本发明涉及一种3D打印改性聚氨基酸材料,其原料的重量份数如下:聚氨基酸75-85份,扩链剂1-5份,交联剂1-5份,成核剂0.5-1份,增韧剂5-10份,热稳定剂0.1-0.5份,补强剂1-5份,抗氧剂0.3-0.8份。本发明是利用低温粉碎混合反应技术,对聚氨基酸进行改性处理,改性聚氨基酸的韧性、冲击强度和热变形温度都有很大程度的提高,使聚氨基酸材料在3D打印中具有一定的应用前景。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种3D打印改性聚氨基酸材料及其制备方法。
背景技术
3D打印技术是一种快速成型技术,它以构建数学模型为基础,通过逐层打印的方法来构筑材料。与传统的去除材料加工技术不同,3D打印技术是通过连续的物理层叠加,逐层增加材料来制造三维实体的技术,又称为增材制造技术(Additive Manufacturing)。3D打印技术可以提高制作效率和精密程度。可使用的原料种类非常丰富,以生物体细胞为原料,可打印出器官、骨骼,以混凝土为原料可打印建筑;以金属为原料可打印机械零件。自发明至今,3D打印已经应用于模型制造、航空航天、生物医疗以及艺术创作等领域。
挤出成型技术是3D打印技术中的一种技术工艺,该技术采用成卷的塑料丝或金属丝作为材料,工作时将材料供应给挤压喷嘴,喷嘴加热融化材料,在电机的驱动下,沿着水平和垂直方向移动打印,热塑性材料从喷嘴中挤出,形成层并迅速硬化。目前可打印的材料包括ABS塑料,聚碳酸酯、聚氨基酸、聚苯砜等。
聚氨基酸具有生物相容性和生物降解性,传统的聚氨基酸材料,多利用溶剂挥发法制备为薄膜材料,目前针对聚氨基酸作为3D打印材料的技术文献资料很少。
聚氨基酸材料想要能够在3D打印技术中得到广泛的应用,聚氨基酸的韧性、冲击强度、热变形温度的提高应该作为首要的目标。未改性的聚氨基酸材料不能满足3D打印技术的力学性能的需求。
发明内容
本发明提出了一种3D打印改性聚氨基酸水凝胶材料。为实现上述目的,本发明利用挤出机,将交联剂、扩链剂、成核剂等改性剂在相互协同的作用下与聚氨基酸进行共混、接枝、交联改性,在经过造粒、拉丝工艺技术,制得适合3D打印技术的聚氨基酸材料。
一种3D打印改性聚氨基酸材料,其原料包括如下重量份的组分:
聚氨基酸75-85份
扩链剂1-5份
交联剂1-5份
成核剂0.5-1份
增韧剂5-10份
热稳定剂0.1-0.5份
补强剂1-5份
抗氧化剂0.3-0.8份,各组分之和为100重量份。
在本发明中,所述的聚氨基酸的分子量大于10万;优选为15万至25万,优选重量份为75份或80份。
所述的扩链剂是指能与线型聚合物链上的官能团反应而使分子链扩展、分子量增大的物质。包括但不限于甲苯二异氰酸酯,二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯,六亚甲基二异氰酸酯,优选重量份为3份或5份。
在本发明中,所述的交联剂是指那些能在线型分子间起架桥作用,从而使多个线型分子相互键合交联成网状结构的物质,具体而言是那些促进或调节聚合物分子链间共价键或离子键形成的物质。本发明可选的交联剂包括但不限于三羟甲基丙烷三甲基丙烯酸酯和三羟甲基丙烷三丙烯酸酯,优选重量份为3份或5份。
所述的成核剂为高岭土、蒙脱土、黏土、滑石粉中的一种,蒙脱土和滑石粉的目数为2000-5000目,优选重量份为1份。
在本发明中,所述的增韧剂是指能增加胶黏剂膜层柔韧性的物质,具体而言为可降解的聚己二酸-丁二醇酯、聚丁二酸-丁二醇酯、聚(己二酸-丁二酸)丁二醇共聚酯中的一种,优选重量份为8份。
所述的热稳定剂为稳定剂1010、1096、168等一种或多种复配;优选重量份为0.5份。
所述的补强剂为纳米二氧化硅、纳米碳酸钙、碳纳米管、石墨、石墨烯、富勒烯等有机或无机添加材料中的一种或多种,优选纳米二氧化硅和碳纳米管,优选重量份为2份、3份或5份。
所述的抗氧化剂为2-硫醇基苯并咪唑、四[3-(3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟苯基)丙酸]季戊四醇酯、硫代二丙酸二月桂酯、硫代二丙酸双十八酯中的一种或几种,优选重量份为0.5份。
在本发明的一个具体实例中,所述3D打印改性聚氨基酸材料的原料包括:75份的聚氨基酸、5份的甲苯二异氰酸酯、5份的三羟甲基丙烷三甲基丙烯酸酯、0.5份的热稳定剂1010、1份的5000目的蒙脱土、5份的纳米二氧化硅、0.5份的抗氧剂、8份的聚丁二酸-丁二醇酯。
在本发明的另一个具体实例中,所述3D打印改性聚氨基酸材料的原料包括:80份的聚氨基酸、3份的二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯、2份的三羟甲基丙烷三甲基丙烯酸酯、0.5份的热稳定剂168,1份的5000目的滑石粉、5份的纳米碳纳米管、0.5份的抗氧剂、8份的聚己二酸-丁二醇酯。
在本发明的另一个具体实例中,所述3D打印改性聚氨基酸材料的原料包括:80份的聚氨基酸、5份的六亚甲基二异氰酸酯、3份的三羟甲基丙烷三丙烯酸酯、0.5份的热稳定剂1096、1份的5000目的滑石粉、2份的纳米二氧化硅、0.5份的抗氧剂、8份的聚(己二酸-丁二酸)丁二醇共聚酯。
本发明的另一目的是提供一种所述3D打印改性聚氨基酸材料的制备方法。
一种3D打印改性聚氨基酸材料的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
1.按比例将聚氨基酸、扩链剂、交联剂、热稳定剂、成核剂、补强剂、抗氧化剂充分混合研磨反应出料。
2.将步骤1中得到的混合料与增韧剂混合挤出造粒;
3.将步骤2中所造粒子干燥后挤出加工成细丝。
本发明的上述方法中,步骤1采用的是低温盘式研磨机,在-10℃至-5℃,440rpm的转速条件下充分混合研磨反应1-2h。
步骤2采用的是双螺杆挤出机,物料在挤出机中的时间不超过4分钟。双螺杆挤出机螺杆直径60mm,长径比为15:1,挤出机温度依次设定为:160-170℃,165-175℃,175-185℃,180-190℃,175-180℃,模头温度195-205℃。
步骤3中,烘干是在烘干箱中在60℃的温度下干燥2-3小时,双螺杆挤出机挤出加工成直径为1.65mm、2.75mm的细丝,直径误差在5%以内。双螺杆挤出机螺杆直径为60mm,长径比为15:1,挤出机温度依次设定为:175-185℃,180-190℃,185-195℃,190-200℃,185-195℃,模头温度205-215℃。在加工时处理成多种形态,如丝状、颗粒和粉末。
在上述3D打印改性聚氨基酸材料的制备方法中,其中所述的盘式研磨机型号为PULVERISETTE13classic line。
本发明在低温条件下,利用盘式研磨机粉碎混合反应技术,使扩链剂、交联剂、低分子量聚合物与聚氨基酸进行扩链和交联反应;并且将成核剂、补强剂、抗氧剂均匀的分散在聚氨基酸体系中,达到协同作用的效果,实现对聚氨基酸的改性和增强。
本发明突出的特点在于:
1、本发明通过在低温条件下,利用盘式研磨机粉碎混合反应技术,不经过高温、高剪切力的作用,保证了聚氨基酸分子链完整性,保持聚合物基体材料强度的稳定,改性效果显著;
2、本发明通过在低温条件下,利用盘式研磨机粉碎混合反应技术,使扩链剂、交联剂、低分子量聚合物与聚氨基酸进行扩链和交联反应,对聚氨基酸进行改性,扩链和交联程度深、改性剂利用率高;
3、本发明的改性聚氨基酸材料具有很好的韧性、冲击强度和热变形温度,通过3D打印技术打印出来的产品质量高,耐热、耐冲击、强度高;
4、本发明生产成本低,生产过程简单,易于工业化生产。
具体实施方式
以下通过具体实施方式对本发明作进一步的详细说明,但不应将此理解为本发明的范围仅限于以下的实例。在不脱离本发明上述方法思想的情况下,根据本领域普通技术知识和惯用手段做出的各种替换或变更,均应包含在本发明的范围内。
下述实施例中所述“份”如无特殊定义均指重量份。
实施例1
1)将75份的聚氨基酸(分子量20万)、5份的二丁醇二异氰酸酯、5份的多烃基丙烯酸酯、0.5份的热稳定剂1010、1份的5000目的蒙脱土、5份的纳米二氧化硅、0.5份的抗氧剂加入到低温盘式研磨机中,在-10℃,440rpm的转速条件下充分混合研磨反应2h后出料;
2)将步骤1)中得到的混合料与8份的聚丁二酸-丁二醇酯用双螺杆挤出机混合挤出造粒,物料在挤出机中停留的时间为2分钟。双螺杆挤出机螺杆直径为60mm,长径比为15:1,挤出机温度依次设定为:160℃,165℃,175℃,180℃,175℃,模头温度195℃;
3)将步骤2)中所造粒子在60℃的温度下干燥2小时后用双螺杆挤出机挤出加工成直径为1.65mm的细丝,双螺杆挤出机螺杆直径为60mm,长径比为15:l,挤出机温度依次设定为:175℃,180℃,185℃,190℃,185℃,模头温度205℃。
将纯的聚氨基酸与改性过后的聚氨基酸的主要性能进行检测,其检测结果如下:

实施例2
1)将80份的聚氨基酸(分子量20万)、3份的二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯、2份的三羟甲基丙烷三甲基丙烯酸酯、0.5份的热稳定剂168,1份的5000目的滑石粉、5份的纳米碳纳米管、0.5份的抗氧剂加入到低温盘式研磨机中,在-10℃,350r/min的转速条件下充分混合研磨反应1.5h后出料;
2)将步骤1)中得到的混合料与8份的聚己二酸-丁二醇酯用双螺杆挤出机混合挤出造粒,物料在挤出机中停留的时间为1.5分钟。双螺杆挤出机螺杆直径为60mm,长径比为15:1,挤出机温度依次设定为:180℃,185℃,195℃,200℃,190℃,模头温度205℃;
3)将步骤2)中所造粒子在50℃的温度下干燥2.5小时后用双螺杆挤出机挤出加工成直径为1.75mm的细丝,双螺杆挤出机螺杆直径为80mm,长径比为20:l,挤出机温度依次设定为:185℃,190℃,205℃,210℃,195℃,模头温度225℃。
将纯的聚氨基酸与改性过后的聚氨基酸的主要性能进行检测,其检测结果如下:

实施例3
1)将80份的聚氨基酸(分子量20万)、5份的六亚甲基二异氰酸酯、3份的三羟甲基丙烷三丙烯酸酯、0.5份的热稳定剂1096、1份的5000目的滑石粉、2份的纳米二氧化硅、0.5份的抗氧剂加入到低温盘式研磨机中,在-10℃,440r/min的转速条件下充分混合研磨反应1.5h后出料;
2)将步骤1)中得到的混合料与8份的聚(己二酸-丁二酸)丁二醇共聚酯用双螺杆挤出机混合挤出造粒,物料在挤出机中停留的时间为2分钟。双螺杆挤出机螺杆直径为60mm,长径比为15:1,挤出机温度依次设定为:180℃,185℃,190℃,200℃,195℃,模头温度210℃;
3)将步骤2)中所造粒子在50℃的温度下干燥3小时后用双螺杆挤出机挤出加工成直径为3mm的细丝,双螺杆挤出机螺杆直径为75mm,长径比为20:1,挤出机温度依次设定为:195℃,200℃,205℃,210℃,200℃,模头温度220℃。
将纯的聚氨基酸与改性过后的聚氨基酸的主要性能进行检测,其检测结果如下:

Claims (10)

1.一种组合物,包括如下重量份的组分:
聚氨基酸75-85份
扩链剂1-5份
交联剂1-5份
成核剂0.5-1份
增韧剂5-10份
热稳定剂0.1-0.5份
补强剂1-5份
抗氧化剂0.3-0.8份,各组分之和为100重量份。
2.如权利要求1所述的组合物,所述的聚氨基酸的分子量大于10万;优选为15万至25万。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的组合物,所述的扩链剂选自甲苯二异氰酸酯,二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯,六亚甲基二异氰酸酯。
4.如权利要求1-3任一项所述的组合物,所述交联剂选自三羟甲基丙烷三甲基丙烯酸酯和三羟甲基丙烷三丙烯酸酯;所述的成核剂为高岭土、蒙脱土、黏土、滑石粉中的一种,蒙脱土和滑石粉的目数为2000-5000目。
5.如权利要求1-4任一项所述的组合物,所述增韧剂选自可降解的聚己二酸-丁二醇酯、聚丁二酸-丁二醇酯、聚(己二酸-丁二酸)丁二醇共聚酯中的一种;所述的热稳定剂为稳定剂1010、1096、168中的一种或多种复配;所述的补强剂为纳米二氧化硅、纳米碳酸钙、碳纳米管、石墨、石墨烯、富勒烯中的一种或多种,优选纳米二氧化硅和碳纳米管;所述的抗氧化剂为2-硫醇基苯并咪唑、四[3-(3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟苯基)丙酸]季戊四醇酯、硫代二丙酸二月桂酯、硫代二丙酸双十八酯中的一种或几种。
6.一种3D打印改性聚氨基酸材料,由权利要求1-5任一项所述的组合物制得。
7.一种权利要求6所述3D打印改性聚氨基酸材料的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
1.按比例将聚氨基酸、扩链剂、交联剂、热稳定剂、成核剂、补强剂、抗氧化剂充分混合研磨反应出料;
2.将步骤1中得到的混合料与增韧剂混合挤出造粒;
3.将步骤2中所造粒子干燥后挤出加工成细丝。
8.如权利要求7所述的方法,其中步骤1采用的是低温盘式研磨机,在-10℃至-5℃,440rpm的转速条件下充分混合研磨反应1-2h。
9.如权利要求7或8所述的方法,其中步骤2采用的是双螺杆挤出机,物料在挤出机中的时间不超过4分钟;双螺杆挤出机螺杆直径60mm,长径比为15:1,挤出机温度依次设定为:160-170℃,165-175℃,175-185℃,180-190℃,175-180℃,模头温度195-205℃。
10.如权利要求7-9任一项所述的方法,其中步骤3中,烘干是在烘干箱中在60℃的温度下干燥2-3小时,双螺杆挤出机挤出加工成直径为1.65mm、2.75mm的细丝,直径误差在5%以内;双螺杆挤出机螺杆直径为60mm,长径比为15:1,挤出机温度依次设定为:175-185℃,180-190℃,185-195℃,190-200℃,185-195℃,模头温度205-215℃。
