张紧轮表面和且靠在张紧反保持表面28两者上。因此,在横穿带的纵向路线的方向上,张紧轮表面的对准还对应于张紧反保持表面28的对准。
倾斜还可与基板4、特别是与为了布置在物品上而设置的基面5有关。基面5同样地具有扁平设计,并且因此可以将捆扎单元1以尽可能平面的方式布置在特定物品上。如果将基面视为笛卡尔坐标系的X-Y表面,则可以用具有Y方向上的Z分量的线性恒定增加的反保持表面22来描述的反保持表面22的倾斜,如果将X方向视为平行于捆扎单元的纵向方向24的话。在图4的图示中,这导致反保持表面22与基面5之间的圆锥形布置,其中,两个表面5、22的布置朝着捆扎单元的外侧逐渐缩减,反保持表面22位于该外侧。
在密封的形成期间,在带被作为环围绕物品放置之后,在带作为单层被引导通过张紧设备6且作为双层通过密封设备且由被引导通过张紧设备6的上带层中的张紧设备6的啮合和带的返回运动来施加指定带张紧力的过程中,焊接靴20在反保持表面22的方向上降低。根据捆扎单元1的所选操作模式,这作为张紧操作结束或作为由为此目的而设置的按钮的致动单独触发摩擦焊接操作的结果而自动地进行。在摩擦焊接操作期间,带继续被夹持在张紧轮7与张紧反保持器27之间,并且在形成密封期间被保持在那里。在捆扎形成的此方法部分期间,张紧设备具有带夹子或夹持设备的功能,其借助于两个相互作用的夹持元件以将带夹持在夹持元件之间。
焊接靴20的降低促使通过密封设备的两个带层相互压紧并压紧反保持表面22。由于带在张紧设备6中的夹持和反保持表面22的倾斜,在这里,在所述带区段中发生扭绞,即带的扭转应力。在这里,带至少在张紧轮7的半径线的区域中与平行于基面5的其两个带表面对准,所述半径垂直于基面5定向。带分两层布置在密封设备中,其中,下带层以其下带表面停靠在倾斜的反保持表面22上并在那里被压紧。借助于上表面,下带层停靠在上带层的下表面上。焊接靴20压紧到上带层的上表面上。两个带层和焊接靴20因此采取与反保持表面的倾角相同的倾角α。带的扭绞因此从张紧设备6开始增加直到密封设备。扭绞在密封设备后面的带的进一步路线期间,即在远离捆扎单元的方向上再次减小。
在带的此位置上,摩擦焊接设备13借助于焊接靴横向地相对于带的纵向路线的震荡运动而以密封的形成开始。用这种手段,相互抵靠的两个带层被熔化。带层的材料流入彼此中,并且在后续的冷却期间一旦焊接靴的振荡移动开始就以整体结合的方式被连接。
如从图3可以搜集到的,在产生密封期间,由以振荡方式移动的焊接靴20在密封设备与张紧设备中的带的夹持之间的上带层中形成偏转或环30。在上带层的方向上产生偏转或环30,该方向基本上横穿焊接靴的振荡移动的方向,并且在上带层中形成偏转或环30之前,还基本上横穿上带层的纵向范围。如已示出的,由于带的扭绞而形成所述环,因此减少了焊接靴的焊接移动所需的功率。
焊接靴20随后移离从带分离的张紧设备6和反保持表面22,因此将夹持放松并释放两个带层。与扭绞相反的存在于带中的复位力导致带至少显示出自动地从反保持表面22且从焊接靴20分离的倾向。此类分离优选地完全由于带的复位力而进行。如果分离并未以这种方法进行,则至少由于复位力而显著地减小了要另外施加以便将带分离并将带从密封设备移除的力。另外,反保持表面22的倾斜和密封设备的关联几何形成还允许更简单地移除带并更简单地将捆扎单元从预先直接产生的带捆扎移开。
根据本发明的捆扎单元设置有控制面板,其具有作为致动元件的多个压力可致动按钮17、30、31、33。用所述按钮,能够预先选择并设定捆扎单元的前述不同模式和捆扎操作的参数。例如,通过一次或重复地按下焊接时间按钮30,能够从多个焊接时间级中的一个中选择焊接时间并存储。能够借助于张紧力按钮31将张紧力选作多个张紧力级中的一个,改变并存储。以这种方式预置的值被捆扎单元显示在显示字段32上并在捆扎操作中使用直至参数值再次改变。捆扎操作本身被张紧按钮16触发或起动,该张紧按钮16被以生物工程学有利的方式布置在捆扎单元1的把手的前端处,作为进一步致动元件。如果捆扎单元1被保持在把手3处,能够用拇指对张紧按钮16进行致动。

另外,存在于捆扎单元上的按钮锁还具有能够用来将捆扎单元1的使用完全锁定的模式。所述锁在切换到全自动操作模式时被捆扎单元的控制装置34激活,并具有这样的结果,即必须将两个按钮同时致动以触发具有带“张紧”、“密封”和“切割”操作的全自动捆扎操作。在示例性实施例中,这些是布置在把手3的前端区域中并紧挨着控制面板的张紧按钮16和布置在后端和蓄电池15的区域中的释放按钮35。两个按钮16、35彼此相距一定距离,该距离不允许操作员用一只手在把手3处握持捆扎单元以用所述手同时地按下张紧按钮和释放按钮16、35。操作员必须将他/她的第二只手用于此目的,因此使得可以防止捆扎单元的不经意触发。
作为优选实施例,关于捆扎单元的所述操作模式的捆扎单元的操作概念的每个方面以及预选和设定捆扎方法的某些参数具有相关性。每个所述方面还具有作为单独发明的相关性,其独立于本发明的其他方面。
用来在密封形成已通过一个堆叠在另一个上地位于捆扎单元上的两个带末端的摩擦焊接而发生之后可变地确定用于密封的冷却时间段的算法被存储在捆扎机的控制装置34。冷却时间在焊接靴20的移动结束时开始。在冷却时间期间,带被以与在捆扎单元中的摩擦焊接阶段期间相同的方式夹持在捆扎单元中,并且因此刚刚已形成的密封在带材料的固化阶段期间被解除带张紧力。
在捆扎单元1处,可以在控制面板处设定不同长度的焊接时间。在本示例性实施例中,提供了总共例如7级,并且可为此针对焊接时间段进行选择。不同长度的七个焊接时间中的每一个被分配不同长度的冷却时间。在这种情况下,以焊接时间越长、也分配越长的冷却时间的方式执行分配。所述分配优选地是不可改变的。
另外,可以在捆扎单元处设定存在于张紧轮7的圆周处且可传动到带的张紧力。张紧力还可以设定为多个级、例如九个级。所述设定张紧力中的每一个被分配多个因数中的一个,控制装置将该因数与从焊接时间产生的冷却时间相乘。并且在这种情况下,该因数越大,焊接时间越长。从与多个因数中的一个的此乘法产生的时间值被控制装置用作实际冷却时间。控制装置在所述(实际)冷却时间期间借助于其夹持设备将带夹持在捆扎单元中,并且尚未释放所述带。这意味着在此时间期间不能将带从捆扎单元去除。如果例如在焊接时间的第3级处,冷却时间是3s且在第七张紧级处,所述因数是2,则这得到3s×2=6s的实际冷却时间。在此时间结束之后,控制装置打开或释放夹持,作为其结果,能够将捆扎单元从带移开并产生捆扎。

Claims (18)

1.一种用于用捆扎带来捆扎物品的捆扎机,包含:
用于放置在物品上的基板;
用于在捆扎带上产生张紧力的张紧设备,张紧设备包括可移动与带接触以及脱离接触的可致动张紧工具;
密封设备,所述密封设备将两个叠置的带层彼此密封,所述密封设备振荡将所述叠置的带层彼此焊接;
夹持设备,所述夹持设备具有至少一个夹子,夹子具有两个相互作用的夹持元件以将叠置的带层夹持在夹持元件之间;
至少一个致动元件,所述至少一个致动元件用于在捆扎带的叠置过程中致动张紧设备,将张紧设备致动至张紧力的预定量值或致动至依赖于张紧力的预定量值;以及
配置成控制张紧设备的致动的控制器,其中,控制器配置为在将叠置的带层彼此焊接之后的预定的冷却时间段内将叠置的带层保持在夹持设备中,所述冷却时间段根据张紧力的预定量值或依赖于张紧力的预定量值而变化。
2.如权利要求1所述的捆扎机,其中,所述冷却时间段根据张紧力的量值以预定方式而自动地设定。
3.如权利要求1所述的捆扎机,其中,所述冷却时间段根据张紧力的量值和可变可调整焊接时间两者而变化。
4.如权利要求3所述的捆扎机,其中,所述冷却时间段根据张紧力的量值和可变可调整焊接时间两者以预定方式自动地设定。
5.如权利要求1所述的捆扎机,其中,所述冷却时间段设定为随着张紧力的量值的增加而延长。
6.如权利要求1所述的捆扎机,其中,能够在捆扎机处设定焊接时间和张紧力的量值,其中,每个焊接时间被分配用于冷却时间段的时间值,其中,为不同的焊接时间分配不同的时间值,并且其中,每个张紧力的量值被分配用于冷却时间段的因数,其中,不同的张紧力的量值被分配不同的因数,并且其中,控制器基于不同时间值之一和不同因数之一来确定冷却时间段。
7.一种用于用捆扎带的叠置的层捆扎物品的方法,其中,在物品上布置具有基板的便携式、移动捆扎机,包含:
用致动张紧工具张紧所述带,张紧力或依赖于张紧力的张紧力量值借助至少一个致动元件而施加在捆扎带上;
通过密封设备与所述带接触将所述捆扎带的叠置的层密封;
在形成密封期间通过夹持设备至少暂时地将所述带夹持;
在冷却时间段期间冷却所述密封,在该冷却时间段期间,捆扎带在密封时间结束之后保持至少暂时地被夹持,所述冷却时间段根据可变可调整张紧力或可变可调整张紧力的量值而变化。
8.如权利要求7所述的方法,其中,所述冷却时间段根据张紧力的量值以预定方式自动地设定。
9.如权利要求7所述的方法,其中,所述冷却时间段根据张紧力的量值和可变可调整的密封时间两者而变化。
10.如权利要求9所述的方法,其中所述冷却时间段根据张紧力的量值和可变可调整的焊接时间两者以预定方式自动地设定。
11.如权利要求7所述的方法,其中所述冷却时间段设定为随着张紧力的量值增加而延长。
12.一种用于用捆扎带来捆扎物品的捆扎机,具有用于布置在物品上的基板,
具有能够用来向捆扎带施加带张紧力的张紧设备,该张紧设备为此设置有可致动张紧工具,该可致动张紧工具能够与带接触以及脱离接触,
具有密封设备,通过密封设备与带的接触,能够通过在两个带层之间形成密封而将两个带层永久地相互连接,
设置有夹持设备,该夹持设备具有至少一个夹子,夹子具有两个相互作用的夹持元件以将带夹持在夹持元件之间,以及

其特征在于,用于密封的冷却时间段根据可变可调整张紧力或依赖于该可变可调整张紧力的量值而变化,在该冷却时间段期间,所述捆扎机在焊接时间结束之后并不释放捆扎带。
