技术领域
本发明的实施例涉及车辆的电子控制装置,更详细而言,涉及一种在诸如车辆发动机ECU(Electronic Control Unit,电子控制单元)等的电子控制装置中,具有外壳主体与连接器盖间的紧密的密封结构的电子控制装置。
背景技术
一般而言,在车辆中,搭载有对各种装置进行电子控制的ECU等电子控制装置。这种电子控制装置从安装于车辆各部分的传感器类或开关类获得信息。电子控制装置发挥的功能是对如此获得的信息进行处理,谋求提高车辆的乘坐感及安全性,或执行旨在向驾驶员及乘客提供各种便利的多种电子控制。
例如,诸如ECU的利用计算机对车辆的发动机或自动变速器、ABS(Anti-LockBrake System,防抱死制动系统)等的状态进行控制的电子控制装置,随着车辆与计算机性能的发展,甚至发挥自动变速器控制以及控制驱动系统、制动系统、转向系统等车辆所有部分的作用。
这种诸如ECU等的电子控制装置,以包括由上部的盖与下部的底座构成的外壳、收纳于所述外壳内部的PCB(Printed Circuit Board,印刷电路板)、为连接外部插口而结合于PCB前端的连接器等的结构构成。
而且,所述盖与底座构成覆盖PCB并组装在一起的结构,特别是在进行盖与底座间的组装时,介于其之间的连接器与盖侧及底座侧构成密封结构。
就这种电子控制装置而言,由于具有高度的集成控制电路装置的关系,需要具有能够防止外部湿气或异物进入内部的预定的密封结构,一般应用的密封结构是在盖及底座与连接器间的结合部位插入密封材料的状态下,把连接器与盖和底座组装在一起,以这种方式保护内部的PCB等。
但是,在以往的电子控制装置中应用的密封结构,大部分由在连接器侧槽或凸起、盖侧及底座侧凸起或槽间的结合部位涂敷密封部件的结构构成,因而无法形成充分的密封面积,最终很难确保连接器与盖及底座间组装部位的密封质量。
另外,插槽式的电子控制装置具有把O形圈(O-ring)插入外壳主体与盖间的密封结构。
图1a是以往具备插槽式外壳的电子控制装置的结合示意图,图1b是图1a的电子控制装置中使用的O形圈的立体图。
如图1a所示,以往的具备插槽式外壳的电子控制装置包括外壳主体110、盖120、连接器130及PCB140。
外壳主体110是原有的多种形态的外壳中的插槽式的主体。
连接器130具备内部针和外部针,并与盖120结合在一起。
盖120与PCB140结合在一起,采用由PCB140构成的插槽结合于外壳主体110的形态。其中,在外壳主体110与盖120结合之前,插入O形圈121。
即,就以往的防水型插槽式外壳而言,在外壳主体110与盖120之间插入有O形圈121。外壳主体110与盖120之间的结合部位贴紧得密封。因此,在外壳主体110与盖120结合之前,预先制作符合盖120的O形圈121,制作的O形圈120应安装于盖120内侧。
发明内容
要解决的技术问题
本发明的实施例旨在提供一种利用防水型外壳密封的车辆的电子控制装置及其制造方法,在前面具备密封剂注入口的连接器盖与主体结合部结合时,沿着该结合的各结合部的各个内侧面周围与在主体结合部形成的防止凸起,形成密封空间,通过密封剂注入口注入密封剂,在连接器盖与外壳主体之间的密封空间实现密封,从而能够提高连接器盖与外壳主体之间的防水性能,利用简便的密封剂注入工序,替代预先制作O形圈并安装的工序,能够使工序简化。
解决问题的技术方案
根据本发明的第一方面,能够提供一种车辆的电子控制装置,其特征在于,包括:电子控制单元,其对车辆的各部分进行电气控制;连接器盖,其包括与所述电子控制单元电连接的连接器部和形成有供密封剂注入的密封剂注入口的盖结合部,并且通过所述连接器部与电子控制单元结合;以及外壳主体,其包括容纳所述电子控制单元的主体部和以插槽式与所述盖结合部插入结合的主体结合部,并且沿着所述主体结合部的内侧面周围形成有防止凸起,所述盖结合部与所述主体结合部啮合结合,沿着所述结合的各结合部的各个内侧面周围与所形成的所述防止凸起形成有密封空间,通过所形成的所述密封剂注入口注入密封剂,从而在所述连接器盖与所述外壳主体结合的各结合部之间的密封空间实现密封。
本发明的特征在于,所述连接器盖在前面形成有供密封剂注入的多个密封剂注入口,密封剂通过所形成的所述多个密封剂注入口分别注入。
本发明的特征在于,在所述主体结合部形成的防止凸起的、与所结合的所述盖结合部的内侧面相对的里侧面由倾斜面构成。
本发明的特征在于,在沿着所结合的所述主体结合部与所述盖结合部的各个内侧面周围和所形成的所述防止凸起而形成的密封空间内,所述盖结合部的内侧面、所述主体结合部的内侧面、及所形成的所述防止凸起的里侧面中至少某一个面以凹槽部构成。
另一方面,根据本发明的第二方面,能够提供一种电子控制装置的制造方法,其特征在于,包括:电子控制单元结合步骤,在前面配备与电子控制单元电连接的连接器和供密封剂注入的密封剂注入口,通过所配备的所述连接器,与对车辆的各部分进行电气控制的电子控制单元结合;连接器盖插入结合步骤,把结合有所述电子控制单元及所述连接器的连接器盖,以插槽式插入结合于外壳主体,以便收纳所述电子控制单元,所述外壳主体沿着与所述连接器盖结合的结合部的内侧面周围形成有防止凸起;密封空间形成步骤,所述盖结合部与所述主体结合部啮合结合,沿着所述结合的各结合部的各个内侧面周围与所形成的所述防止凸起,形成密封空间;以及密封空间密封步骤,通过所配备的所述密封剂注入口注入密封剂并使之硬化,从而对所述连接器盖与所述外壳主体结合的结合部之间的密封空间进行密封。
本发明的特征在于,在所述密封空间密封步骤中,在所述连接器盖的前面配备多个密封剂注入口,通过所配备的所述多个密封剂注入口分别注入密封剂。

本发明的实施例在前面具备密封剂注入口的连接器盖与主体结合部结合时,沿着该结合的各结合部的各个内侧面周围与在主体结合部形成的防止凸起,形成密封空间,通过密封剂注入口注入密封剂,在连接器盖与外壳主体之间的密封空间实现密封,从而具有能够通过密封剂进行附着,提高防水性能的效果。
另外,本发明的实施例把预先制作O形圈的工序、将制作的O形圈安装于连接器盖的工序以及对安装了O形圈的连接器盖与外壳主体进行结合的工序,简化为结合连接器盖与外壳主体并注入密封剂的工序,从而具有能够省略与O形圈相关的工序,使工序得到简化,提高电子控制装置的生产效率的效果。
另外,本发明的实施例利用原有的密封剂,而非用于提高防水性能的O形圈或密封剂,从而具有能够减少需要另外开发密封剂的辛苦的效果。

具体实施方式
下面参照附图,详细说明本发明的实施例。通过以下的详细说明,将能够更明确理解本发明的结构及基于此的作用效果。在本发明的详细说明之前需要注意的是,针对相同的结构要素,即使表示于不同的图上,也尽可能以相同的附图标记表示,针对公知的结构,当判断认为可能混淆本发明要旨时,则省略具体的说明。
图2是本发明实施例的利用防水型连接器盖的车辆的电子控制装置的立体图。
所述电子控制装置是搭载了对汽车的各部分进行电气控制的电子控制单元,例如搭载了诸如PCB230等的集成控制电路装置等的部件,需要用于防止外部湿气或异物进入的紧密的密封结构。为此,所述电子控制装置具有防水型插槽式外壳形态。
如图2所示,电子控制装置包括外壳主体210、连接器盖220及PCB230。其中,连接器盖220包括盖结合部221及连接器部222。外壳主体210包括主体部212及主体结合部211。
外壳主体210包括以插槽式与容纳电子控制单元的盖结合部221插入结合的主体结合部211及主体部212。另外,外壳主体210包括沿着主体结合部211的内侧面周围形成的防止凸起213。
其中,外壳主体210与连接器盖220以插槽式形态结合。连接器盖220在内部容纳PCB230等,并以插槽式形态与外壳主体210结合。
如果观察连接器盖220,盖结合部221与连接器部222为了防水而可以以一体型构成。盖结合部221与外壳主体210的主体结合部211结合。
连接器部222与PCB230结合并电连接。连接器部222具备连接针,通过连接针与PCB230电连接。连接针可以包括用于与内部的PCB230连接的多根内部针(Inner Pin)和用于与外部连接的多根外部针(Outer Pin)。连接器部222可以以物理插入形态与PCB230结合,电连接PCB230与内部针。连接器部222由露出于外部的前端部与后端部的一体型构成。
PCB230可以在上部表面(Top Side)或下部表面(Bottom Side)具备电气元件、发热元件或散热板等。连接器盖220在外部与连接器部222连接,在外壳内部与PCB230连接。
如果观察密封结构,在盖结合部221形成有供密封剂注入的密封剂注入口223。盖结合部221与主体结合部211啮合结合。沿着该结合的各结合部211、221的各个内侧面周围与在主体结合部211形成的防止凸起213,形成有密封空间201。通过在主体结合部211的前面形成的密封剂注入口223注入密封剂后,在连接器盖220与外壳主体210结合的各结合部211、221之间的密封空间201实现密封。其中,在连接器盖220的盖结合部221中,供密封剂注入的多个密封剂注入口223可以形成于前面。当通过密封剂硬化来实现密封时,可以通过预先形成的多个密封剂注入口223,分别注入密封剂。
连接器盖220与外壳主体210相互以插槽式结合时,借助于通过密封剂注入口223注入密封空间201的密封剂,能够实现紧密密封。即,连接器盖220与外壳主体210可以采用无需制作O形圈而通过注入密封剂来防水的形态。因此,在连接器盖220与外壳主体210结合之前,无需预先在连接器盖220安装O形圈。
为此,在连接器盖220中,填充密封剂的密封空间201可以根据盖结合部221与主体结合部211的各个内侧面和防止凸起213的形态而以多种多样的空间形态形成。例如,密封空间201可以如图2所示,以在上下及左右相向的方形面形态或上下及左右面为曲面的凹陷形态形成。
如果观察方形面形态的密封空间201,密封空间201具有的密封结构是,在盖结合部221与主体结合部211相交的部分实现密封,即,在盖结合部221与主体结合部211间结合时,在盖结合部221与主体结合部211的各个内侧面在上下及左右相互面对地并排接触的部分实现密封。在这种面对面方式的密封结构中,能够确保充分的密封空间(密封面积)。由于这种密封空间的扩大,能够提高密封功能,最终能够实现质量稳定化。另外,在主体结合部211形成的防止凸起213,其与所结合的盖结合部221的内侧面相对的里侧面可以由倾斜面构成。
另一方面,在沿着相互结合的盖结合部221与主体结合部211的各个内侧面周围和防止凸起213形成的密封空间内,在盖结合部221的内侧面、主体结合部211的内侧面以及防止凸起213的里侧面中,至少某一个面可以以曲面形态的凹槽部构成。
如图2的详图所示,密封剂注入口223位于盖结合部221的前面。密封剂注入口223可以具有圆形或多边形形态的开口部。密封剂注入口223可以从在连接器盖220前面形成的开口部直至密封空间201,以圆形或多边形的管形态形成。
参照图3,详细观察具有这种密封空间201的密封结构。
图3是本发明的图2所示A-A横截面的车辆的电子控制装置的剖视图。
如图3所示,盖结合部221与主体结合部211以插槽式插入结合。
其中,在主体结合部211的内侧面周围,凸出形成有在周围整个区间连续的带状的防止凸起213。盖结合部221的内侧面周围、即与主体结合部211接触的里侧面周围,以相对的面与防止凸起213结合。此时,当以在主体结合部211形成的防止凸起213与盖结合部221内侧面结合的状态为基准时,可以相互沿前后长度方向保持预定间隔地配置。
因此,在盖结合部221的内侧面与主体结合部211的防止凸起213之间,可以形成与分离距离相当的预定空间,即,可以形成剖面左右以内侧面和防止凸起213包围、剖面上下以盖结合部221内侧面和主体结合部211内侧面包围的密封空间201。
另一方面,密封剂注入口223形成于主体结合部211的前面。密封剂通过喷嘴301,经密封剂注入口223注入密封空间201内。然后,密封剂硬化,密封剂注入口223也被密封剂密闭,从而在盖结合部221与主体结合部211间实现密封。即,盖结合部221与主体结合部211结合,通过位于盖结合部221前面的密封剂注入口223注入密封剂而实现密封,从而与原来在盖与外壳主体间的结合部分插入O形圈时相比,能够相对更简便地实现密封,最终由于这种密封工序的简化,能够实现质量稳定化。而且,注入密封空间201的密封剂被盖结合部221与主体结合部211的内侧面和防止凸起213阻挡,无法流出到外侧。
因此,注入密封空间201内的密封剂在保持预定宽度的同时,能够经密封空间201的整体周围区间,把连接器盖220及外壳主体210的内部空间完全与外部隔断。由此能够确保稳定的密封性。而且,由于不存在流出到外部的密封剂,因而能够进一步改善密封质量。
图4是本发明实施例的通过注入密封剂完成密封的电子控制装置的立体图。
如图4所示,在电子控制装置中,密封剂通过前面的密封剂注入口223注入连接器盖220与外壳主体210之间后,密封剂沿着设计的通道充满并硬化。通过这种密封剂硬化过程,电子控制装置的连接器盖220与外壳主体210的结合部221、211实现密封。
本发明实施例的电子控制装置不是制作O形圈并预先安装后进行结合的方式,而是在结合后通过密封剂注入口223注入密封剂实现密封的方式。
以上的说明只不过示例性地说明了本发明,可由本发明所属技术领域的技术人员在不超出本发明的技术思想的范围内进行各种变形。因此,本发明的说明书中公开的实施例并非限定本发明。本发明的范围应根据以下权利要求书进行解释,处于与之均等范围内的所有技术也应解释为包括于本发明的范围。
产业上的利用可能性
本发明在前面具备密封剂注入口的连接器盖与主体结合部结合时,沿着该结合的各结合部的各个内侧面周围与在主体结合部形成的防止凸起,形成密封空间,通过密封剂注入口注入密封剂,在连接器盖与外壳主体之间的密封空间实现密封,从而能够提高连接器盖与外壳主体之间的防水性能,利用简便的密封剂注入工序,替代预先制作O形圈并安装的工序,能够使工序简化。从这点而言,超越了原有技术的界线,不仅是对相关技术的使用,应用相关技术的装置足以上市销售或营业,而且从现实而言足以能够明确地实施,因而是具有工业上利用可能性的发明。

Claims (6)

1.一种车辆的电子控制装置,其特征在于,包括:
电子控制单元,其对车辆的各部分进行电气控制;
连接器盖,其包括与所述电子控制单元电连接的连接器部和在前面形成有供密封剂注入的密封剂注入口的盖结合部,并且通过所述连接器部与电子控制单元结合;以及
外壳主体,其包括容纳所述电子控制单元的主体部和以插槽式与所述盖结合部插入结合的主体结合部,并且沿着所述主体结合部的内侧面周围形成有防止凸起,
所述盖结合部与所述主体结合部啮合结合,沿着所述结合的各结合部的各个内侧面周围与所形成的所述防止凸起形成有密封空间,通过所形成的所述密封剂注入口注入密封剂,从而在所述连接器盖与所述外壳主体结合的结合部之间的密封空间实现密封。
2.根据权利要求1所述的车辆的电子控制装置,其特征在于,
所述连接器盖形成有供密封剂注入的多个密封剂注入口,密封剂通过所形成的所述多个密封剂注入口分别注入。
3.根据权利要求1所述的车辆的电子控制装置,其特征在于,
在所述主体结合部形成的防止凸起的、与所结合的所述盖结合部的内侧面相对的里侧面由倾斜面构成。
4.根据权利要求1所述的车辆的电子控制装置,其特征在于,
在沿着所结合的所述主体结合部与所述盖结合部的各个内侧面周围和所形成的所述防止凸起而形成的密封空间内,所述盖结合部的内侧面、所述主体结合部的内侧面、及所形成的所述防止凸起的里侧面中至少某一个面以凹槽部构成。
5.一种电子控制装置的制造方法,其特征在于,包括:
电子控制单元结合步骤,在结合有连接器的连接器盖的前面配备与电子控制单元电连接的所述连接器和供密封剂注入的密封剂注入口,通过所配备的所述连接器,与对车辆的各部分进行电气控制的电子控制单元结合;
连接器盖插入结合步骤,把所述电子控制单元及所述连接器盖,以插槽式插入结合于外壳主体,以便收纳所述电子控制单元,其中,所述外壳主体沿着与所述连接器盖结合的结合部的内侧面周围形成有防止凸起;
密封空间形成步骤,所述盖结合部与所述主体结合部啮合结合,沿着所述结合的各结合部的各个内侧面周围与所形成的所述防止凸起,形成密封空间;以及
密封空间密封步骤,通过所配备的所述密封剂注入口注入密封剂并使之硬化,从而对所述连接器盖与所述外壳主体结合的各结合部之间的密封空间进行密封。
6.根据权利要求5所述的电子控制装置的制造方法,其特征在于,
在所述密封空间密封步骤中,在所述连接器盖的前面配备多个密封剂注入口,通过所配备的所述多个密封剂注入口分别注入密封剂。
