Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及由一种网状结构板材构成的空间显影制品(如广告显示柜)制造技术领域,该制品厚度一定,两片相互平行的薄膜稳定地固定在两个相对面上。
预定区域部分由板材制成,该部分上的每一预定折线,即线条都可围绕邻近线条的部分侧面转动。
沿着两条位于斜面上的切割路径、相对于薄膜(如倾斜45度)进行板材部分切割容易切到薄膜和所述网状结构。
采用此种方式,斜面的交汇线限定的一条折线被限定并位于未切割薄膜上,即薄膜不会被切到。
随着切割,切割面不会因相对于折线相关侧面的转动而粘在一起(可能由采用的胶水引起的):这样,可以使得相关制品的边缘有角。
背景技术
目前,上述切口都是使用固定刀片即线性平移运动的刀片产生的。
采用所述方法的使用者抱怨过热及板材材料粗糙加剧了刀片的刀刃磨损。此方法的缺点非常明显,如非最佳切口(存有碎屑)、切割件需频繁更换及带来的成本。
专利号为2003/140762的美国专利发明公开了一种装置,该装置使用刀片随着刀片平移及连续振动切割板材或层压制品构成的板材。
发明内容
本发明优点在于采用上述切割板材的装置克服了现有技术的缺点,通过刀片运动延长了相关刀刃的平均使用寿命,实现了板材切割且无切屑。
为实现上述技术目的,本发明采用的技术方案为:提供一种用于切割由网状层22牢固地插入其中的两片平行薄膜21A和21B构成的板材的装置,包括沿着X、Y、Z笛卡尔轴移动的操作单元4;和操作单元4可旋转支撑的、从操作单元4两侧退出且相对于相关轴线β振荡的轴3,该轴3的下端3A相对于振荡轴线β弯曲;所述装置还包括该轴3下端3A支撑的、相对于下端3A中线Ф在有角方向上形成的振动件5;楔入振动件5输出主轴5a的刀片2,用于切割至少一个薄膜21A和21B及相应板材20相邻的网状层22。
进一步,所述振动件5相对于下端3A的中线Ф垂直设置。
进一步,所述振动件5在刀片平移方向上产生振荡。
进一步,所述振动件5在垂直于刀片平移方向的方向上振荡。
进一步,所述振动件5在刀片2平移方向及垂直于刀片2平移方向的方向上振荡。

具体实施方式
如图6A、图6B所示,1表示所述装置装有刀片2。通过本领域现有技术,所述装置由轴3构成,所述轴3由可沿着X、Y、Z笛卡尔轴移动的操作单元4可旋转地支撑。
所述轴3从操作单元4的两侧退出;所述轴3的下部3A以一定角度相对于轴线β弯曲。
所述下部3A支撑垂直于下部3A中线Ф的振动件5;刀片2楔入振动件5的输出主轴5a。
X方向限定了所述装置1及所述刀片2的平移方向。所述振动件5在所述刀片上或在X方向上(W-W方向,如图6B)或在垂直于方向X的方向(J-J方向,如图6A)上振动(即振荡)。
最后,远离平移运动(X方向)的所述刀片2可在W-W方向或J-J方向上振荡。所述两种振荡都可与所述刀片2在X方向上的平移共存。如图1所示,20表示一板材,所述板材由网状层22牢固地插入其中的两片平行薄膜21A和21B构成。
将所述板材定位在合适的扁平支架上后,采用所述方法并使用所述装置1切割所述板材,未图示。
图2-5所示的仅是实例,沿着相对于所述薄膜21A和21B倾斜45度的切割平面50和60切割板材。
为此,通过移动操作单元4并且必要时进行干预使所述轴3(在N1和N2方向)相对于轴线β转动,所述刀片2定位如图6A。
此时,所述单元4和所述振动件5被激活,从而驱使所述刀片2随着振荡(振动)在X方向上(如图6B)、在W-W组合方向上或J-J组合方向上或所有组合方向上平移。
图例中,板材切割仅触碰薄膜21A和网状层22。所述两个切割平面50和60(图2和图3)在整个薄膜21B中确定折线70(图4)。
使邻近所述折线70的板材20A和20B的侧面转动以辨别制品的角件,由于所述制品与本发明无关,所以图中未示所述制品。
按照上述说明,图2-5阐明了板材切割实例。很明显切割能贯穿在整个板材,即两薄膜21A、21B和网状层22。
根据观察,所述刀片2上产生的振荡对所述刀片的刀刃2a发挥了自动清洁效果,防止切割板材的切屑(磨屑)随着时间推移滞留在刀片上。
上述振荡提供了一种与现有技术相同的板材切割操作速率,以增加刀刃温度,延长刀片使用寿命。上述有益效果使得切割效果得以最优化。

Claims (5)

1.一种用于切割由网状层(22)牢固地插入其中的两片平行薄膜(21A和21B)构成的板材的切割装置,包括沿着X、Y、Z笛卡尔轴移动的操作单元(4);和操作单元(4)可旋转支撑的、从操作单元(4)两侧退出且相对于相关轴线(β)振荡的轴(3),其特征在于该轴(3)的下端(3A)相对于振荡轴线(β)弯曲;所述装置还包括该轴(3)下端(3A)支撑的、相对于下端(3A)中线(Ф)在有角方向上形成的振动件(5);楔入振动件(5)输出主轴(5a)的刀片(2),用于切割至少一个薄膜(21A和21B)及相应板材(20)相邻的网状层(22)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于所述振动件(5)相对于下端(3A)的中线(Ф)垂直设置。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的装置,其特征在于所述振动件(5)在刀片平移方向上产生振荡。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的装置,其特征在于所述振动件(5)在垂直于刀片平移方向的方向上振荡。
5.根据权利要求1或2所述的装置,其特征在于所述振动件(5)在刀片(2)平移方向及垂直于刀片(2)平移方向的方向上振荡。
