Abstract

一种自行车座垫的制法,该座垫具有一底壳,一表皮层以及一弹性填充层,该制法所使用的模具包含有一上模及一下模,二者以可于一开启位置以及一闭合位置活动的方式枢接在一起,该上模具有一模台,该下模具有一模穴。该制法包含如下的步骤:预热该模具至温度介于30℃与60℃之间;开启该模具位至该开启位置;涂布一层离形剂于该上模模台表面以及该下模模穴表面;喷涂一第一塑料物料层于该已具有该离形剂层的该下模模穴表面用以形成一座垫表皮层;以可脱离的方式将一座垫壳架布置于该上模模台上;灌填一第二层塑料物料于该下模模穴内;闭合该上、下模并维持一段时间,用以使该第二塑料物料层形成该弹性填充层;以及开启该模具,取出该制成品。

Description

自行车座垫的制法
技术领域
本发明是与自行车座垫有关,特别是关于一种自行车座垫的制法。
背景技术
传统的自行车座垫通常是由三个部件所组成,其一是做为整体座垫支撑的壳架(frame),另一是外界接触的表皮层(covering),再一是布置于前述二者之间的弹性填充体(filler)。该表皮层在制造上目前一般是取用已制成的合成塑料皮料或布料,然后再以人工方式将的包覆于该弹性填充体表面。例如美国第5,904,396号专利案所揭示的技术,从该案的说明书以及所附附图可以非常清楚的知道,其座垫10的表皮14是取用已制成的布料。另外,美国第8,236,218号专利案所揭示的制法中,如其说明书的所做的说明以及该案图9所示,可以发现其座垫的表皮6是取用已制成的塑料皮料。前述制法的缺点的一是表皮层与弹性填充体结合度不佳,二者容易脱离;另一缺点是由于表皮层是取用制成品,因此厚度受到限制;再者,要将表皮层包覆于弹性填充体表面时,工序繁杂而且耗费工时。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于,提供自行车座垫的制法,采用该制法可以达到表皮层与弹性填充体结合度佳,二者不容易脱离;再有就是工序简单而且节省工时。
本发明所提供的自行车座垫的制法,就是用来解决前述已知制法的缺点,其中依此制法制成的座垫至少具有一底壳,一表皮层以及一弹性填充层布置于二者之间。另外,此制法会使用到一模具,该模具包含有一上模及一下模,二者是枢接在一起而可于一开启位置以及一闭合位置之间活动。该上模具有一模台,该下模具有一相对于该模台的模穴。该自行车座垫的制法包含有如下的步骤:预热该模具至温度介于30℃与60℃之间;开启该模具至位于该开启位置;涂布一离形剂层于该上模模台表面以及该下模模穴表面;喷涂一第一塑料物料层于该已具有该离形剂层的该下模模穴表面用以形成一座垫表皮层;以可脱离的方式将一座垫壳架布置于该上模模台上;灌填一第二层塑料物料层于该下模模穴内,该第二层塑料物料层包含有塑料发泡物料;闭合该上、下模并维持一段时间,用以使该第二塑料物料层发泡成形为该弹性填充层;以及开启该模具,取出该制成品。
前揭制法的一实施例中,于形成该表皮层的步骤前,还包含有一喷涂一着色层于该离形剂层表面的步骤。
前揭制法的再一实施例中,该离形剂层是采用硅树酯乳液(siliconeemulsion),而该模具则是维持于约摄氏50度。
前揭制法的另一实施例中,所取用的着色涂料是市售含PU的色料,第一塑料物料层是包含有PU物料,在喷涂时是将该物料维持于摄氏65度-75度之间,并且将喷涂量控制在使该表皮层的厚度维持在07mm-1.2mm,此等厚度可以提供对内部弹性填充层的保护以及乘坐者的舒适度。该第二塑料物料层包含有PU发泡物。该第一塑料物料层与该第二塑料物料层的组成成份是为本发明技术领域的人士所熟知的通常技术,因此此处就不予赘述。另外,该二种塑料物料在喷涂时,最好有一时间差,用以在喷涂该第二塑料物料层时,该第一塑料物料层是维持于尚未完全硬化的状态,该时间差约为60秒-90秒。

图4为本发明制法的一较佳实施例灌填第二塑料物料的示意图;以及
图5为本发明制法的一较佳实施例模具闭合后进行发泡成型过程的部分剖视示意图。
具体实施方式
首先请参阅图1、图2,图号10所示的即为依据本发明制法一较佳实施例制成的自行车座垫,座垫10具有一底壳12,一弹性填充层14,以及一表皮层16。
再请参阅图3至图5,这些附图仅用来说明本发明制法一较佳实施例的施作过程,但并非用来限制本发明制法的申请专利范围。
本实施例的模具如图3图号20所示,具有一上模22以及一下模24。上模22与一下模24是由一枢接装置26枢接在一起,用以使二者可于一开启位置及一闭合位置间活动。上模22具有一模台222,下模24具有一模穴242,当模具10位于该闭合位置时,模台222与模穴242会界定出一密闭模室。
以下将详述本实施例的施作过程,此制法首先是将模具20预热至介于摄氏45度-60度之间;接着于模台222表面与模穴242表面均喷涂一含有硅乳液的离形剂层,其用处是使后制的成型物易于脱模,这是熟悉所述技术人士所知悉的,在此就不赘述。继之,将具预定颜色的PU着色涂料喷涂于已具有该离形剂层的模台222与模穴242表面形成一着色层。在前述各施作步骤之后,接着是通过适当的喷涂设备30将适当剂量且含PU物料的第一塑料物料40喷涂于已具有该着色层的模穴242表面用以形成一座垫表皮层16。本实施例在喷涂时是将该第一塑料物料40维持于摄氏65度-75度之间,并且喷涂剂量是控制在使表皮层16的厚度维持在07mm-1.2mm。
继之,是取用一底壳12以其内表面122面对模穴242的方式将其以可脱离的方式固定于模台222上,如图4所示,底壳12通常是以硬质材料制成,例如硬质塑料材料或纤维补强塑料复合材料均是选项。接着,就是以适当的灌填设备50将第二塑料物料60灌填于模穴242内,本实施例的第二塑料物料60是取用市售含PU发泡物的塑料物料,其配方是属已知技术,因此本处亦不予赘述。必须一提的是,于喷涂该第一塑料物料40之后以及开始灌填该第二塑料物料60之间最好具有一预定时间差,该时间差是介于60秒-90秒之间。灌填该第二塑料物料后,是使模具20位于闭合位置并维持约4分钟-8分钟。此时,该第二塑料物料60将于模穴242内发泡成型并与表皮层16及底壳12贴附在一起而形成弹性填充层14。最后则是打开模具取出成品的自行车座垫10,当然在取出之前或后会进行一些修饰工作,例如修边,由于这些工序均与本发明制法无关,就不再多做说明。

Claims (9)

1.一种自行车座垫的制法,该座垫至少具有一底壳,一表皮层以及一弹性填充层布置于二者之间,该制法所使用的模具包含有一上模及一下模,二者以可于一开启位置以及一闭合位置活动的方式枢接在一起,该上模具有一模台,该下模具有一相对于该模台的模穴;该制法包含有如下的步骤:
预热该模具至温度介于30℃与60℃之间;
开启该模具位至该开启位置;
涂布一离形剂层于该上模模台表面以及该下模模穴表面;
喷涂一第一塑料物料层于该已具有该离形剂层的该下模模穴表面用以形成一座垫表皮层;
以可脱离的方式将一座垫壳架布置于该上模模台上;
灌填一第二塑料物料层于该下模模穴内,该第二塑料物料层包含有塑料发泡物料;
闭合该上、下模并维持一段时间,用以使该第二塑料物料层发泡成形为该弹性填充层;以及
开启该模具,取出该制成品。
2.如权利要求1所述的自行车座垫的制法,还包含有喷涂一着色层于该离形剂层上的步骤。
3.如权利要求1所述的自行车座垫的制法,其中该离形剂层为一硅树酯乳液层。
4.如权利要求1所述的自行车座垫的制法,其中该第一塑料物料层包含有PU物料。
5.如权利要求1或4所述的自行车座垫的制法,其中该第二塑料物料层包含有PU发泡物料。
6.如权利要求5所述的自行车座垫的制法,其中在喷涂该第一塑料物料层时是将该物料维持于摄氏65度-75度之间。
7.如权利要求1所述的自行车座垫的制法,其中该表皮层的厚度维持在07mm-1.2mm之间。
8.如权利要求1所述的自行车座垫的制法,其中于喷涂该第一塑料物料层后以及开始灌填该第二塑料物料层之间具有一预定时间差。
9.如权利要求8所述的自行车座垫的制法,其中该时间差是介于为60秒-90秒之间。
