技术领域
本发明涉及一种连接装置,该连接装置确保了柔性通风管道与主通风管道、分布点以及各种风扇、装置和通风设备的连接,并且,不同于已有连接装置,该连接装置螺纹连接到柔性通风管道上来进行安装,并且由此,柔性通风管道通过被挤压而用作天然衬垫,并且该连接装置允许更防漏、更牢固、更实用、更经济以及更柔性的连接。
背景技术
在现有技术中,通常在将柔性通风管道连接至主管道、某些分布点、各种风扇、装置以及通风设备时使用塑料夹和绝缘带。在柔性通风管道的将连接至主通风管道的部分上固定有金属端部,并且塑料夹配装在接头上。在用诸如乳香脂之类的化学制品环绕接头区域以便进行密封和进一步粘附之后,试图用绝缘带将管道、端部部分和管道周围的绝缘层固定至主通风管道。然而,这使安装时间变长,不能提供持久的解决方案。此外,不能适当地配置塑料夹和绝缘带导致通风管道具有较差的外观。安装时间的延长导致劳动成本的增加。

现有技术中的所有这些改进和发展不能完全满足柔性通风管道的连接的相关的实用、美观且经济的要求。由于这些原因,在相关技术领域中做出改进已经变得必要。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提出一种连接装置,该连接装置确保了柔性通风管道与主通风管道以及箱体、分布点、各种风扇、装置和通风设备的实用、美观、牢固且经济的连接。

作为本发明的主题的装置1包括朝向外部具有一定长度的安装凸出部3。借助将要穿入在所述安装凸出部3上产生的安装孔4的诸如螺钉之类的连接装置,确保了通过穿入其自身而刚性地被紧固的柔性通风管道2固定在连接点上。如图1、图2、图3、图5和图6所示,安装凸出部3或者可以具有从所述装置1的四个角部朝向外部延伸的角形结构,或者可以以诸如圆形或六边形形式之类的各种多边形形式进行构造。这里的重点在于:柔性通风管道2优选地通过四点螺纹连接的方式在多点处实用地、刚性地、美观地且经济地连接至主通风管道(图中未示出)或者连接至连接点。因此,柔性通风管道2的安装能够在不需要任何塑料夹和带的情况下在实际中实现。
如从图1和图2能够更容易理解的,连接装置包括穿入柔性管道中一定长度并且容纳翼部的管道入口凸出部,该翼部参与对紧固柔性通风管道2的实用连接装置1与主通风管道或连接点之间的部分中的空气流动进行控制。
作为本发明的主题的实用连接装置1用将要穿过所述安装孔4的螺钉将柔性通风管道2刚性地紧固至主通风管道。绕着所述装置1产生的安装凸出部3除了消除了对现有技术中使用的塑料夹和带的需求之外,还通过借助于安装凸出部3所具有的安装孔4实现螺钉安装而为更牢固且持久的安装铺平了道路。

Claims (3)

1.一种连接装置(1),所述连接装置(1)在不需要任何塑料夹或带的情况下实用地将柔性通风管道(2)固定至主通风区域或固定至连接点,并且其特征在于,所述连接装置(1)包括一个紧固环(5)、至少一个安装凸出部(3)以及至少一个安装孔(4),所述柔性通风管道(2)由所述一个紧固环(5)通过从一个端部环绕而牢固地紧固,所述至少一个安装凸出部(3)垂直于所述柔性通风管道的中心朝向所述紧固环的外部定位,所述至少一个安装孔(4)用于用连接件将由所述安装凸出部(3)紧固的所述柔性通风管道(2)固定至主管道,
其中,所述柔性通风管道(2)的所述一个端部被挤压在所述紧固环(5)中从而用作所述连接装置(1)和所述柔性通风管道(2)与相连通的所述连接点或所述主管道之间的天然衬垫。
2.根据权利要求1所述的连接装置(1),其中,所述连接件为螺钉。
3.一种连接装置(1),所述连接装置(1)在不需要任何塑料夹或带的情况下实用地将柔性通风管道(2)固定至主通风区域或固定至连接点,并且其特征在于,所述连接装置(1)具有一个紧固环(5)和至少一个安装凸出部(3),所述柔性通风管道(2)由所述紧固环(5)通过从一个端部环绕而牢固地紧固,并且,由所述紧固环(5)紧固的所述柔性通风管道通过借助于所述安装凸出部(3)的螺纹连接而连接至主管道,
其中,所述柔性通风管道(2)的所述一个端部被挤压在所述紧固环(5)中从而用作所述连接装置(1)和所述柔性通风管道(2)与相连通的所述连接点或所述主管道之间的天然衬垫。
