Abstract

本发明提供的一种金虫草培养基,每1000ml蒸馏水中包括以下成分：葡萄糖50g、麦芽糖25g、牛肉膏7g、蛋白胨12g、磷酸氢二钾0.2g、硫酸镁0.2g、蚕蛹粉30g、琼脂40g、人参粉0.3g、硫酸铜0.1g、氯化铁0.1g、氯化钠0.2g、葡萄糖酸钙0.2g。跟现有技术相比，本发明提供的金虫草培养基营养丰富，葡萄糖和麦芽糖提供了丰富的碳源，牛肉膏和蛋白胨提供了有机氮，人参粉和蚕蛹粉增加其药用价值，利于生长；微量的磷酸氢二钾、硫酸镁等的加入，为金虫草的生长提供矿物质环境，促进其生长。培养基中丰富的营养和物质为金虫草的生长提供了有利条件，提高了其产量和虫草素含量。

技术领域
本发明属于金虫草的培育领域，具体涉及一种金虫草培养基。
背景技术
金虫草的化学成分药理，药效与野生冬虫夏草极为相似，经中国医学科学院药物研究分析室，中国科学院沈阳分院理化测试中心等权威部门的检测表明，北虫草的一些主要营养及药物成份如虫草素、虫草多糖、蛋白质等还要高于冬虫夏草。
现代医学研究表明,金虫草不仅含有丰富的蛋白质(含量为39.37％,是猪肉,牛肉,羊肉蛋白质含量的1.8,1.5,1.9倍)和氨基酸,而且含有30多种人体所需的微量元素.其中P(磷)的含量是冬虫夏草的3.5倍,Zn(锌),Cu(铜),Fe(铁三种元素的含量是28种补益药平均值的1.8,2.1和8.8倍,Se(硒)的含量与黄芪的含量相当。所以,北虫草具有催眠镇静,益肝肾,补虚损,防癌,抗癌,止血,化痰,平喘等多种功效,与人参,鹿茸并称为中药宝库中的三大补药。在<本草从新>中记载有甘平保肺,益肾,补精髓,止血化痰等疗效。因为虫草入肺肾二经,既能补肺阴,又能补肾阳,是唯一能同时平衡和调节阴阳的中药。
目前人工培养金虫草的很多，但是，因为金虫草对生长环境要求比较苛刻，培养基的制备对金虫草的生长起到至关重要的作用，但是目前人工配制的培养基由于营养成分不全面，虫草素含量比较低，金虫草的生长受到限制，影响产量及质量。
发明内容
为解决上述技术问题，本发明提供一种金虫草培养基，营养丰富，更适合金虫草生长，且产量和虫草素含量更高。

跟现有技术相比，本发明提供的金虫草培养基营养丰富，葡萄糖和麦芽糖提供了丰富的碳源，促进金虫草的生长；牛肉膏和蛋白胨的合理用量，为金虫草的生长提供了有机氮，利于金虫草的生长；人参粉和蚕蛹粉增加其药用价值，利于生长；微量的磷酸氢二钾、硫酸镁、硫酸铜、氯化铁、氯化钠和葡萄糖酸钙等的加入，为金虫草的生长提供矿物质环境，促进其生长。培养基中丰富的营养和物质为金虫草的生长提供了有利条件，提高了其产量和虫草素含量。

葡萄糖 40-50g
麦芽糖 20-30g
牛肉膏 5-15g
蛋白胨 5-15g
磷酸氢二钾 0.2-2g
硫酸镁 0.2-0.6g
蚕蛹粉 30-60g
琼脂 20-50g
人参粉 0.1-0.6g
硫酸铜 0.1-0.2g
氯化铁 0.1-0.3g
氯化钠 0.2-1g
葡萄糖酸钙 0.2-0.5g。
