Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及一种连接装置,该连接装置确保了柔性通风管道与主通风管道、分布点以及各种风扇、装置和通风设备的连接,并且,不同于已有连接装置,该连接装置螺纹连接到柔性通风管道上来进行安装,并且由此,柔性通风管道通过被挤压而用作天然衬垫,并且该连接装置允许更防漏、更牢固、更实用、更经济以及更柔性的连接。
背景技术
在现有技术中,通常在将柔性通风管道连接至主管道、某些分布点、各种风扇、装置以及通风设备时使用塑料夹和绝缘带。在柔性通风管道的将连接至主通风管道的部分上固定有金属端部,并且塑料夹配装在接头上。在用诸如乳香脂之类的化学制品环绕接头区域以便进行密封和进一步粘附之后,试图用绝缘带将管道、端部部分和管道周围的绝缘层固定至主通风管道。然而,这使安装时间变长,不能提供持久的解决方案。此外,不能适当地配置塑料夹和绝缘带导致通风管道具有较差的外观。安装时间的延长导致劳动成本的增加。
已经试图提供各种结构以克服现有技术中的这一问题。在这些结构之中,在专利No.US5741030中提及了一种具有将被固定至通风管道的平坦表面上的一体配合突出部的初始凸缘。虽然所述凸缘使得能够用于不同的间隔尺寸,但其可以在高低不平的侧上被固定。

然而,在专利申请No.US20080093843中,描述了一种构型和装置,在该构型和装置中,在加热、冷却、通风以及调节(HVAC)系统中的气箱壁上产生的间隙上固定有圆柱形基部凸缘,并且该连接借助以钩形形状在柔性通风管的内部部分中产生的固定突出部在产生于该凸缘上的连接突出部上完成。
现有技术中的所有这些改进和发展不能完全满足柔性通风管道的连接的相关的实用、美观且经济的要求。由于这些原因,在相关技术领域中做出改进已经变得必要。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提出一种连接装置,该连接装置确保了柔性通风管道与主通风管道以及箱体、分布点、各种风扇、装置和通风设备的实用、美观、牢固且经济的连接。

在图1中,呈现了作为本发明的主题的装置(1)的立体图,该装置(1)位于边缘上,用于将柔性通风管道和风扇(2)连接至主通风管道。为了保持空气控制,将通风管道连接至主通风管道和风扇的实用连接装置(1)在此可以包括空气导向翼部。所述安装装置(1)包括在其周围一定距离处的柔性通风管(2),以及作为平行圆形延伸部的紧固环(5)。所述紧固环(5)通过围绕所述柔性通风管道(2)而被固定。所述管道(2)凭借其所包括的圆形凹槽和凸出部而通过容易地配装在所述紧固环上来进行紧密地固定。
作为本发明的主题的装置(1)包括朝向外部具有一定长度的安装凸出部(3)。借助将要穿入在所述安装凸出部(3)上产生的安装孔(4)的诸如螺钉之类的连接装置,确保了通过穿入其自身而刚性地被紧固的柔性通风管道(2)固定在连接点上。如图1、图2、图3、图5和图6所示,安装凸出部(3)或者可以具有从所述装置(1)的四个角部朝向外部延伸的角形结构,或者可以以诸如圆形或六边形形式之类的各种多边形形式进行构造。这里的重点在于:柔性通风管道(2)优选地通过四点螺纹连接的方式在多点处实用地、刚性地、美观地且经济地连接至主通风管道(图中未示出)或者连接至连接点。因此,柔性通风管道(2)的安装能够在不需要任何塑料夹和带的情况下在实际中实现。
如从图1和图2能够更容易理解的,连接装置包括穿入柔性管道中一定长度并且容纳翼部的管道入口凸出部,该翼部参与对紧固柔性通风管道(2)的实用连接装置(1)与主通风管道或连接点之间的部分中的空气流动进行控制。
作为本发明的主题的实用连接装置(1)用将要穿过所述安装孔(4)的螺钉将柔性通风管道(2)刚性地紧固至主通风管道。绕着所述装置(1)产生的安装凸出部(3)除了消除了对现有技术中使用的塑料夹和带的需求之外,还通过借助于安装凸出部(3)所具有的安装孔(4)实现螺钉安装而为更牢固且持久的安装铺平了道路。
Claims (3)
1.一种连接装置(1),所述连接装置(1)在不需要任何塑料夹或带的情况下实用地将柔性通风管道(2)固定至主通风区域或固定至连接点,并且其特征在于,所述柔性通风管道(2)包括一个紧固环(5)、至少一个安装凸出部(3)以及至少一个安装孔(4),所述柔性通风管道(2)由所述一个紧固环(5)通过从一个端部环绕而牢固地紧固,所述至少一个安装凸出部(3)垂直于所述管道的中心朝向所述紧固环的外部定位,所述至少一个安装孔(4)用于用诸如螺钉之类的连接装置将由所述安装凸出部(3)紧固的所述柔性通风管道(2)固定至主管道。
2.根据权利要求1所述的连接装置(1),其特征在于,所述装置用作所述装置(1)和所述柔性通风管道(2)与所述连接装置(1)打算穿过的连接点或所述主管道之间的天然衬垫。
3.一种连接装置(1),所述连接装置(1)在不需要任何塑料夹或带的情况下实用地将柔性通风管道(2)固定至主通风区域或固定至连接点,并且其特征在于,所述通风管道(2)具有至少一个安装凸出部(3),所述通风管道(2)由所述至少一个安装凸出部(3)通过从一个端部环绕而牢固地紧固,并且,由所述安装凸出部(3)紧固的所述通风管道通过螺纹连接穿过所述安装凸出部(3)而连接至主管道。
