Abstract

本发明涉及一种电磁感应加热装置,是用于将片材接合在具备导电性基体以及热塑性树脂层的固定部件上的装置,其特征在于,具备通过电磁感应经前述片材加热前述导电性基体的加热构件、测定前述片材的温度的温度测定构件以及与前述片材的温度相应地设定由前述加热构件进行的加热时间的加热时间设定构件,通过由前述导电性基体的加热而产生的前述热塑性树脂层的热熔敷,将前述固定部件接合在前述片材上。根据本发明,能够提供一种即使因季节、气候等使得铺设面的温度变化大,也可以将固定部件和片材良好地接合,另外,即使片材的铺设需要时间,也能够将片材无差别、均匀、确实地固定在所有的固定部件上的电磁感应加热装置。

电磁感应加热装置
技术领域
本申请根据2012年1月17日在日本国申请的特愿2012-6892号为基础主张优先权,其内容援用在这里。
本发明涉及电磁感应加热装置,尤其涉及用于在建筑物的屋顶为了防水等目的而铺设片材的电磁感应加热装置。
背景技术
当在大厦等建筑物的屋顶上例如以防水为目的铺设防水片材时,有必要通过某种方法将防水片材固定在屋顶底板面,作为其方法之一,已知使用了电磁感应加热装置的固定方法。
在使用电磁感应加热装置固定防水片材的方法中,例如,将多个在由金属等导电性材料构成的圆盘上具有热熔粘接剂等热塑性树脂层的固定部件分别设置在屋顶底板面,由锚钉等固定件将各固定部件固定在屋顶底板面,然后,在屋顶底板面以及固定部件之上铺设防水片材。接着,例如,通过目视在固定部件的设置部分产生的防水片材的阶梯差来确认固定部件的位置,经防水片材将电磁感应加热装置载置在固定部件之上。
而且,若使载置在固定部件之上的电磁感应加热装置的电源接通,则电流在设置在装置的内部的加热线圈流动,与此相伴,在加热线圈的周围产生磁通。前述磁通在固定部件通过,据此,涡电流在圆盘流动,固定部件被电磁感应加热。若固定部件的圆盘被加热,则固定部件的热塑性树脂层熔融,据此,防水片材被热熔敷并接合在固定部件。这样的方法例如被日本特开平10-140774号公报公开。

但是,在建筑物的屋顶底板面等露出在外界的表面上,因季节、气候等造成的温度变化大,另外,即使在一天之中,也存在温度在昼夜变化得大的情况。但是,现状中,由于是作业者通过手工作业与季节、气候等相应地例如2阶段调整加热水平的程度,所以,难以进行考虑了曝露在日光的部分和并非如此的部分的温度差等的加热水平的细微的调整。
因此,由于防水片材的铺设作业时期以及气候等,难以得到固定部件和防水片材的良好的接合状态,另外,由于屋顶底板面宽大等理由,在防水片材的铺设作业需要时间的情况下,即使能够在一部分固定部件和防水片材之间确保良好的接合状态,也存在另一方的固定部件和防水片材的接合状态不良的可能性。
本发明是鉴于这样的以往技术的问题点做出的发明,其目的在于,提供一种即使由于季节、气候等使得铺设面的温度变化大,也可以将固定部件和片材良好地接合,另外,即使片材的铺设需要时间,也能够将片材无差别、均匀、确实地固定在所有的固定部件上的电磁感应加热装置。

本发明的目的是
通过下述的电磁感应加热装置实现的,
所述的装置是用于将片材接合在具备导电性基体以及热塑性树脂层的固定部件上的装置,其特征在于,
具备
通过电磁感应经前述片材加热前述导电性基体的加热构件、
测定前述片材的温度的温度测定构件以及
与前述片材的温度相应地设定由前述加热构件进行的加热时间的加热时间设定构件,
通过由前述导电性基体的加热而产生的前述热塑性树脂层的热熔敷,将前述固定部件接合在前述片材上。
优选前述加热构件与高频电源连接。
优选前述加热构件的周围具备检测前述固定部件的位置的多个位置检测用传感器。
优选本发明的电磁感应加热装置具备显示前述位置检测用传感器的位置检测结果的显示部。
优选前述温度测定构件是非接触型温度计。
优选前述加热时间设定构件从被预先相关联地记录的多个温度值和加热时间的组合,选择与由前述温度测定构件测定的前述片材的温度对应的加热时间,作为前述加热时间。
优选前述导电性基体由金属构成。
优选前述片材由热塑性树脂构成。
发明效果
本发明的电磁感应加热装置因为与作为被固定对象的片材的温度相应地控制加热时间,所以,即使因季节、气候等使得铺设面的温度变化大,也可以通过加热时间的调整,而将固定部件和片材良好地接合,另外,即使在片材的铺设需要时间,环境温度从作业开始时点变化的情况下,也能够通过加热时间的调整,而将片材无差别、均匀、确实地固定在所有的固定部件上。另外,还能够谋求作业时间的效率化。
在前述加热构件与高频电源连接的情况下,能够有效地进行电磁感应加热。
在前述加热构件的周围具备检测前述固定部件的位置的多个位置检测用传感器的情况下,即使在由于固定部件的导电性基体被埋设在底板面等理由,即便将片材铺设在底板面以及固定部件之上,在该片材上没有产生大的阶梯差,难以经片材目视识别固定部件的位置的情况下,也能够检测固定部件的位置。
在本发明的电磁感应加热装置具备显示前述位置检测用传感器的位置检测结果的显示部的情况下,能够轻易地判别固定部件的位置。
在前述温度测定构件为非接触型温度计的情况下,能够更迅速·轻易地实施片材的温度测定。
在前述加热时间设定构件从被预先相关联地记录的多个温度值和加热时间的组合,选择与由前述温度测定构件测定的前述片材的温度对应的加热时间,作为前述加热时间的情况下,可以根据过去的经验设定加热时间,能够更确实地实现热熔敷。
在前述导电性基体由金属构成的情况下,可轻易地实施电磁感应加热,另外,能够将因电磁感应而产生的热良好地向热塑性树脂层传导。
在前述片材由热塑性树脂构成的情况下,能够使固定部件和片材的接合强度更大。

具体实施方式
下面,一面参见附图,一面说明本发明的电磁感应加热装置的实施方式的一例。
在本发明的一实施样态中,当在建筑物的屋顶底板面上为了防水等目的铺设片材时,在屋顶底板面的规定位置设置具备导电性基体以及热塑性树脂层的固定部件,遍及整个底板面铺设覆盖该固定部件的片材,通过电磁感应加热,从该片材之上加热前述导电性基体,由该热使热塑性树脂层熔融,将前述片材接合在前述固定部件上。
图1是表示有关本发明的一实施方式的固定部件。
在该例中,固定部件1具有在作为圆盘状的薄板的导电性基体1a的上面侧包覆了可热熔融的热塑性树脂层1b的2层构造。另外,在该例中,在固定部件1的中央部形成贯通孔。
导电性基体1a的厚度虽未被特别限定,但是,例如可以为0.1~5mm,优选0.3~3mm,更优选0.5~1.5mm。热塑性树脂层1b的厚度也未被特别限定,但是,例如可以为0.01~1mm,更优选0.05~0.5mm,更进一步优选0.01~0.1mm。
导电性基体1a的材质在为导电性的情况下,未被特别限定,可以使用任意的导电性无机材料或者导电性有机材料,但是,从热传导性的观点出发,优选铁、不锈钢、铜、铝等金属或者其合金,从电磁感应加热性的观点出发,更优选铁、不锈钢,从难以产生锈的观点出发,尤其优选不锈钢。另外,还能够使用由锌、铝或者它们的合金等非铁金属电镀的铁板。
固定部件1例如能够通过在将不锈钢板加压成形成碟状而得到的圆盘1a的表面涂层热塑性树脂层1b的方法、在将热塑性树脂层1b涂层在不锈钢钢板上后,冲裁成碟状的方法等制造。
热塑性树脂层1b的材质在为可热熔融的情况下,未被特别限定,可以使用聚烯烃、聚苯乙烯、聚乙酸乙烯酯、聚乙烯醇、聚乙烯醇缩醛、聚丙烯酸脂、聚丙烯酰胺、聚丙烯腈、聚醚、聚氯乙烯、聚偏氯乙烯、聚酯、聚酰胺、聚酰亚胺、聚砜等任意的聚合物或者它们的结构单体的共聚物中的一种以上,但是,也能够使用热熔粘接剂。作为热熔粘接剂,例如可以适宜地使用由醋酸乙烯酯、乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯共聚物、聚乙烯醇缩丁醛、聚烯烃、聚酰胺、聚酯、热塑性合成橡胶等构成的热熔粘接剂,它们可以单独或者混合2种以上使用。
图2表示有关本发明的一实施方式的固定部件以及片材的设置样态。
在该例中,图1所示的固定部件1通过贯通其中央部的贯通孔的锚钉2固定在底板面3上,在其之上铺设片材4,以便覆盖底板面3以及固定部件1。底板面3上的固定部件1的设置样态为任意,但是,例如,能够在底板面的周边部以50cm间隔配置2列,在内侧以1m间隔交替地设置。
片材4的厚度未被特别限定,但是,例如,能够为0.4~5mm,更优选0.8~3mm,更进一步优选1~2mm。
片材4的材质为任意,但是,优选具有与片材的设置目的一致的特性的材质。例如,在以防水目的使用片材4的情况下,优选片材4的材质是具有防水性的材质,例如,能够使用非水溶性的热塑性树脂或者热硬化性树脂或它们的混合物。
作为非水溶性的热塑性树脂,能够列举出聚烯烃、聚苯乙烯、聚乙酸乙烯酯、聚丙烯酸脂、聚丙烯酰胺、聚丙烯腈、聚醚、聚氯乙烯、聚偏氯乙烯、聚酯、聚酰胺、聚酰亚胺、聚砜、热塑性合成橡胶等,但是,在作为热塑性树脂层1b使用热熔粘接剂的情况下,优选与该热熔粘接剂具有亲和性的树脂,例如,能够使用聚烯烃、聚氯乙烯、乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯共聚物、热塑性合成橡胶等。另外,在作为热塑性树脂层1b使用热熔粘接剂以外的热塑性树脂的情况下,从接合强度的观点出发,也优选构成片材4的热塑性树脂为与构成热塑性树脂层1b的热塑性树脂具有亲和性的树脂,更优选为同一种类。例如,在热塑性树脂层1b由聚氯乙烯构成的情况下,优选片材4也由聚氯乙烯构成。
作为非水溶性的热硬化性树脂,能够列举出聚氨酯、苯酚树脂、环氧树脂、尿素树脂、三聚氰胺树脂等,但是,优选聚氨酯。
片材4可以是单层,也可以是2层以上的层叠体。在为2层以上的层叠体的情况下,可以是一方的层由热塑性树脂构成,另一方的层由热硬化性树脂构成。从与热塑性树脂层1b的亲和性的观点以及对夏季的高温环境的承受性的观点出发,优选与固定部件1接触的一侧由热塑性树脂构成,片材4的露出到外界的表面侧由热硬化性树脂构成。
图3表示有关本发明的一实施方式的电磁感应加热装置的概略结构。
有关本发明的一实施方式的电磁感应加热装置由加热保持器以及装置主体这2个部分构成,加热保持器至少具备固定部件的导电性基体的感应加热用的加热线圈、固定部件的位置检测用传感器以及片材的温度测定用的非接触型温度计,另一方面,装置主体至少具备构成设定由加热线圈进行的加热时间的加热时间设定构件的计算机以及控制回路。本发明的电磁感应加热装置的装置主体可与省略了图示的电源连接。另一方面,加热保持器可以由连接线缆与装置主体连接,但是,连接线缆可从加热保持器以及装置主体这两者拆下。
图4表示有关本发明的一实施方式的电磁感应加热装置5的装置主体6。
在图4所示的例中,装置主体6具备主电源显示灯7以及显示器8,作业者通过将装置主体6与电源连接而从该电源供给电力,装置主体6中的计算机以及控制回路为ON,主电源显示灯7点亮,另外,电磁感应加热装置5的状态可在显示器8显示。
装置主体6通常与商用的交流电源连接而使用,但是,优选装置主体6具备可将来自交流电源的交流电流转换为高频交流电流的高频电源(振荡器)。能够通过高频电源有效地实施电磁感应加热。
图5表示有关本发明的一实施方式的电磁感应加热装置5的加热保持器9。
在图5所示的例中,加热保持器9在其下部的大致圆板状的加热头10中内置电磁感应加热用的加热线圈11,通过从装置主体6经省略图示的连接线缆向加热线圈11供给电流,加热线圈11产生磁通,能够使作为被加热对象物的固定部件1的导电性基体1a产生涡电流,通过导电性基体1a本身的电阻来加热导电性基体1a。
另外,在图5所示的例中,加热头10内置检测固定部件1的位置的多个位置检测用传感器,即使在难以从片材4上目视识别固定部件1的位置的情况下,也可以检测固定部件1的位置。作为位置检测用传感器,能够使用以往公知的位置检测用传感器。
图6是表示本发明的一实施方式中的位置检测用传感器的结构的图,是从加热头10的下面侧的透视图。在该例中,在位于加热头10的中央位置的加热线圈11的周围以约90°间隔配设4个位置检测用传感器12a~12d,被内置在加热头10中。另外,位置检测用传感器12a~12d与装置主体6的计算机连接。
位置检测用传感器12a~12d例如由小型线圈构成,由省略图示的共振回路供给规定的频率的脉冲电流。因为若小型线圈接近固定部件1的导电性基体1a,则在小型线圈流动的交流电流的频率变高,所以,通过用装置主体6的计算机监视频率的状况,位置检测用传感器12a~12d能够检测固定部件1的导电性基体1a的存在。
在有关本实施方式的电磁感应加热装置中,设定成通过按下加热保持器9的启动按钮15,位置检测用传感器12a~12d从装置主体6被供给电流而自动地工作。另外,位置检测用传感器12a~12d与加热保持器9的显示部13电气性地连接,位置检测用传感器12a~12d的检测结果可显示在加热保持器9的显示部13。
该显示部13例如如图7所示,由5个显示灯14a~14e构成,显示灯14a~14d以与前述各位置检测用传感器12a~12d相同的排列图案被配置,在位置检测用传感器12a~12d的任意一个检测到固定部件1的导电性基体1a时,与之对应的显示灯14a~14d点亮,进行显示。
因此,例如,在仅上端的位置检测用传感器12a检测到导电性基体1a的状态下,仅图7的显示部13的上端的显示灯14a点亮,若从该状态开始,作业者使加热保持器9向点亮的显示灯14a的方向移动,导电性基体1a位于加热头10的正下方,所有的位置检测用传感器12a~12d检测导电性基体,则在显示灯14a~14d的基础上,显示部13的中央的显示灯14e也点亮。而且,通过确认显示灯14e的点亮,作业者能够轻易地获知加热线圈11正确地对位在固定部件1的导电性基体1a上。
另外,加热保持器9具备非接触型温度计16,可非接触地测定片材4的表面温度。作为非接触型温度计16,可以使用红外线检查型等公知的非接触型温度计。另外,非接触型温度计16与装置主体6的计算机连接。非接触型温度计16当在作业者按下启动按钮15后,使加热保持器9移动,且加热线圈11被正确地定位在固定部件1的导电性基体1a上时,测定片材4的表面温度,将其结果向装置主体6的计算机传递。
装置主体6的计算机以及控制回路根据由非接触型温度计16测定的片材4的表面温度值,按照规定的程序控制电流向加热线圈11的供给,可控制由加热线圈11进行的感应加热。
因此,若作业者按下启动按钮15,则电磁感应加热装置5首先成为导电性基体1a的检测模式,作业者一面参见显示部13的显示内容,一面使加热保持器9移动,加热线圈11被正确地定位在固定部件1的导电性基体1a上。这样一来,由非接触型温度计16测定片材4的表面温度,在与该温度值相应的规定的加热样态下,开始由加热线圈11对固定部件1的导电性基体1a进行的感应加热。
若由加热线圈11进行的规定的加热样态的感应加热完成,则仅显示部13的例如显示灯14e点亮,显示加热完成的内容。此后,电磁感应加热装置5再次返回导电性基体1a的检测模式(等待)。因此,作业者能够一面参见(按下启动按钮15后)显示部13,一面检测接着应被加热的固定部件1的导电性基体1a的位置。
接着,列举以在建筑物的屋顶底板面为防水等目的而铺设片材的情况为例,说明基于有关本发明的一实施方式的上述电磁感应加热装置的防水施工方法。
首先,在建筑物的屋顶底板面3的规定位置以规定间隔例如以棋盘的格子状设置具备导电性基体1a以及热塑性树脂层1b的固定部件1。优选固定部件1经形成在其中心部的贯通孔(参见图2)将锚钉2打入底板面3而固定。
接着,铺设宽度宽的片材4,以便将设有固定部件1的底板面3的整个面覆盖。
另一方面,若由连接线缆将电磁感应加热装置5的装置主体6与加热保持器9连接,进而,将装置主体6连接在交流电源(例如,电压100V、频率50Hz或者60Hz),则使装置主体6的计算机以及控制回路为ON,主电源显示灯7点亮,另外,显示器8开始显示。
若按下启动按钮15,则加热保持器9的位置检测用传感器12a~12d开始工作,将其检测结果显示在显示部13。作业者一面把持加热保持器9,一面使之在片材4上移动,一面观看显示部13的显示内容,一面调整加热保持器9的位置,将加热保持器9的加热线圈11正确地对位在固定部件1的导电性基体1a上。
若加热线圈11被正确地定位在固定部件1的导电性基体1a上,则加热保持器9的非接触型温度计16自动测定片材4的表面温度,将测定结果向装置主体6的计算机传递。
通过事前的实验得到的各种片材温度值和该片材温度值时的最佳的加热时间的组合作为数据库被记录在计算机的存储器,计算机从这样预先相关联地被记录的多个温度值和加热时间的组合,选择与由非接触型温度计16测定的片材4的温度对应的加热时间,自动地设定加热线圈11的加热时间。另外,前述“温度-加热时间”的数据库可以是1种,但是,优选根据片材的材质的种类、固定部件的种类等准备多种,例如,优选装置主体6具备片材4的材质的种类等的输入构件,将计算机编程为与作业者基于该输入构件的输入结果相应地从多个数据库选择与该片材材质对应的数据库。
在像这样设定了加热时间后,装置主体6的控制回路在该加热时间期间向加热线圈11供给电流,实施导电性基体1a的感应加热。据此,固定部件1的热塑性树脂层1b熔融,固定部件1被熔敷在片材4。而且,在经过了加热时间时,停止向加热线圈11的电流供给,结束感应加热。据此,热塑性树脂层1b固化,固定部件1被牢固地固定在片材4上。
这样,因为本发明的电磁感应加热装置能够与片材的温度相应地适当地控制固定部件的加热时间,所以,能够确实地实施片材向固定部件的接合。即,在片材温度低的情况下,因为该片材正下方的固定部件的热塑性树脂层的温度也低,所以,使加热时间长,使热塑性树脂层确实地熔融,另一方面,在片材温度高的情况下,因为固定部件的热塑性树脂层的温度也高,所以,能够使加热时间短。
因此,例如,因为冬季片材的温度低,所以,通过使加热时间长,可以确实地将固定部件和片材接合,另一方面,因为夏季片材的温度已经高到某种程度,所以,能够使加热时间短,缩短作业时间。同样,因为夜间片材温度较低,所以,使加热时间较长,一方面,因为白天片材温度较高,所以,能够使加热时间短。而且,因为自动进行加热时间的设定,所以,作业者没有必要在现场反复试验来设定加热时间,简便。
产业上利用的可能性
本发明的感应加热装置不仅能够使用在建筑物的屋顶底板面的防水施工,还能够使用在建筑物内的各种片材的安装、隧道的表面的防水施工、内部装饰零件向汽车、列车、船舶、飞行器等运输机的房顶、壁、底板等的安装等利用电磁感应加热的各种作业中。

Claims (8)

1.一种电磁感应加热装置,是用于将片材接合在具备导电性基体以及热塑性树脂层的固定部件上的装置,其特征在于,
具备
通过电磁感应经前述片材加热前述导电性基体的加热构件、
测定前述片材的温度的温度测定构件以及
与前述片材的温度相应地设定由前述加热构件进行的加热时间的加热时间设定构件,
通过由前述导电性基体的加热而产生的前述热塑性树脂层的热熔敷,将前述固定部件接合在前述片材上。
2.如权利要求1所述的电磁感应加热装置,其特征在于,前述加热构件与高频电源连接。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的电磁感应加热装置,其特征在于,前述加热构件的周围具备检测前述固定部件的位置的多个位置检测用传感器。
4.如权利要求3所述的电磁感应加热装置,其特征在于,具备显示前述位置检测用传感器的位置检测结果的显示部。
5.如权利要求1至4中的任一项所述的电磁感应加热装置,其特征在于,前述温度测定构件是非接触型温度计。
6.如权利要求1至5中的任一项所述的电磁感应加热装置,其特征在于,前述加热时间设定构件从被预先相关联地记录的多个温度值和加热时间的组合,选择与由前述温度测定构件测定的前述片材的温度对应的加热时间,作为前述加热时间。
7.如权利要求1至6中的任一项所述的电磁感应加热装置,其特征在于,前述导电性基体由金属构成。
8.如权利要求1至7中的任一项所述的电磁感应加热装置,其特征在于,前述片材由热塑性树脂构成。
