Abstract
一种新型螯合钙,它是由L-天门冬氨酸海藻糖50份、维生素C37、三氯蔗糖组成。通过制取溶液、过滤、螯合、干燥搅合、筛取、灭菌制成,采用国际领先的螯合理论,利用气穴崩塌工艺和高频高压超声波方法使其达到分子共振频率,将多种极难反应的分子进行螯合,在分子螯合纳米能量转换设备作用之下形成的螯合钙。每个钙离子都是由和他螯合的两个氨基酸分子共同包裹着被肠道吸收的,吸收率高达95%以上。口感好,可直接服用,无副作用。制作工艺合理,制备简单,可操作性强,易实现工业化生产。

技术领域
本发明涉及人用补钙产品领域,具体是涉及一种新型螯合钙。
背景技术
钙是我们人体不可或缺的宏量元素,成人缺钙必然会导致骨质疏松,小儿和青少年缺钙则会导致鸡胸、佝偻病、枕秃等发育不良的症状。人体缺乏钙严重需要服药进行补钙,现有的钙剂产品主要有碳酸钙、磷酸钙、葡萄糖酸钙、乙酸钙及活性钙等,这些钙产品都不同程度的添加一种叫做维生素D3的元素来促进钙的吸收,效果甚微,还给人体又增加了代谢垃圾及加重肝肾的负担,严重的还会造成肝肾VD3中毒。同样也没有真正解决溶解度低、吸收率差的问题。
天门冬氨酸钙(C8H12CaN2O8·2H2O)s的矿物质中钙元素的含量在13.2%,,在矿物质比例中高达99%以上,是非常适合的专项补钙的产品原料。但长期以来,对于这部分资源没有进行有效利用,也有个别不法商人直接将其作为补钙产品出售,但由于其是强化剂不能直接食用,容易引起患者恶心、呕吐等不良反应,该产品虽然吸收率高,但因口感不佳引起的副作用使人们对其望而生畏,不能主动积极补充,也就无法起到预设的补钙作用。
发明内容
本发明的目的是克服上述技术的不足,提供一种新型螯合钙,它利于人体吸收 ,且口感好,适于服用。
本发明采用以下技术方案,一种新型螯合钙,它是由以下原料组成:L-天门冬氨酸910份,海藻糖50份、维生素C37份、三氯蔗糖3份。
所述新型螯合钙的制作工艺是:
(1)、制取溶液:按上述原料配方称取原料,在原料中加入原料重量一半的无水氯化钙进行混合,混合后加入蒸馏水进行溶解,在双螺旋搅拌机中进行充分搅拌后得到溶液;
(2)、过滤:将(1)中所得溶液通过200目筛进行初级过滤,滤掉杂质和非可溶物,将所得初级过滤后的溶液在均质机中进行均质,使溶液中物质形成接近纳米级的细微颗粒,再通过800目筛进行充分过滤;
(3)、螯合:将(2)中所得物质在温度80度、PH值为8的条件下经过70min的高频、高压、超声波的情况下进行分子螯合进行高压分子螯合;
(4)、干燥搅合:将(3)中所得物质采用喷雾法进行干燥,排除物质中水分,再将物质进行充分搅合,碎掉结块的钙物质;
(5)、筛取:将(4)中所得物质通过800目振动筛进行筛取:
(6)、灭菌:将(5)中所得物质采用紫外线杀菌和光触媒两种同时进行杀菌,即得。

具体实施方式

本产品可作为冲剂进行服用,也可做成药片进行服用,通过300例补钙患者临床观察,有效率达100%,治愈率达90%。
