Abstract

[课题]提供一种将推力轴承座等半圆形部件供给至轴部等的供给夹具。[解决手段]在侧板(2、3)的背面、即形成引导通道(5)的面上形成有凸部(7)。该凸部(7)是为了使推力轴承座在左右弄错的状态下无法进入引导通道内的部件。因此,凸部(7)的高度比推力轴承座的油槽的深度小,宽度也比油槽的宽度小。另外,其形成位置形成于这样的部位:在相对于引导通道(5)正确地设置了推力轴承座的情况下,推力轴承座的油槽的中心和凸部(7)的中心大致一致。

Description

半圆形部件的供给夹具
技术领域
本发明涉及推力轴承座(推力轴承)或分割垫圈等半圆形部件的供给夹具。
背景技术
如图7所示,在曲轴的轴颈部100的左右设置有配重101、102,该轴颈部100被抱持在气缸体的主体部103与轴承盖之间。并且,在主体部103(轴承盖)的面对配重的面上形成有槽,承受轴向的力的推力轴承座104(推力轴承)被插入该槽中。
如图8的(a)、(b)所示,推力轴承座104的形状形成为半圆形,并且在面对配重的外侧面上形成有油槽105。
作为将上述的推力轴承座组装于轴颈部的装置,已知专利文献1中公开的装置。
该装置形成为,利用滑动件将收纳于库中的推力轴承座一个一个地取出,并且以轴承面朝向外侧的方式将2个推力轴承座并列地组装于中继头,然后,在不改变朝向的情况下将推力轴承座交接至组装头的两侧,并通过组装头的插入和靠近方向的移动,依次与在组装有曲轴的气缸体的轴承部的两侧设置的推力轴承座槽进行位置对准,对被保持于组装头的推力轴承座施加旋转运动,使推力轴承座滑入推力轴承座槽。
另外,在专利文献2中,公开了这样的内容:在气缸体的主体部上形成有用于安装半圆弧状的推力轴承座的槽,在嵌合于该槽的推力轴承座的一端设置突起部,以防止推力轴承座与曲轴发生干涉。

发明内容
发明要解决的课题
在推力轴承座中,在轴承面上形成有油槽,必然需要以该油槽成为外侧面的方式进行安装。在专利文献1的情况下全都自动地进行,因此不会发生这样的错误,但是存在装置整体变大的问题。
另一方面,在专利文献2所示的这样的手工作业的情况下,虽然简便,但可能会发生上述的安装错误。
另外,并不限于推力轴承座,在分割垫圈等中也存在确定了安装朝向的部件,期望不会发生安装错误的夹具。
用于解决课题的手段
为了解决上述课题,本发明涉及的半圆形部件的供给夹具构成为,具有使半圆形部件落入在支承部等上形成的收纳槽中的引导通道,在该引导通道中设置有凸部,在正确地设置了所述半圆形部件的朝向的情况下,所述凸部进入所述半圆形部件的槽部内。
作为成为本发明的安装对象的半圆形部件,是指推力轴承座或分割垫圈等中的下述部件:其在一面侧形成有油槽等凹部,且要求形成有该油槽等凹部的面必须朝向一个方向。
另外,优选的是,在所述引导通道的左右一方的下端,形成有使落下来的半圆形部件的一端部斜着弹起的倾斜面。通过像这样形成倾斜面并使半圆形部件斜着弹起,由此能够防止在跨越半圆形部件轴等的状态下停止等不良情况的发生。
作为所述倾斜部的角度,如果是15~60°,则能够以90%以上的概率防止安装错误,特别是,在将倾斜角设定为45°的情况下,安装错误100%不会发生。
另外,作为供给夹具的结构,可以考虑下述这样的结构等:在主体上安装左右的侧板,引导通道形成于主体与侧板之间,并且在侧板的内侧面形成有凸部;或者,在主体上安装有顶板,在该顶板上形成有引导通道的开口部和凸部。
发明效果
根据本发明涉及的半圆形部件的供给夹具,能够将推力轴承座等在不会弄错其朝向、并且无需使用复杂且大规模的装置的情况下供给至规定的收纳槽。
另外,在引导通道的下端设置倾斜面,使落下来的半圆形部件向斜上方而不是正上方弹起,由此,半圆形部件容易进入收纳槽。

具体实施方式
以下,基于附图对本发明的实施例进行说明。如图1~3所示,关于供给夹具,利用螺钉4等将左右的侧板2、3装卸自如地安装于主体1。
在主体1的侧面沿上下方向形成有凹部,通过侧板2、3将该凹部堵住,由此形成沿上下方向贯穿的引导通道5。引导通道5的下端为了跨越曲轴的轴颈部而成为半圆形凹部6。
另外,在所述侧板2、3的背面、即形成引导通道5的面上形成有凸部7。该凸部7是为了使推力轴承座在左右弄错的状态下无法进入引导通道内的部件。因此,凸部7的高度比推力轴承座的油槽的深度小,宽度也比油槽的宽度小。
另外,其形成位置形成于这样的部位:在相对于引导通道5正确地设置了推力轴承座的情况下,推力轴承座的油槽的中心和凸部7的中心大致一致。
另外,在引导通道5的一方的下端部,朝向引导通道5的内侧突出有形成倾斜面8的突起。
图4的(a)~(d)是对至推力轴承座被安装为止的工序进行说明的图,首先,如(a)所示,被正确地设置的推力轴承座9在引导通道5内落下。
然后,如(b)所示,在落下的最低点,推力轴承座9的一端与倾斜面8碰撞,推力轴承座9的一端向斜上方弹起。由于该弹起,使得推力轴承座9不会以跨越轴颈部10的方式卡定。在此,在没有倾斜面8的情况下,如图5所示,推力轴承座9以跨越轴颈部10的方式骑在轴颈部10上,而没有进入在轴颈支承部11上形成的收纳槽12内。
接下来,如(c)所示,从前端部开始平滑地进入在轴颈支承部11上形成的收纳槽12内。
并且,最终如(d)所示,推力轴承座9的前端部与形成倾斜面8的突起的底面抵接而停止。
图6示出了另一个实施例,在该实施例中,在主体1的上表面自由地装卸顶板13。在该顶板13上形成有引导通道5的开口部14和与所述凸部7相当的凸部15。
对于该实施例,构成为,预先准备开口部14或凸部7的大小、形状等不同的多个顶板,根据机型来进行更换。
产业上的可利用性
本发明涉及的供给夹具不仅能够应用于通过手工作业进行的推力轴承座的安装,还能够应用于自动化的推力轴承座的安装装置。

1.一种半圆形部件的供给夹具,其是将半圆形部件供给至收纳该部件的收纳槽内的夹具,在所述半圆形部件的一面侧形成有作为油槽发挥作用的槽部,所述半圆形部件的供给夹具的特征在于,
在该夹具上形成有使半圆形部件落入所述收纳槽中的引导通道,在所述引导通道的左右一方的下端,形成有使落下来的半圆形部件的一端部斜着弹起的倾斜面。
2.根据权利要求1所述的半圆形部件的供给夹具,其特征在于,
该夹具是将左右的侧板安装于主体而构成,所述引导通道形成在主体与侧板之间,并且,在侧板的内侧面形成有凸部。
3.根据权利要求1所述的半圆形部件的供给夹具,其特征在于,
该夹具是将顶板安装于主体而构成,在该顶板上形成有所述引导通道的开口部和凸部。
