技术领域
本发明涉及食用糖生产领域,尤其是一种粉状大枣红糖的制造方法。
背景技术
从中医的角度来说,红糖性温、味甘、入脾,红糖的功效与作用有益气补血、健脾暖胃、缓中止痛、活血化淤等。具体的红糖的功效与作用如下:
红糖入药,具有补血、散淤、暖肝、祛寒等功效,尤其适合产妇、儿童贫血时食用。红糖的功效与作用主要体现在产后妇女补血上。
1、在月子里,产妇怕受寒着凉,红糖可以祛风散寒;产妇失血过多,红糖可以补血;
2、产后淤血导致的腰酸、小腹痛、恶露不净,红糖具有活血化淤和镇痛的作用;
3、产妇活动少,容易影响食欲和消化,红糖有健脾暖胃化食之功;
4、红糖还具有利尿作用,可使产妇排尿通畅。
红糖通常是指带蜜的甘蔗成品糖,一般是指甘蔗经榨汁,通过简易处理,经浓缩形成的带蜜糖。
大枣,能补中益气,养血安神,用于脾虚食少,乏力便溏,妇人脏躁;尤其具有如下功效:
(1)抗肿瘤:大枣中的cAMP在生物体内参与细胞分裂与分化、形态形成、糖原和脂肪分解、类固醇生成等多种生理生化过程,并可作用于基因转录,影响蛋白质的合成。更重要的是cAMP对治疗各种肿瘤有显著疗效,能有效阻止人体中亚硝酸盐类物质的形成,从而抑制癌细胞的形成与增殖,甚至可使癌细胞向正常细胞转化的物质,另外,大枣中富含的三萜类化合物具有抑制癌细胞的功效,尤以山楂酸效力最强,甚至超过了常用的抗癌药氟脲嘧啶。
(2)抗氧化:大枣中丰富的维生素C有很强的抗氧化活性及促进胶原蛋白合成的作用,可参与组织细胞的氧化还原反应,与体内多种物质的代谢有关,充足的维生素C能够促进生长发育、增强体力、减轻疲劳。
(3)降血压、降胆固醇:大枣中的维生素P含量为所有果蔬之冠,其具有维持毛细血管通透性,改善微循环从而预防动脉硬化的作用,还可促进维生素C在人体内积蓄,另外,大枣中所含的皂类物质,具有调节人体代谢、增强免疫力、抗炎、抗变态反应、降低血糖和胆固醇含量等作用;所含芦丁有保护毛细血管通畅、防止血管壁脆性增加的功能,对高血压、动脉粥样硬化等病有疗效;所含的黄酮类物质可用于高血压和动脉硬化的治疗和预防。
(4)提高免疫力:大枣多糖是大枣中重要的活性物质,其有明显的补体活性和促进淋巴细胞增殖作用,可提高机体免疫力。
爱美的女孩,每天都喜欢泡一杯大枣红糖茶喝,长期饮用,能养血安神,使容颜白里透红,但每次都要准备红枣和红糖,比较麻烦。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的问题是提供一种食用方便且能养血安神的粉状大枣红糖的制造方法。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明所采用的技术方案是其制造步骤为:
1)、将多晶冰糖和单晶冰糖分离出来的冰糖蜜以及赤砂糖放入溶糖锅内,其中冰糖蜜的重量份为80份-90份,赤砂糖重量份为3份-8份,再加入重量份为10份的水,用高温蒸汽加热至溶解;
2)、将过滤后的糖液输送到夹层锅进行煮糖浓缩,将糖液中的多余水分去除,将糖蜜煮到温度为125~135°C即可,得到糖蜜;
3)、在糖蜜中添加适量的碳酸氢钠,使糖蜜成偏碱性;
4)、把步骤3)所得糖蜜装到搅拌机里,再加入重量份为5份大枣粒,再进行搅拌,搅拌时间为30分钟;
5)、将搅拌起砂的糖粉经筛网分筛送到不锈钢斗内,待糖粉冷却,即可包装,出售。
上述技术方案中,更具体的方案还可以是:所述2)步骤中,筛网为80目。

本实施例的粉状大枣红糖的制造方法,其制造步骤为:
1)、将多晶冰糖和单晶冰糖分离出来的900千克冰糖蜜以及90千克赤砂糖放入溶糖锅内,再加入100千克的水,用高温蒸汽加热至溶解;
2)、将过滤后的糖液输送到夹层锅进行煮糖浓缩,将糖液中的多余水分去除,将糖蜜煮到温度为125~135°C即可;
3)、在糖蜜中添加适量的碳酸氢钠,使糖蜜成偏碱性;
4)、把步骤3)所得糖蜜装到搅拌机里,再加入50千克大枣粒,再进行搅拌,搅拌时间为30分钟;大枣粒为将红枣洗净、晒干,切成粒;
5)、将搅拌起砂的糖粉经筛网分筛送到不锈钢斗内,待糖粉冷却,即可包装,检验人员按规定的要求,对成品进行抽样检验,检验合格出售;包装袋使用前用紫外线灭菌,装入大枣红糖后保证封口不脱线、封口胶不脱落。
食用时,使用温开水冲泡红糖粉,即可食用,不用另外准备红枣,不用熬制,非常方便。

1.一种粉状大枣红糖的制造方法,其特征在于其制造步骤为:
1)、将多晶冰糖和单晶冰糖分离出来的冰糖蜜以及赤砂糖放入溶糖锅内,其中冰糖蜜的重量份为80份-90份,赤砂糖重量份为3份-8份,再加入重量份为10份的水,用高温蒸汽加热至溶解;
2)、将过滤后的糖液输送到夹层锅进行煮糖浓缩,将糖液中的多余水分去除,将糖蜜煮到温度为125~135°C即可,得到糖蜜;
3)、在糖蜜中添加适量的碳酸氢钠,使糖蜜成偏碱性;
