技术领域
本发明是一种西番莲蜂蜜冻干粉及其制备方法,属于食品中冻干粉的工艺领域。
背景技术
西番莲富含人体必需的17种氨基酸及多种维生素、微量元素等160多种有益成份。其中丰富的天然活性成分类黄酮是减除烦躁和缓减压力的基本元素,其卓越的舒压功效,有助入睡。源自纯天然的镇静作用,顺应身体自然机制理疗,完全没有普通安眠药或镇静药剂令肝肾受损、头晕、头痛、记忆力衰退等副作用。西番莲有多种健康功效:天然的镇定剂,松弛、镇定神经效果特佳;治疗失眠,诱导自然入睡和深度睡眠,消除头痛,晕眩等现象;舒缓焦虑紧张、抑郁寡欢、神经紧张所引起的头痛、胃痛、尿频、心慌;改善因神经紧张所引起的肌肉痉挛、抽搐、疼痛等;舒解神经紧张及极度焦虑所引起之所有不适感;改善情绪极度低落、精神过度焦虑;治疗气郁症,舒解胀气,帮助消化。
西番莲深度清理机理:超纤维能够深入肠胃的最细微部份,通过其活性基因吸收体内有害物质将其彻底排出,并可改善肠道内的菌群构成,起到保护肠胃不吸收有害物质的屏壁作用。
西番莲排毒养颜机理:净化机体,避免有害物质在体内沉积,进而达到改善皮肤、美化容颜的作用。

发明内容
一种西番莲蜂蜜冻干粉,其特征在于有以下重量份的原料制成:蜂蜜300~330、西番莲100~120、西番莲叶12~15、巴戟天6~8、淫羊霍4~6、米酒8~12、黄荆叶5~7、杏仁14~16、火麻油5~6、葡萄籽5~7、山楂籽6~8、核桃仁8~10,助剂4~5和适量的水;所述助剂由以下重量份的原料制成:菱角茎4~6、心胆草3~4、芭蕉花5~5.5、枇杷叶6~8、关公须3~4.5、红糖4.5~6、黄豆芽7~10、田七4~5、土豆粉10~12、白芝麻2~3和适量的水;制备方法是将白芝麻先炒制焦黄,磨粉,混合土豆粉后制成混合粉料,混合菱角茎、心胆草、芭蕉花、枇杷叶、关公须、黄豆芽和田七,加水至液面高出物料8~10cm,煎煮65~80min,过滤得滤汁,加入红糖调匀,与前述的混合粉料混合,最后干燥,粉碎即得。
一种西番莲蜂蜜冻干粉的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下几个步骤:
(1)先将杏仁及核桃仁磨碎成颗粒,混合山楂籽和葡萄籽,加入少量火麻油爆炒8~12min;
(2)将西番莲叶、巴戟天、淫羊霍、米酒、黄荆叶、助剂及其它以下未涉及的剩余成分加入(1)的混合料中,加6~8倍于总量的水煎煮40~60min后过滤得汤汁;
(3)取西番莲的果肉部分,磨浆,将所得匀浆混合蜂蜜,同时加入(2)所得汤汁,调匀后低温-40℃以下迅速冻成固体;
(4)将(3)的固体放于真空冷冻干燥机中,真空干燥10~12h后提高干燥室温度至30~40℃,3~4h进一步干燥,最后将所得物块粉碎成粉末即可。
材料中出现的不常见物料介绍如下:
心胆草:柳叶菜科多年生草本,煎汤服用,有除湿,驱虫,止血,止痛的功效。
芭蕉花:为芭蕉科植物芭蕉的花蕾或花,具有独特的鲜甜味,具有化痰软坚,平肝,和瘀,通经的功效。
关公须:野芝麻亚科的一年生草本,根、叶入药,药效与丹参类似。
本发明的优点:本发明的西番莲蜂蜜冻干粉是先将西番莲磨浆,再混合蜂蜜及特制的助剂冷冻,最后真空干燥完成的,西番莲富含人体必需的17种氨基酸及多种维生素、微量元素等160多种有益成份,做成蜂蜜冻干粉的形式有利于保存和服用,使功效进一步提升,方便存储和运输等。
具体实施方式
一种西番莲蜂蜜冻干粉,其特征在于有以下重量份的原料制成:蜂蜜300~330g、西番莲100~120g、西番莲叶12~15g、巴戟天6~8g、淫羊霍4~6g、米酒8~12g、黄荆叶5~7g、杏仁14~16g、火麻油5~6g、葡萄籽5~7g、山楂籽6~8g、核桃仁8~10g,助剂4~5g和适量的水;所述助剂由以下重量份的原料制成:菱角茎4~6g、心胆草3~4g、芭蕉花5~5.5g、枇杷叶6~8g、关公须3~4.5g、红糖4.5~6g、黄豆芽7~10g、田七4~5g、土豆粉10~12g、白芝麻2~3g和适量的水;制备方法是将白芝麻先炒制焦黄,磨粉,混合土豆粉后制成混合粉料,混合菱角茎、心胆草、芭蕉花、枇杷叶、关公须、黄豆芽和田七,加水至液面高出物料8~10cm,煎煮65~80min,过滤得滤汁,加入红糖调匀,与前述的混合粉料混合,最后干燥,粉碎即得。

(1)先将杏仁及核桃仁磨碎成颗粒,混合山楂籽和葡萄籽,加入少量火麻油爆炒8~12min;
(2)将西番莲叶、巴戟天、淫羊霍、米酒、黄荆叶、助剂及其它以下未涉及的剩余成分加入(1)的混合料中,加6~8倍于总量的水煎煮40~60min后过滤得汤汁;
(3)取西番莲的果肉部分,磨浆,将所得匀浆混合蜂蜜,同时加入(2)所得汤汁,调匀后低温-40℃以下迅速冻成固体;
(4)将(3)的固体放于真空冷冻干燥机中,真空干燥10~12h后提高干燥室温度至30~40℃,3~4h进一步干燥,最后将所得物块粉碎成粉末即可。

1.一种西番莲蜂蜜冻干粉,其特征在于有以下重量份的原料制成:蜂蜜300~330、西番莲100~120、西番莲叶12~15、巴戟天6~8、淫羊霍4~6、米酒8~12、黄荆叶5~7、杏仁14~16、火麻油5~6、葡萄籽5~7、山楂籽6~8、核桃仁8~10,助剂4~5和适量的水;所述助剂由以下重量份的原料制成:菱角茎4~6、心胆草3~4、芭蕉花5~5.5、枇杷叶6~8、关公须3~4.5、红糖4.5~6、黄豆芽7~10、田七4~5、土豆粉10~12、白芝麻2~3和适量的水;制备方法是将白芝麻先炒制焦黄,磨粉,混合土豆粉后制成混合粉料,混合菱角茎、心胆草、芭蕉花、枇杷叶、关公须、黄豆芽和田七,加水至液面高出物料8~10cm,煎煮65~80min,过滤得滤汁,加入红糖调匀,与前述的混合粉料混合,最后干燥,粉碎即得。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种西番莲蜂蜜冻干粉的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下几个步骤:
