Abstract

本发明公开了一种大直径钢管内壁自动清洗装置,包括滚柱式输送机和除垢装置,所述除垢装置包括伸缩机构和转动机构,转动机构的第一电机轴伸固定有小齿轮,小齿轮与大齿轮啮合,大齿轮的端面一端并联有底盘,底盘的外圈与固定座的内圈之间设有若干滚珠;伸缩机构的第二电机轴伸固定有主动锥齿轮,主动锥齿轮与两个对称设置的从动锥齿轮啮合;左旋螺母和右旋螺母与剪叉结构铰接,剪叉结构的中间圆环内套装有连接杆,连接杆的外端设有清洁头。使用该装置可以快速高效的完成对钢管内壁的除垢和清洗工作,结构简单,成本低,自动化程度高,清洗效果好,极大降低了工人的劳动强度。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种大直径钢管内壁自动清洗装置。
背景技术
所谓大直径钢管是指直径大于200mm的钢管。在化工、石油等行业,对用于输送液体、粉体的钢管内壁要求非常严格,有的清洗之后还要进行表面喷涂处理,目前通用做法是用钢丝刷等工具清除尘土、油垢和铁锈,对于工人来说,是一项难度大、费时费力的艰苦工作。特别是在批量生产的情况,更是浪费大量人力物力。
发明内容
为取代人工,提高工作效率,本发明提供一种大直径钢管内壁自动清洗装置。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:大直径钢管内壁自动清洗装置,包括滚柱式输送机和除垢装置,所述滚柱式输送机包括动力源、滚柱组、支架和链条,所述动力源通过链条驱动滚柱组同向转动,所述待清洗钢管置于滚柱组上;所述除垢装置包括伸缩机构和转动机构,所述转动机构包括第一电机,所述第一电机的轴伸固定有小齿轮,所述小齿轮与大齿轮啮合,所述大齿轮的端面一端并联有底盘,所述底盘的外圈与固定座的内圈之间设有若干滚珠,所述底盘的外圈与固定座的内圈通过滚珠形成滚动接触;所述伸缩机构包括第二电机和剪叉结构,所述第二电机固连于大齿轮上,所述第二电机的轴伸固定有主动锥齿轮,所述主动锥齿轮与两个对称设置的从动锥齿轮啮合,其中一个从动锥齿轮与左旋螺杆相连,另一个从动锥齿轮与右旋螺杆相连;所述左旋螺杆与左旋螺母螺纹连接,所述右旋螺杆与右旋螺母螺纹连接,所述左旋螺母和右旋螺母与剪叉结构铰接,所述剪叉结构的X形剪叉与中间圆环铰接,所述中间圆环内套装有连接杆,所述连接杆的外端设有清洁头。
进一步的,所述的滚柱式输送机的动力源为第一气缸和由第一气缸驱动的齿轮齿条机构。
进一步的,所述待清洗钢管的上端设有压块,所述压块与第二气缸相连。
进一步的,所述待清洗钢管的右端设有挡块,所述挡块与第三气缸相连。
进一步的,所述第三气缸的下面设有接料箱。
本发明的有益效果是,使用该装置可以快速高效的完成对钢管内壁的除垢和清洗工作,结构简单,成本低,自动化程度高,清洗效果好,极大降低了工人的劳动强度;滚柱式输送机的动力源采用气缸驱动的齿轮齿条机构,取消电机,与其它气缸共用一个气泵,节省能源,降低成本。

具体实施方式
如图1和图2所示,大直径钢管内壁自动清洗装置,包括滚柱式输送机和除垢装置,所述滚柱式输送机包括动力源24、滚柱组25、支架8及链条14,所述动力源24通过链条14驱动滚柱组25同向转动,由于滚柱组25是间歇工作,动力源24采用由第一气缸26驱动的齿轮齿条机构27。即第一气缸26与齿轮齿条机构27的齿条相连,而齿轮齿条机构27的齿轮与链轮相连,链轮与链条14形成链传动。所述除垢装置包括伸缩机构和转动机构,所述转动机构包括第一电机1,所述第一电机1的轴伸固定有小齿轮3,所述小齿轮3与大齿轮4啮合,所述大齿轮4的端面一端并联有底盘15,所述底盘15的外圈与固定座16的内圈之间设有若干滚珠13,所述底盘15的外圈与固定座16的内圈通过滚珠13形成滚动接触;所述伸缩机构包括第二电机2和剪叉结构12,所述第二电机2固连于大齿轮4上,所述第二电机2的轴伸固定有主动锥齿轮9,所述主动锥齿轮9与两个对称设置的从动锥齿轮7啮合,其中一个从动锥齿轮7与左旋螺杆5相连,另一个从动锥齿轮7与右旋螺杆6相连;所述左旋螺杆5与左旋螺母10螺纹连接,所述右旋螺杆6与右旋螺母11螺纹连接,所述左旋螺母10和右旋螺母11与剪叉结构12铰接,所述剪叉结构12的X形剪叉与中间圆环铰接,所述中间圆环内套装有连接杆17,所述连接杆17的外端设有清洁头18。除垢装置将底盘15与剪叉结构12组合在一起,从而完成旋转和伸缩功能。所述待清洗钢管28的上端设有压块21,所述压块21与第二气缸20相连。所述待清洗钢管28的右端设有挡块22,所述挡块22与第三气缸23相连。所述第三气缸23的下面设有接料箱19。
工作时,第一气缸26动作,推动齿轮齿条机构27的齿条右移,与齿条啮合的齿轮转动一个角度,与其同轴的链轮也转动一个角度,则通过链条14传动,驱动滚柱组25同向转动,当一个待清洗钢管28到达右侧,与起限位作用的挡块22接触;这时第二气缸20控制压块21夹紧待清洗钢管28。第一电机1和第二电机2同时启动,清洁头18进入待清洗钢管28内壁,清洁头18同时旋转和伸缩,可以有效清除钢管内壁的尘土、油垢和铁锈。在清洁头18工作的时候,开启高压水龙头,对内壁进行清洗。在规定时间内完成一个钢管清洗后,第二气缸20控制压块21抬起,第三气缸23控制挡块22右移,清洗完的钢管滑入接料箱19。

1.大直径钢管内壁自动清洗装置,包括滚柱式输送机和除垢装置,所述滚柱式输送机包括动力源(24)、滚柱组(25)、支架(8)和链条(14),所述动力源(24)通过链条(14)驱动滚柱组(25)同向转动,所述待清洗钢管(28)置于滚柱组(25)上,其特征在于:所述除垢装置包括伸缩机构和转动机构,所述转动机构包括第一电机(1),所述第一电机(1)的轴伸固定有小齿轮(3),所述小齿轮(3)与大齿轮(4)啮合,所述大齿轮(4)的端面一端并联有底盘(15),所述底盘(15)的外圈与固定座(16)的内圈之间设有若干滚珠(13),所述底盘(15)的外圈与固定座(16)的内圈通过滚珠(13)形成滚动接触;所述伸缩机构包括第二电机(2)和剪叉结构(12),所述第二电机(2)固连于大齿轮(4)上,所述第二电机(2)的轴伸固定有主动锥齿轮(9),所述主动锥齿轮(9)与两个对称设置的从动锥齿轮(7)啮合,其中一个从动锥齿轮(7)与左旋螺杆(5)相连,另一个从动锥齿轮(7)与右旋螺杆(6)相连;所述左旋螺杆(5)与左旋螺母(10)螺纹连接,所述右旋螺杆(6)与右旋螺母(11)螺纹连接,所述左旋螺母(10)和右旋螺母(11)与剪叉结构(12)铰接,所述剪叉结构(12)的X形剪叉与中间圆环铰接,所述中间圆环内套装有连接杆(17),所述连接杆(17)的外端设有清洁头(18)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的大直径钢管内壁自动清洗装置,其特征在于:所述的滚柱式输送机的动力源(24)为第一气缸(26)和由第一气缸(26)驱动的齿轮齿条机构(27)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的大直径钢管内壁自动清洗装置,其特征在于:所述待清洗钢管(28)的上端设有压块(21),所述压块(21)与第二气缸(20)相连。
4.根据权利要求1所述的大直径钢管内壁自动清洗装置,其特征在于:所述待清洗钢管(28)的右端设有挡块(22),所述挡块(22)与第三气缸(23)相连。
5.根据权利要求4所述的大直径钢管内壁自动清洗装置,其特征在于:所述第三气缸(23)的下面设有接料箱(19)。
