Description

本发明涉及一种产生有根切钻孔的钻孔设备,它通过一个钻头接纳机构使钻孔刀具插入钻床,一个带钻模板的钻头,该模板位于与钻头接纳机构相对的钻具的杆端面上,一个环形盘状的制动环安装在钻杆上,该钻杆在制动环和钻头头部之间的区域内有一突起部分,该突起部一方面沿钻头方向变细,另一方向沿制动环方向变细。

DE-OS    33    40    090公开一种可产生有根切钻孔的钻孔设备。在这种已知的钻孔设备中钻杆以较大的间隙被引入到一套筒之中,从而钻杆可在套筒内转动。便是这有缺点,在钻孔操作中钻头会偏斜,特别是当它遇到钻杆或其他特别硬的元件时,这样会产生钻孔的变形。一个特有的缺点是钻杆本身不能成为转动枢轴。

在开始所叙述的普通型钻孔设备中解决了这个问题,在本设备中,设置一个环形盘状的制动环安装在钻杆上,钻杆在制动环和钻头头部之间的区域有一突起部,该部一方面朝钻头头部方向变细,另一方面朝制动环方向变细。
在钻杆上制动环和钻头头部之间的区域内形成的突起部,使得钻杆本身有可能在钻孔操作中用作枢轴承。以环形盘的形状安装有钻杆上的制动环限制了钻孔操作中形成的枢轴转动,也防止操作中因枢轴转动引起的钻孔口变大和破裂。制动环可以放在钻杆上者也可与钻杆构成一个整体。
按照本发明所述的钻孔设备,其最优实施方案是在钻杆上有排屑槽,该槽通过钻杆上的制动环。这样保证通过钻屑槽从钻孔带回来的钻屑可以通过制动环,并将钻屑送出制动环。
把制动环夹紧在钻杆上的圈弹簧,可以安装在钻杆上制动环的上面。
在制动环与钻杆刚性连接的情况下,排屑槽终止在制动环上。
在本发明一个特别先进的开发中,钻杆在它突起部的中心区有一直径缩小区,围绕钻杆的轴承环安装在这一直径缩小区。装在钻杆直径缩小区的轴承环保护钻杆免受过度磨损,因为该环在直径缩小区围绕钻杆。钻杆的直径增加的部分与它的其他部分比较起来将经受更大的磨损,因为在钻孔操作中形成的枢轴转动的结果,直径增加部分比其他部分经受更大的应力。
因为在轴承环区突起部的缩小并没有达到完全截断沿钻杆延伸的排屑槽的程度不一样,这就保证钻杆上安装的轴承环不会阻塞钻屑沿着排屑槽的继续排出。
轴承环是磨损后要替换的元件。通过将钻杆和轴承环一起回火,得到轴承环与钻杆稳定的连接。一旦在钻孔操作中由于形成的枢轴转动导致轴承环磨损,可以将它取下,用新的代替,这有节约成本的优点,因为这样避免了替换仅是局过度磨损的整个钻杆。
以分离套筒的形式可移动地安装在钻杆周围的套筒是定心套筒,在钻孔操作中它可以精确在定心枢轴转动。因为钻杆上形成的突起部把套筒夹持在钻头头部的方向,所以防止了套筒滑过钻杆而钻杆的球形套环保证套筒保持在它的相反方向。因为排屑槽通过钻杆上的突起部的球形套环,所以并没有妨害排出钻屑。套筒的分离设计使它很容易替换,对承受磨损的部件来说,这也有助于节约成本。因为杆的突出部分取杆朝向钻头头部方向的直径,所以在钻孔操作中形成的枢轴转动就变得很容易。
在实施方案描述中,按照本发明所述的钻孔设备其钻杆也可以没有排屑槽。在那种情况下钻屑的排出将由一个抽吸管道保证,已知该管道通过钻杆延伸。

图1显示的钻孔设备包括钻杆1和与它刚性连接的制动环2。钻模板4插入钻头头部3,钻模板的侧向刃突出与钻杆1成一定角度。在钻头头部3和制动环2之间钻杆有突起部5,它在根切6的产生过程中起枢轴轴承的作用。突起部5靠在钻孔7的壁上,并在该区呈园柱形状,由突起部5限制枢轴区。这样有可能在钻孔的底部产生界限确定的根切6。
通过加压或其他的方法将制动环2刚性地固定在杆1上,并限制在钻头头部3能够穿透的深度。
为了能够将在钻孔操作过程中产生的钻屑传送出钻孔7,钻杆1有屑槽8,它从钻头头中3开始,通过突起部5和穿过制动环2,延伸到杆的直线部分。这样可以将钻屑传送出制动环2的环形开口。
图2显示本发明所述钻孔设备的另一实施方案,在此方案中通过与杆1上环形槽啮合的圈弹簧9固定制动环2。这样一旦去掉圈簧9就可以毫不困难地更换制动环2。
在图2显示的实施方案中,还有一部件用来承受磨损,它以轴承环10的形式装设在突起部5最粗的部分,该环有平滑的园形表面与突起部5的形状相配合。轴承环10在槽或直径缩小段11处围绕钻杆1,该槽或直径缩小段的凹进深度比排屑槽8浅。从而排屑槽8也在轴承环10下部延伸以便将在钻头头部3处产生的钻屑可以排出钻孔。
轴承环10有纵向槽12使得轴承环10可以扩张,当它安装到钻杆上时又能缩小。首先可以将轴承环10安装到没有回火的钻杆1上,然后与钻杆1一起回火。
轴承环10是磨损后打算更换的元件,在枢轴转动过程中它比图1显示的突起部5有较好的承载性能。
图3表示本发明所述钻孔设备的另一实施方案,其中制动环2由套筒14的制动突缘13构成。套筒14有纵向槽15,安装在球形套环16和杆突出部17之间。杆突出部17在钻头头部3的方向逐渐变细,结果使得当按规定的方式进行根切6(图1)时在杆突出部17和钻头头部3之间的杆部分1b限制了枢轴转动。

Claims (12)

1、产生有根切钻孔的钻孔设备,该设备包括通过钻头接纳机构可以插入钻床的钻孔刀具,带有钻模板的钻头,钻模板位于钻头接纳机构对面的钻孔刀具钻杆的终端面上,其特征在于环形盘状的制动环(2)安装在钻杆(1)上,钻杆(1)在制动环(2)和钻头头部(3)之间的区域有一突起部(5),该部一方面朝钻头头部(3)方向变细,另一方面朝制动环(2)方向变细。
2、按照权利要求1所述的钻孔设备,其特征在于突起部(5)在它的最大直径区域是园柱形的。
3、按照权利要求1或2所述的钻孔设备,其特征在于在钻杆(1)上有排钻屑的槽(8),它通过钻杆(1)上的制动环(2)。

10、按照权利要求1所述的钻孔设备,其特征在于钻杆(1)在突起部(5)和装入钻床的钻杆部分之间的区域,有球形轴环(16),排屑槽(8)在它上面通过,特征还有分离套筒(14)安装在钻杆(1)上球形轴环(16)的那一边,即在钻头头部(3)的方向,该套筒用作定心套筒,它具有带制动表面的制动凸缘(13),用作制动环,该制动凸缘靠在球形轴环(16)上。
