Abstract
本发明公开了一种纯天然多功效的保健饮品,其由甜菊叶、桑葚、覆盆子、山楂、百合、扶桑花、龙须草以及微量安全防腐剂山梨酸钾制成,原料选取纯天然中药材,具有滋阴补血、清热生津、补肾明目、健胃消食等保健功效,此外对于糖尿病和高血压也有所作用。

本发明涉及食品加工领域,尤其涉及一种纯天然无糖保健饮料。
背景技术
随着时代的发展,传统的中医药学的应用也越来越广泛,不局限于仅仅治病疗伤,越来越多的中药材已经被用于营养和保健,而随着生活水平的提高,保健已然成为人们重视的一个问题,其相对于治病求医的成本也少的多。现今市面上大多保健品含中药成分的存在不同分量的添加剂,而纯天然的产品越来越受到人们的青睐。
发明内容
本发明要解决的问题是提供一种纯天然无糖的保健饮料,由甜菊叶、桑葚、覆盆子、山楂、百合、扶桑花、龙须草以及微量安全防腐剂山梨酸钾制成,其中百合6-10份、覆盆子10-20份、桑葚15-30份、山楂30-50份、甜菊叶5-10份、龙须草10-30份、扶桑花20-30份、山梨酸钾0.5份,其为每1000份水中应加入的材料重量配比。
较佳的,所述百合取百合干,山楂取酸口山楂。
较佳的,所述材料口感偏甜的优选为百合10份、覆盆子10份、桑葚15份、山楂30份、甜菊叶10份、龙须草10份、扶桑花20份、山梨酸钾0.5份,其为每1000份水中应加入的材料重量配比。
较佳的,所述材料口感偏酸的优选为百合6份、覆盆子20份、桑葚30份、山楂50份、甜菊叶5份、龙须草10份、扶桑花30份、山梨酸钾0.5份,其为每1000份水中应加入的材料重量配比。
本发明还提供一种制备本保健饮料的方法,其特征在于包含以下步骤:
预处理:将原料分别洗净,绞碎,山楂需去核;
煎煮:按照重量配比加入原料和水注入相应的水煎煮,时长为1-1.2小时;
过滤:将煎煮好的饮料通过滤网滤去饮料中的固态物资;
杀菌消毒:将过滤后的饮料冷却并进行低温杀菌消毒;
抽检:将经过杀菌消毒的饮料取一份作抽样检查原材料,若各项指标符合国家食品安全标准即可完成制备,瓶装或罐装出厂。
该饮料味道甜中带酸,口味上佳,同时有滋阴补血、清热生津、补肾明目、健胃消食等保健功效,此外对于糖尿病和高血压也所作用,本品既可作功能饮料推广,亦可作糖尿病、高血压患者的专属饮料,具有一定的市场价值。
具体实施方式
实施例一
本饮料偏甜的一种制法,取百合干10克、覆盆子20克、桑葚15克、酸口山楂30克、甜菊叶10克、龙须草10克、扶桑花20克。
一种制备本饮品的方法,包含以下步骤:
1) 预处理:将原料分别洗净,绞碎,山楂需去核;
2) 煎煮:注入1000克水煎煮,时长为1小时;
3) 过滤:将煎煮好的饮料通过滤层滤去饮料中的固态物资;
4) 杀菌消毒:将过滤后的饮料进行紫外线杀菌消毒;
5) 抽检:将经过杀菌消毒的饮料取一份作抽样检查原材料,若各项指标符合国家食品安全标准即可完成制备,瓶装或罐装出厂。
实施例二
本饮料偏酸的一种制法,取百合干5克、覆盆子30克、桑葚30克、酸口山楂50克、甜菊叶5克、龙须草10克、扶桑花30克。

1.一种纯天然无糖保健饮料,其特征在于由甜菊叶、桑葚、覆盆子、山楂、百合、扶桑花、龙须草以及微量安全防腐剂山梨酸钾制成,其中百合6-10份、覆盆子10-20份、桑葚15-30份、山楂30-50份、甜菊叶5-10份、龙须草10-30份、扶桑花20-30份、山梨酸钾0.5份,其为每1000份水中应加入的材料重量配比。
2.根据权利要求1所述纯天然无糖保健饮料,其特征在于所述百合取百合干,山楂取酸口山楂。
3.根据权利要求1所述纯天然无糖保健饮料,其特征在于所述材料口感偏甜的优选为百合10份、覆盆子10份、桑葚15份、山楂30份、甜菊叶10份、龙须草10份、扶桑花20份、山梨酸钾0.5份,其为每1000份水中应加入的材料重量配比。
4.根据权利要求1所述纯天然无糖保健饮料,其特征在于所述材料口感偏酸的优选为百合6份、覆盆子20份、桑葚30份、山楂50份、甜菊叶5份、龙须草10份、扶桑花30份、山梨酸钾0.5份,其为每1000份水中应加入的材料重量配比。
