Abstract
一种动力驱动的手工工具上的装置,可将力矩传递到冲击钻钻杆上。力矩的传递由锁定件与闭合槽及驱动棱与驱动槽间的相互配合来实施。驱动槽设置在钻杆外周面上。为了避免插错,驱动槽的设置方式如下:任何两个驱动槽均不能沿径向对置。为使驱动槽能采用非机械切削工艺加工以获得良好的经济效果。分布于一个通过两闭合槽的纵向截平面的两侧的各驱动槽槽口截面积应相等。从而使此纵截面两侧成型时用材量相同及使变形力能均布。
Description
一种用于动力驱动的手工工具的力矩传递装置,它将力矩传送到冲击钻钻杆上。冲击钻钻杆上开有两条闭合槽,它们沿轴向延伸并沿钻杆径向相对配置,并与锁定块配合使用。钻杆上至少还开有三条驱动槽,驱动槽设置在通过两个闭合槽的纵向截平面的两侧,槽口一直通到钻柄的尾端,其作用在于接纳条形的驱动件。转动驱动槽的特点为:任何两个驱动槽都不沿直径方向相对布置。
德国专利3716915公开了一种类似的装置,其上使用的钻杆上有两条沿径向相对配置的闭合槽。此外,还设有驱动槽。驱动槽位于一穿过两个闭合槽的纵向截平面的两侧,驱动槽的一端的开口一直通到钻杆的尾端。为了防止插错钻杆,任何两个驱动槽都不是沿径向相对配置的。
由上述可以知道,公知的工具已可以满足使用的要求。但这种驱动槽的不对称的设置使钻杆尾部的槽截面成不均匀形状,这在通过两闭合槽的部段的横截面上显得更为明显。由于这种不均匀分布的截面形状,只可能用机械切削的方式制作钻杆,从而使此产品的加工经济性变差。考虑到这种产品的待加工截面分布的不均匀性,使用非切削加工成型而不附加一道相当费钱的修整工序是不可能的。
本发明的目的是提供一种在机动的手工工具上使用的力矩传递装置,其上使用的工件柄可用非切削成型工艺制作,从而使加工经济性变好。
本发明的目的是通过对下列措施来实现的;分布在一个纵向截平面两侧的驱动槽截面积的总量相等,并使分布在此纵截平面的两侧的驱动槽沿垂直这个纵截平面的一个对称平面对称分布。
本发明中的驱动槽安置方式可以确保在非切削成型工艺中力的均匀分布。由于驱动槽相对于垂直上述纵向截平面的对称平面对称配置,使得平行于此纵向截平面的分力相互抵消。而且,由于通过钻杆截面的调整和相对对称平面的分布而达到的钻杆截面上的材料分布情况,使得这种结构的钻杆横截面还可使垂直于通过纵轴线的任何平面上的力的分量也能相互抵消。
在所说的纵向截平面两侧的驱动槽数量最好不相等。这样可产生明显的视觉区别,从而为使用者插入钻杆时带来方便。
从尺寸大小方面来考虑驱动槽与闭合槽的配置时,一个较好的选择就是采用开有三个驱动槽的钻杆。这样的钻杆具有满足要求的截面,这种驱动槽还对导向有利。
就成型工序而言,为在整个操作过程中(甚至包括纵向轧制)力能均匀分布,所有的驱动槽长度通常是一致的。驱动槽的长度对于与之相配合的封闭槽来说是无关紧要的。闭合槽的长度也是一样的。最好,驱动槽的长度应略长于闭合槽的长度
由两个相邻驱动槽槽壁形成的中央凸起的两个侧面与对称平面的夹角在0-15°之间,应避免侧面内凹(角度小于0°)。因为,内凹影响强度和成型工艺。如果角度大于0°,将会增大强度,从而使传递的力矩加大。
本发明装置中的钻杆最好采用这种设计形式:钻杆尾部外周面上设置两条沿轴延伸,并沿径向相对的闭合槽,并至少开三条驱动槽。驱动槽一直开到钻杆尾端,并位于一个穿过两条闭合槽的纵向截平面的两侧。而且,任何两个驱动槽都不沿径向相对布置。配置在一穿过两条闭合槽的纵向截平面的两侧的驱动槽的槽截面积应基本相等,而且在所述纵向截平面一侧的驱动槽相对于垂直此纵截平面的一对称平面对称配置。
下面,结合图中给出的例子对本发明进行详细的介绍。
图1是沿图2中Ⅰ-Ⅰ线剖切的剖面图,表明装在冲击钻上的钻杆夹具,内有插入的钻杆。
图2表明了一个沿图1中Ⅱ-Ⅱ剖切线剖切的剖面图。
图3表明了一个具有三个驱动槽的钻杆。
图4是沿图3中Ⅳ-Ⅳ线的剖面图。
图5表明了一个具有四个驱动槽的钻杆。

图1和图2中示出的夹具安装在一个冲击钻上。它具有一个外壳1,导管2通过轴3安置在外壳1内。密封圈4安装在导管2上,它一方面,防止灰尘等杂物进入轴承3;另一方面,它可防止润滑油从壳内向外渗漏。导管2内装有一个可轴向移动的钻座5。钻杆尾部插入导管自由端2a内,它的外周面上开有两个沿轴向延伸的且沿径向对置的封闭槽2a,尾柄上的驱动槽6c和6d的开口直通到尾端6b,驱动槽与闭合槽不重合。中心突起6e位于两个驱动槽6d的中间。导管2内有内槽2b,槽内装有柱形锁定件7,导管2上有驱动棱2c,2d,它们伸入驱动槽6c及6d中,可将力矩从导管2传递到钻杆上。调装套子装在导管2上,它可轴向移动并使壳体中的弹簧9呈一定压缩状态。调整套8内有闭合槽8a,可容纳锁定件7。当调整套向钻座方向压推时,锁定件7可进入槽8内,这样钻杆就可从夹具抽出。调整套8由导管2上的限止圈10限位。
图3和图4展示了钻杆16,它比图1和图2所示钻杆放大了一些,它也有轴向闭合槽16a。驱动槽16c、16d。驱动槽开口一直通到杆的尾端16b。图4中的两个闭合槽16a是沿径向对置的,而且,它们是沿通过纵轴线的对称平面Y对称配置的。驱动槽16c、16d也是沿Y平面对称配置的,中央突起16e处于两个驱动槽16d中间,其侧面与Y平面的夹角在0°-15°之间。
图5与图6中的钻杆26与图3及4中的钻杆不同,区别主要在于驱动槽26c和26d的数量。此钻杆上的闭合槽26a及驱动槽26c及26d均对称于对称平面Y。但中央突起26e的侧面相互平行且与对称平面夹角为0°。
图7和图8给出了钻杆36,钻杆上的两个闭合槽36a沿径向对置,驱动槽36c及36d的数量为5,驱动槽开口直通到钻杆尾端,在纵向截平面X两侧的各驱动槽槽口截面积总和也是一样的,中央突起36e的侧面与对称平面Y的夹角约5°左右。
Claims (6)
1、一种安装在动力驱动的手工工具上将力矩传递到冲击钻钻杆上的装置有两条、沿轴向延伸、两端封闭且沿径向对置的闭合槽(6a,16a,26a,36a),闭合槽与锁定件(7)配合作用;钻杆上至少还开有三条驱动槽(6c,6d,16c,16d,26c,26d,36c,36d)其开口一直通到钻杆的尾端(6b,16b,26b及36b),驱动槽开在一穿过两闭合槽的纵向截平面(x)的两侧,与条形驱动棱(2b,2c)相对应,驱动槽在钻杆周面上的配置方式使得任何两个驱动槽都不是沿径向对置的,其特征在于:在x截平面两侧的驱动槽槽口截面积总和相等,而且在x截平面每一侧的驱动槽都是沿与x截平面正交的纵截平面Y对称配置的。
2、根据权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于:分布在纵截平面X两侧的驱动槽数量不同。
3、根据权利要求1或2所述的装置,其特征在于;驱动槽总数是3条(6c,6d,16c,16d)
4、根据权利要求1-3中所述的任一装置,其特征在于,所有驱动槽(6c,6d,16c,16d,26c,26d,36c,36d)的长度均相同。
5、根据权利要求1-4中任一所述装置,其特征在于,相邻两驱动槽(6d,16c,16d,36c)中间的中央突起(6e,16e,26e,26f,36e)的两个侧面与对称平面Y的夹角(A,B)值在0-15°之间
6、根据权利要求1-5中任一所述装置,其特征在于,钻杆(6,16,26,36)上开有两条沿轴向延伸,两端封闭且径向对置的闭合槽(6a,16a,26a,36a),钻杆上至少还开有三条驱动槽(6c,6d,16c,26c,36c,36d),驱动槽开口一直通到钻杆(6,16,26,36)的尾端(6b,16b,26b,36b),驱动槽位于穿过2闭合槽的一纵向截平面(x)的两侧,任何两个驱动槽(6c,6d,16c,16d,26c,26d,36c,36d)都不沿径向相对配置,而在纵向截平面x一侧的驱动槽(6c,16c,26c,36c)的槽口截面积总和与在纵向截平面x的另一侧的驱动槽(6d,16d,26d,36d)的槽口截面积总和相等,而且,在x纵向截平面的每一侧的驱动槽(6c,6d,16c,16d,26c,26b,36c,36d)均沿与x截平面正交的纵向截平面Y对称配置。
