Abstract

专利公开文献WO 00/70400A1描述了一种多层液晶显示器。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提出一种车辆中的改进的组合式显示仪表。
关于组合式显示仪表,根据本发明该目的通过具有说明书以下内容所述特征的车辆中的组合式显示仪表来实现。
在说明书以下内容中给出本发明的优选实施例和改进之处。
对于车辆中的组合式显示仪表而言,其中多个显示元件和/或显示刻度盘安装在共用的支承板内或其上,其中设计成对应于支承板的偏振膜在观察者的观察方向上设置在所述支承板的前方,在组合式显示仪表的组装状态下,根据本发明的偏振膜借助于在组合式显示仪表的壳体内或所述壳体上的适当模制件通过形状锁合和/或力锁合而保持就位。通过将偏振膜布置于支承板的前方,在支承板后方产生的电磁辐射的透射率、即可见光的透射率增加,其中有利地大体上排除由显示元件和/或显示刻度盘本身所导致的反射。此外,通过偏振膜可以防止或至少减少显示元件和/或显示刻度盘的观察者在组合式显示仪表的停用即非照亮状态来感知所述显示元件和/或显示刻度盘的轮廓。
此外,通过将偏振膜以无粘合剂的方式布置于支承板上,所述布置的透射率显著增加,从而可降低光源的光强度和由此导致的针对其操作而言的电能消耗。
在又一个实施例中,通过借助于偏振膜7本身的粘附性(也可简称为粘接)的材料粘接而无需额外的连接装置就可将偏振膜直接结合到支承板1。当施加偏振膜时进行加热,导致支承板上的至少一层偏振膜局部熔融和粘合,从而导致结合到一起(也简称为热压粘接)。
在优选实施例中,偏振膜是圆形偏振膜,例如通过所述圆形偏振膜防止从外部入射到所述显示元件和/或刻度盘上的光被反射回来。偏振膜本身为层压元件的形式,其中一个设置于另一个上的多个层通过材料粘接而结合到一起,尤其是所述多个层被胶粘到一起。
在有利的实施例变型中,偏振膜至少分段地、优选在显示元件和/或显示刻度盘的区域中覆盖所述支承板。

图1示意性地示出用于车辆的组合式显示仪表(其没有详细地示出)的支承板1的视图。
为了形成组合式显示仪表,多个独立的显示元件2和/或显示刻度盘3直接嵌入到支承板1内或设置于支承板1上。此外,至少一个未示出的孔可设置于支承板1内,所述孔形成为对应于显示屏,所述显示屏因而可为组合式显示仪表的一部分并且设置于所述孔的区域内。这种显示屏优选为传统液晶屏的形式,或优选为传统的液晶显示器。
与车辆操作和/或车辆辅助系统和/或娱乐系统的操作相关的参数、控制和/或调节变量和警告信息可以常规方式显示在显示元件2和/或显示刻度盘3以及显示屏上。
由此显示元件2和/或显示刻度盘3的几何形状、数目和布置可以变化的方式设置于所述支承板1内,并且因此可简单地适应于不同组合式显示仪表的要求。
显示刻度盘3优选为部分圆形的形式,并设置于支承板1的边缘处并因而也是组合式显示仪表的边缘处。由此在示出的实施例变型中,显示刻度盘3为常规速度表4的模拟显示元件的形式,并作为常规转速表5的模拟显示元件。与每一显示刻度盘3相关联的未示出的指针元件取决于要被示出或指示的值沿着相应的显示刻度盘3移动,以使得测量变量(例如车辆的速度)的当前值可利用指针元件围绕指针轴沿着显示刻度盘3的枢转运动以及由此导致的指针元件的角度位置来在组合式显示仪表的显示刻度盘3上读取。
在组合式显示仪表的替代的未示出的实施例变型中,单一的显示刻度盘3可设置于或嵌入于支承板1上或所述支承板处或其内,其中所述显示刻度盘3优选为半圆形式。
显示元件2例如为针对方向性指针的传统指示灯6的形式,当方向形指针操作时所述指示灯闪烁。
此外,显示元件2可为传统图形符号8或警告字符9的形式,所述图形符号或警告字符在相应的情况下被照亮并警告和/或通知车辆用户。

2.根据权利要求1所述的组合式显示仪表,其特征在于,偏振膜(7)是圆形偏振膜。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的组合式显示仪表,其特征在于,偏振膜(7)至少分段地覆盖所述支承板(1)。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的组合式显示仪表,其特征在于,支承板(1)和偏振膜(7)具有相同的尺寸。
5.根据权利要求1或2所述的组合式显示仪表,其特征在于,显示元件(2)和/或显示刻度盘(3)作为透明或半透明区段嵌入到除此之外不透明的支承板(1)内。
6.根据权利要求1或2所述的组合式显示仪表,其特征在于,所述支承板(1)包括透明或半透明材料,在形成显示元件(2)和/或显示刻度盘(3)时所述透明或半透明材料分段地用不透明材料层印刷或涂布。
7.根据权利要求1或2所述的组合式显示仪表,其特征在于,在组合式显示仪表的激活状态下,支承板(1)内的显示元件(2)和/或显示刻度盘(3)通过至少一个光源从背面照亮。
8.根据权利要求1或2所述的组合式显示仪表,其特征在于,偏振膜(7)如此设置和定向以至于在组合式显示仪表的停用状态下,支承板(1)内的显示元件(2)和/或显示刻度盘(3)对于观察者而言是不可看到的。
