Abstract
一种无动物蛋白的胶囊及其制备方法,采用植物纤维素为主要原料制成,产品性能好,性质稳定,柔韧性好,抗冲击力强,不易破碎,安全性高,可靠性好,不含动物蛋白的致病菌和致病传染基因。本发明植物胶囊且不与药品发生化学反应,服用安全,且适用人群广泛。本发明植物胶囊中还含有甲壳素,可杀死人体内的肝病毒,提高人体自身免疫力。本发明植物胶囊成本低,制备工艺简单,操作性强,产品成型好,便于运输和储存。
Description
一、技术领域
本发明属于医药制造领域,特别涉及一种无动物蛋白的胶囊及其制备方法。
二、背景技术
传统的医药空心胶囊生产原料为药用明胶,药用明胶属于动物蛋白,但动物蛋白存在安全隐患;此外,明胶胶囊对温度、湿度的变化敏感,温度、湿度掌握不当时,易于破碎,不便于运输和储存,且制作成本高。
三、发明内容
为解决现有技术中存在的问题,本发明提供一种无动物蛋白的胶囊及其制备方法:原料按质量百分比组成为:植物胶71.7~96.18%,所述植物胶为普鲁兰多糖或植物纤维素中羟丙基甲基纤维素(HPMC)或乙基纤维素(EC) 或羟乙基纤维素(HEC)或羟丙基纤维素(HTC)或邻苯二甲酸酯(HPMCP);增强剂:1%~6%,增强剂为甲壳素(壳聚糖);增塑剂1%~6%,所述增塑剂为甘油或山梨醇或甘露糖醇或蔗糖;增韧剂1-3%,所述增韧剂为聚乙二醇(PEG);遮光剂0.2%~3%,所述遮光剂为二氧化钛或硫酸钡或碳酸钙;着色剂0.1%~0.3%,所述着色剂为水溶性色料或色淀颜料;凝胶剂0.3%~6%,所述凝胶剂为海藻酸钠或卡拉胶或黄原胶或瓜尔胶或结冷胶或刺槐豆胶或果胶或乙烯共聚物或海藻酸;助凝剂0.2%~2%,所述助凝剂为氯化钾或氯化钙或柠檬酸钾;表面活性剂0.02%~2%所述表面活性剂为十二烷基硫酸钠。其制备方法为:将植物胶、增强剂、增塑剂、增韧剂、遮光剂、着色剂、凝胶剂、助凝剂、表面活性剂按质量百分比称取并混合,加入水中,调制成浓度为10~50%,粘度为1000~10000厘泊的胶液,将胶液加热至25~32℃后在胶罐内经静置或减压至完全脱气,轴针预热至70~80℃,再将轴针浸入胶液1~3分钟后取出,取出后的轴针在温度为30~70℃的封闭烘干箱中烘2~4分钟,烘干后脱模,修整,即制得胶囊壳体。
本发明胶囊与现有技术相比有如下有益效果:由于本发明采用植物纤维素为主要原料制成,产品性能好,性质稳定,柔韧性好,抗冲击力强,不易破碎,安全性高,可靠性好,不含动物蛋白的致病菌和致病传染基因。本发明植物胶囊且不与药品发生化学反应,服用安全,且适用人群广泛。本发明植物胶囊中还含有甲壳素,可杀死人体内的肝病毒,提高人体自身免疫力。本发明植物胶囊成本低,制备工艺简单,操作性强,产品成型好,便于运输和储存。
四、具体实施力式
实施例1。
一种无动物蛋白的胶囊及其制备方法,本发明制成有效成分的原料按质量百分比组成为:配制羟丙基甲基纤维素HPMC71.7%,甲壳素6%,甘油6%,聚乙二醇3%, 二氧化钛3%,水溶性色料0.3%,结冷胶6%,氯化钙2% ,表面活性剂为十二烷基硫酸钠 2%,将其混合后加入水中,调制成浓度为10%,粘度为1000厘泊的胶液,将胶液加热至25℃后在胶罐内经静置或减压至完全脱气,轴针预热至80℃,再将轴针浸入胶液3分钟后取出,取出后的轴针在温度为70℃的封闭烘干箱中烘2分钟,烘干后脱模,修整,即制得胶囊壳体。
经实验破坏时间为6.8分钟
实施例2
一种无动物蛋白的胶囊及其制备方法,本发明制成有效成分的原料按质量百分比组成为:配置羟丙基纤维素96.18%,甲壳素1%,甘露糖醇1%,聚乙二醇1%,沉淀碳酸钙0.2%,水溶性色料0.1%,卡拉胶0.3%,柠檬酸钾0.2%,表面活性剂k12(十二烷基硫酸钠)0.02%,将其混合后加入水中,调制成浓度为27%;液粘度为10000厘泊的胶液;水溶液在胶罐内经静置或减压至完全脱气,轴针浸液前预热至80℃后浸入加热温度为32℃水溶液,放置2分钟;取出轴针,用封闭烘干箱烘干,烘干温度为55℃;在轴针上形成一层硬壳状共混聚合物膜,脱模即拔出轴针,经修整便制得硬质药物胶囊壳体。 胶囊套采用直径大于胶囊壳体的轴针经上述工艺流程配制水溶液,浸液,烘干,脱模,修整制得胶囊套,与胶囊壳体套合即制得植物胶囊。
经实验破坏时间为7.1分钟。

1.一种无动物蛋白的胶囊,其特征在于:原料按质量百分比组成为:植物胶71.7~96.18%,所述植物胶为普鲁兰多糖或植物纤维素中羟丙基甲基纤维素(HPMC)或乙基纤维素(EC) 或羟乙基纤维素(HEC)或羟丙基纤维素(HTC)或邻苯二甲酸酯(HPMCP);增强剂:1%~6%,增强剂为甲壳素(壳聚糖);增塑剂1%~6%,所述增塑剂为甘油或山梨醇或甘露糖醇或蔗糖;增韧剂1-3%,所述增韧剂为聚乙二醇(PEG);遮光剂0.2%~3%,所述遮光剂为二氧化钛或硫酸钡或碳酸钙;着色剂0.1%~0.3%,所述着色剂为水溶性色料或色淀颜料;凝胶剂0.3%~6%,所述凝胶剂为海藻酸钠或卡拉胶或黄原胶或瓜尔胶或结冷胶或刺槐豆胶或果胶或乙烯共聚物或海藻酸;助凝剂0.2%~2%,所述助凝剂为氯化钾或氯化钙或柠檬酸钾;表面活性剂0.02%~2%所述表面活性剂为十二烷基硫酸钠。
2.一种无动物蛋白的胶囊,其制备方法为:将植物胶、增强剂、增塑剂、增韧剂、遮光剂、着色剂、凝胶剂、助凝剂、表面活性剂按质量百分比称取并混合,加入水中,调制成浓度为10~50%,粘度为1000~10000厘泊的胶液,将胶液加热至25~32℃后在胶罐内经静置或减压至完全脱气,轴针预热至70~80℃,再将轴针浸入胶液1~3分钟后取出,取出后的轴针在温度为30~70℃的封闭烘干箱中烘2~4分钟,烘干后脱模,修整,即制得胶囊壳体。
